Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Check in was not a smooth process. I put my card details when i book the room for payment. I booked this room as gift for a friend. On his arrival he was asked to pay the fee whether in cash or card because they stopped online payment through booking.com It was very unnecessary stress and embarrassment as my friend ended up paying for his stay. The staff was not cooperative at this issue and was rude while I am on the phone. Also the amount we have been charged is more than what was sent in the confirmation email.

سيئ جداً التكييف لايعمل نمت بالحر وكان يوم متعب وبلغت موظف الاستقبال المصري وعدني يحل المشكله .. الغرفه وسخه وحشرات طائره والمفرش لونه اسود عشان لايتضح الوسخ .. ايضاً الوايفاي ضعيف بالطابق6 .. لايوجد صابون يدين وايضا ايقضوني من الساعه 11:30 للخروج بطلب من شيماء وكل شوي يطرقون على الباب لايوجد صبر الفندق الاخر يسمح لك تقريبا نص ساعه او ساعه وقت اضافي للخروج … وايضا عند خروجي الفني كان يصلح الاصنصير متعطل .. للمعلومه الفندق دورين الخامس وسادس

The noise of the cars on the street all the time. The facilities(very small firedge) they not offer facilities in the bathroom They don’t have enough staff,just 2 ladies at the day and one old man at the night.and they don’t clean the room .the kitchen they don’t offer drinks except poor ☕️ the cleaners made it.

الطاقم غير ودود و النظافه ليست جيده لكن لا بأس بذلك بما أنه لا توجد صراصير، أغطية الأسرة ذات لون داكن ليس كم هو متعارف بالفنادق تكون ذات لون أبيض فأغطيتهم لا يمكنك تمييز ما إذا هي نظيفه أم لا، البطانيه ذات جودة رديئه و غريبه لم أرى بطانية فندق من هذا النوع من قبل إلا لديهم و كان بها رائحه سيئه. و الإنترنت ضعيف جدا و أعطوني غرفة ليست نفس الغرفه التى حجزتها ولم أركز بذلك بالبدايه لأنه لم يكن لدي إنترنت للتأكد و عندما أخبرت الريسبشن بذلك لاحقا لم يعجبها الأمر و قامت بالتهجم عليا لوسط غرفتي و بدأت بالصراخ و تقول أنه لا يوجد نقل للغرفة التى حجزتها لكن تم حل الأمر عندما إتصلت بالشرطة السياحية، تجربة سيئه و طاقم ليس لديهم ذوق للتعامل، أنصح أي شخص يحدث معه مشكله يتواصل برقم الطوارئ 122 وسيتم تحويلك للشرطة السياحيه فورا و حل المشكله.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025Strategic location, near with market and restaurant. Can ask to change the towel and clean room without charge👍🏻 have elevator after the main door.
The mattress is worn out, when you lay down your back is hurt😂 dont have kettle but can ask them for hot water. Dont have elevator at front door, maybe in 15 stairs? Noise with car horn because near with main road, but i can deal with it so no problem.

The reception didn't reply to my whatsapp messages prior to check-in.. When I confronted her she replied that she was too busy.. During check-in she was very rude to the extent that I was considering booking in other hotel.. There was flies in the room which made us uncomfortable

Reviewed Jul 28, 2024The location is in a vital area of Dokki street where you can find everything. The house keeping is professional and available until 9 pm. The receptionists are friendly and professional. The AC was top-notch deposit being old, but good and I loved it.
The room was too small for me. I wish if it was bigger. Next time I'll book a double one. The
