Reviewed Aug 14, 2026I liked everything. The setting is rooms around a lush green patio with beautiful local handcrafts. The sense of tranquility is fantastic. The rooms are really comfortable and quiet. The location, two blocks from the main plaza, perfect. Very kind and helpful staff. Totally recommended!
The bathroom was a bit small and the shower had cold/hot issues.

Nuestra habitación quedaba muy cerca de la entrada del hotel, se escuchaba más ruido de lo deseable y no tenía vista al jardín central.

We made a mistake in booking for the wrong date and showed up a day early. The receptionist was very kind and assisted us with the correction. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Hay muy poco espacio entre el inodoro y el lavamanos, tan estrecho que al levantarme me di un golpe en la cara con el lavabo y se rompieron mis lentes. Eso si está terrible! Todo lo demás excelente! Por esta razón 3.5⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had difficulty logging on even when allowed to use their own wifi provider...They need to improve that to keep up with the rest of the excellent review!

Reviewed Oct 31, 2024This was a very magical stay, the hotel was absolutely beautiful. It had a very serene, earthy, and colourful feel throughout- from the moment you walk in. The location was perfect, literally 3-5min walk to the main square where all the traditional resturants/markets were. I would like to mention a special thank to Rocío and Dustyn, they were super polite, helpful and kindly directed me to all the attracations to see. Rocío supported me immensely with a designated friendly safe driver who took me everywhere. Higly recommended this place!

The Wi-Fi. A friends group stayed in 3 rooms for 3 nights and none of us could get into the hotel’s secured networks the entire time. Ended up using an unsecured network.

It was impossible to get a hot shower early morning or midafternoon. The room was clean but smelled of mold. The internet was weak. There was nowhere to hang wet towels in the bathroom and nowhere to hang clothes. This hotel did not suit us.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024Fue una experiencia muy bonita, el hotel es muy lindo, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda con amenidades… el agua de manantial es un gran detalle. En la salida de estar tienen café, té y galletas todo el día y afuera también tienen agua con el filtro de Niken. El personal muy amable, todas, pero destaca la atención de la señora Rocío que está en la recepción, ella es un 100/100. Un hotel completamente recomendable.

Nosotros una vez que guardamos el auto no lo volvimos. sacar pues todo queda a pie. Un muy buen lugar para descansar y dormir bien después de haber visitado y comprado las artesanías del maravilloso pueblo de Pátzcuaro. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable.

Se escuchaba como si estuvieran dentro de mi cuarto. Nos dimos cuenta de que la ventana del cuarto no esta bien sellada contra el marco en la pared, creo que esto empeoró el nivel de ruido que percibimos en nuestro cuarto (habitación 7).

Reviewed Jun 10, 2024The location is fairly close to the plaza and it is walkable. The best part of this hotel is the beautiful architecture and the garden. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful too.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and during the 1st night, my room was sandwiched by a large group of young guests. They partied until 2am and absolutely ruined my stay.
