J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Casablanca. L’appartement était parfaitement propre, très bien équipé et entièrement conforme à la description. Son emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités, des restaurants et des principaux centres d’intérêt de la ville, tout en offrant un cadre calme et agréable. Le logement est confortable, moderne et parfaitement entretenu. Tout a été pensé pour que les voyageurs se sentent comme chez eux. Un point particulier mérite d’être souligné : le propriétaire est vraiment au top. Très accueillant, chaleureux, disponible et réactif, il a su répondre à toutes mes questions et s’assurer que mon séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Son sens de l’hospitalité et sa gentillesse font toute la différence. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Casablanca. Une expérience 100 % positive que je renouvellerai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage. Merci encore au propriétaire pour son professionnalisme et son accueil exceptionnel ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Endroit tres securisé et bon vivre

Студия со спальней и двумя туалетами в красивом новом районе Касабланки. Есть подземный паркинг. Недалеко трамвайная остановка. Приветливый и помогающий стафф. Есть хороший бассейн с лежаками на территории. В 10 минутах есть супермаркет.

Найти жильё не так просто, нет подробной инструкции. Особенно на автомобиле, не сразу разберёшься куда заезжать на паркинг. Место на парковке очень узкое, чуть не разбили боковое зеркало об колонну. Хозяин отвечает долго, иногда ответ нужно ждать несколько часов и решать проблемы самостоятельно. Нет балкона. В квартире не хватало постельного белья и полотенец, принесли только на следующий день. Нет мыла, моющего средства для посуды, салфеток, чая, кофе. Приезжаешь на день или два и нужно всё это покупать самому. К примеру арендовали квартиру в другом районе, было дешевле, но при этом было абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания и готовки на кухне. В квартире не очень чисто, особенно в душевой. Душевая лейка сломана и почти отваливается. Посуда липкая, всё мыли заново. Чтобы попасть в бассейн, кроме ключа нужен бейджик, которого тоже в квартире не было, но добрый охранник нас пропустил без него. Рядом есть два кафе, но там дорого. Всё это вроде мелочи и можно быстро исправить, нужно больше внимания...

Pas de "plan" pour accé der à l'apt et au parking, vendu pour 3 couchages, en réalité 2, le canapé ne peut être considéré comme lit pas confortable pour y dormir. Problème de garage, la télécommande ne fonctionne pas, il faut voir avec les agents de sécurité, perte de temps. Pas la carte pour accès piscine.Agents de sécurité sur place nombreux et gentils.

The apartment was very nice, and our host was very helpful. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with good access to a local supermarket, several restaurants, and a tram stop with good connections to the beach and the old city.

Its modern area and a modern apartment. Apartment is wheelchair friendly with a lift access. Depending on the individual needs toilets are suitable for manual wheelchair. The best part was that the owner was more than happy to help if there was a problem. I needed to charge my phone and he organised a charger going out of his way.

I can't fault the apartment because it is a really nice property. The are around the building is also really nice with some cafes and restaurants.

J'ai choisi ce logement pour sa proximité de mon activité prévue, accessibilité et l'existence de parking pour la voiture. La promesse a été tenue. J'ai bien apprécié l'agencement, la propriété des lieux et l'environnement : pâtisserie boulangerie café. On n'a pas besoin de plus que ça pour un très court séjour.

J'ai été déçu des restrictions de paiement en monnaie locale (dirham). J'ai perdu beaucoup de temps pour expliquer le refus de la transaction Visa. Aucune explication suite à mes réclamations sur Booking... Jusqu'à ce que je finis par tenter le paiement en monnaie étrangère (€). Et là ça marche comme sur des roulettes. Je trouve que la démarche est discriminatoire. Cela ne m'aurait pas dérangé si cela été précisé dans les conditions. Dommage !

Tout d'abord je remercie le Hôte . J'ai très apprécié le contact 👍🏻 sa gentillesse et à l'écoute et très serviable sur le champ . Je suis quelqu'un très difficile mais là il y a rien à dire 🫶🏻la propreté, la calme , le confort , le design tout est très à la hauteur. Je vous invite à découvrir cet Bel appartement ainsi le lieux et le quartier très récent. La piscine est immense ainsi que la salle du sport spacieuse. Tout est très bien sécurisé ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ les agents de sécurité sont très gentils et serviables . J'y retournerai dès que possible 🙏🏼

Un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est très propre, moderne et parfaitement équipé. Sa situation est idéale à deux pas de nombreux restaurants cafés et toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le quartier est calme, sécurisé et très agréable à vivre. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement un vrai coup de cœur, j’y reviendrai sans hésitation

L'appartment est fonctionnel, l'accès est digitalisé, la résidence est sécurisé. On a beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, la piscine, le quartier, le kids club et gym(payants), la proximité du supermarché et des cafés.

La serrure électrique la batterie s’est éteint nous a laissé devant la porte 30 minutes d’attente pour que ça se répare 🥲 falloir quelqu’un qui vérifie tout le temps la batterie. Merci

Very Dirty and dusty apartment. Stinky single towel. No detergents. No drinkable water. Stained sheets. Address on booking different from the location on booking itself and from the actual location. The host doesn’t even speak English. Apartment difficult to reach.

It was so pleasant our stay there with all the help from the staff. Very nice apartment in a very quiet and new area with a lot of beautiful new architecture buildings. Everything was sooo good. Thank you! We will definitely come back

Great apartment, clean and cosy

The location is a little bit outside of the hustle bustle and it's more quiet. There are also parking lots and a bakery outside.

The appartment looks modern and fancy but when you look closely there is some dust in the corners (not a big deal), on the interior are still the plastic rings from the price tags (also no big deal) and here and there dead hair on the interior (still no big deal). The walls doesn't seem to be sound-proof as we heard neighbors speaking loudly or watching TV at 7 a.m. The welcome note in the kitchen is only in French. Sure we can translate it but when you sum up all those points with the smell of smoke as we entered the apartment and the wrong coordinates and poor description we got, it's not what you expect for a pleasant stay during your holiday. A little more info about how to find the building and where the entrance is (there's a bakery near which could be used as reference point) would've been very helpful. In total it feels as if the love for the interior and welcoming guests is missing.

Swimming pool, kindness and availability of the host

Very clean and safe. The guards were all super helpful!

One of the sinks in the bathroom only had hot water and the door to the shower was a little funky. However, water in shower and other sink was fine. Parking spot for the location was hard to get into but guards provided us with an alternative.
