It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room (which was certainly spacious enough to accommodate one) for milk for our early morning tea & to keep our water bottles cold.

Room required you to take elevator to the third floor take a few stairs, go down a flight of stairs and then back up a flight of stairs to get to it. Also ceiling was vaulted in numerous places where you were unable to stand.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Hotel delizioso nel pieno centro di Bruxelles: posizione eccellente! Appartamento mansardato con vista sulla piazza, pulito, curato e abbastanza spazioso. Unico difetto la mancanza di strutture per gli abiti... chissà perché molti hotel pensano che sia comodo per un cliente usare il reggi-valigie come guardaroba! Ottima la colazione, prodotti freschi e molto vari.
Mancava il bidet... e la zona bagno-doccia non aveva praticamente separazione con la camera, se non da una mezza parete. Insomma... alcuni rumori potrebbero non voler essere condivisi con il proprio partner.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026I’ve never rated a hotel straight 10’s before on every factor, very comfortable rooms, and superb facilities with the first class coffee shop downstairs (which also offers drinks early evening), but all that is nothing compared to the awesome staff who went above and beyond from checking in to leaving bags before we left, can’t recommend highly enough would go back to Brussels to stay here again
Nothing… the square outside is rustic but very convenient with the Catherine metro right outside; and actually when you travel around Brussels is pretty good little area full of Asian restaurants

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Staff is very friendly and helpful. The check-in is a little strange since the lobby is an active coffee shop/bar during the day, but it worked!
The lobby shuts down a little early when the coffee shop closes and one must enter via a side door using a guest-specific code - a minor inconvenience. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:00a on the weekend so you'll miss it if you have an early flight.

TV werkte niet. Dat was bekend en ik kreeg gratis ontbijt. Echter viel dit ontbijt wel tegen, er was weinig keuze. Daarnaast niet zo'n fan van het slot op de hoteldeur. Niet gebruiksvriendelijk. Daarnaast begrijp ik niet waarom er bij sommige hotels, zo ook bij deze, een brandmelder boven het bed gehangen wordt met een lampje dat om de 3 seconden afgaat. Met het licht uit is dit zeer irritant.

La limpieza (y en esto creo que los españoles somos muy exigentes). El personal super amable y con una sonrisa siempre. La decoración. Que era un pequeño hotel-boutique acogedor y silencioso. El ambientazo de la recepción-bar y la terraza. La calidad del café y otras bebidas. El desayuno variado. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.
Nada que mencionar, salvo que los precios me parecen altos.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Made in Catherine was a complete dream, and exceeded all our expectations. The room was impeccably designed with comfort in mind, a hard combination to achieve! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and truly delightful. The hotel had a bustling restaurant that made it clear it was a neighborhood pick for locals as well in a very cute neighborhood. Centrally located and so easy to get to via train. They participate in programs that conserve water for environmental sustainability, which was a plus for us. We only wish we had more than one night in Brussels and we know where we'll be staying on our next trip to the city!

Pour 21€ par personne, nous pensions trouver plus de choix. Le buffet était vraiment pauvre par rapport aux autres hôtels que nous avons fait et qui proposaient un petit déjeuner à plus de 20€.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Et af de bedste hoteller jeg har været på! Utrolig hyggeligt og behageligt sted. Man følte virkelig at det var ens lille “hjem”. Værelsernes indretning var enkel nordisk og tydeligt noget man havde brugt tid på! Stueetagen med spiseområde var skøn og dejligt at man kunne side i sin “egen” stemningsfulde cafe. Hotellet ligger perfekt ved metro og ud til et torv, hvor der passende aktivitet og hygge, men ro om aftenen. De travle restauranter og seværdigheder er i fin gåafstand! Der var intet kommercielt over stedet. Ville ønske at alle byer havde lignende hotel! Håber at der bliver værnet om de værdier, som stedet tydeligt brænder for!

The rooms are at muti level on the same elevator floor, that require use of stairs. The stairs do not have railing making it very difficult to get to the room from the elevator. You should mention in description of property so older people are aware of the limitation. The showers do not have grab bars making it difficult to enter and exit showers. There is a high risk of slipping.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Absolument tout était parfait : - Une localisation idéale, en plein cœur de la ville. - Plusieurs parkings à proximité. - Des chambres parfaitement calmes. - Une literie invitant au repos - Une propreté irréprochable - Une atmosphère d'un calme, d'un respect et d'une sérénité remarquables dans le lobby/coffee shop, pourtant toujours très fréquenté. - Un esthétisme soigné jusque dans les moindres détails. - Des produits de grande qualité (le meilleur iced matcha latte que j'aie bu jusqu'à présent !). - Un specialty coffee shop au sein de l'hôtel, d'une qualité exceptionnelle. - Une fontaine à eau en libre-service, très appréciable pour les clients. - Mes amies et moi n'avons malheureusement pas eu l'occasion de goûter le petit-déjeuner, mais au vu de la qualité et du soin apportés à chaque détail, je ne doute pas qu'il soit exquis. Une ambiance intimiste et familiale. - Nos deux chambres offraient une belle vue sur différents éléments de Bruxelles. - Nous étions quatre jeunes femmes et nous nous sommes senties en totale sécurité tout au long de notre séjour. Une adresse que nous recommanderons sans hésiter à nos proches. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir, cette fois avec mon époux !

The room was excellent and aesthetically pleasing and there were some books to read (one in French, Dutch, and English each) on the coffee and tea table / desk which was a very nice touch! Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026De locatie was perfect. Het hotel is in een fijne buurt gelegen en is ook redelijk ‘klein’, wat het een charmant verblijf maakt.
Het ontbijt viel voor ons wat tegen. Er was weinig keuze uit beleg en brood. De ‘salade’ en ‘fruitsalade’ zag er ook niet meer echt vers uit, het fruit zwom in water.
