Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Die Kommunikation mit Ghislaine vorbildlich. Die Wohnung ist toll, gute Ausstattung und Verarbeitung. Die Aussicht ist super, leider konnten wir diese nicht nutzen. Für Deutsche ist die Angabe = 2 Badezimmer automatisch mit der Annahme verbunden, dass es auch zwei Toiletten gibt. Die eine Toilette ist aber separat. Was jedoch ausreichte.
Ein Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Ein Vorhang und ein längerer Schlauch am Duschkopf wäre wünschenswert, damit man nicht in der Wanne sitzen oder knien müsste.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Schon vor der Anreise hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den wichtigsten Informationen zu Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde durch die Vermieterin bei den nahegelegenen - öffentlichen - Parkplätzen sogar ein Parkplatz für uns reserviert und freigehalten. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden uns alle nötigen Punkte in der Wohung gezeigt und erklärt. Für die Hunde wurden sogar noch begrüssungs Leckereien bereitgestellt. TOP Begrüssung der Fellnasen... Es wurden uns auch Ausflugs- und Verpfegungsmöglichkeiten vorgeschlagen und aufgezeigt, welche mit der Familie gut zu erreichen waren.

Tout était conforme à la description, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Ostende. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cette location sans hésitation !

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Très bel appartement très bien situé. Charmant accueil et explications de Ghislaine. Beaux équipements dans la cuisine. Les vues de l'appartement sont magnifiques. Trés bonne situation proche des commerces et de la digue.
Il manque la porte de la salle de douche... La largeur des lits est un peu étroite pour les adultes. L'aération pourrait être améliorée.

No Ironing board and the Tumble dryer wasn’t the best.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026l'accueil de Ghislaine chaleureux et professionnel, cette baie vitrée qui nous offre une vue magnifique, l'appartement très bien conçu , bien insonorisé, très bien aménagé avec goût, spacieux et lumineux...tout a été fait pour le bien être des vacanciers et de notre bouledogue français Diego. Et merci encore à Ghislaine notre super hôtesse qui a été aux petits soins.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Prachtig appartement met uitzicht op zowel zee als de golfbaan. Mooi en kwalitatief ingericht. Rustig gelegen, en 15 min te voet langs de dijk naar het centrum. Heel gastvriendelijke lieve host! Bedankt Ghislaine!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Property is very clean, new, spacious. Very comfortable for a 2 person stay. Location : at the border of Ostend, a very pleasant walk to Ostend city center. Also close to a very nice coffee bar, Fogato at the corner/lights.
Nothing. What I would personally improve is add a bit more privacy by putting glass curtains in the living since that side you have the other building opposite but for us that was a small detail.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Goede ontvangst. Zeer duidelijk afgesproken en fijn contact. Ligging op 11e verdieping met zicht enerzijds op de golf en anderzijds ook zeezicht. Prachtig. Snelle lift. Wat ook een voordeel was : bij warm weer toch een briesje zodat het appartement niet te warm werd. Snel aan het strand.
- Geen parking. Wel op straat , betalend. Stevig in de gaten te houden. -Toch wat te weinig glazen.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Kurz und knapp, wunderschön gepflegt modern eingerichtet komfortabel. Was hier gerade nicht erwähnt wurde das Studio hat Meer Blick man kann die Promenade bis zum Hafen verfolgen, rundum Balkon und eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausdame. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen kommen gerne zurück.
Parkplätze, gibt es reichlich zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt leider kostenpflichtig 3 € für vier Stunden. Teilbar von 9 Uhr morgens bis 20 Uhr abends auch an sonn- und feiertagen. Diese müssen am parkautomat per kreditkarte bezahlt werden. Die Promenade ist abends stock dunkel, kaum leben und lokale schließen meist gegen 22 Uhr. Also kein Nachtleben insgesamt wirkt dieses Viertel relativ ausgestorben. Uns hat's gefallen nur Nachtschwärmer kommen sie nicht auf ihre Kosten.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025The property is exceptional, location, decor and furniture including very comfortable beds. The views from the apartment are stunning. We ate at a restaurant only 100 yards away on the sea front which was excellent.
Unfortunately, we had to wait for 2 hours before we could get into the apartment due to a communications error between booking.com and the host. The lady who hosted us, Ghislaine, could not have been any more apologetic or nicer. She came from a family celebration to let us in and change the bedding etc. Otherwise, my overall rating would have been excellent.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025Beautiful property with fantastic views and very clean. Ghislaine met us at the property and showed us around, she was very friendly and helpful.
The only negative for us was that there was only one toilet, we didn’t realise that the bathrooms didn’t have a toilet in them. However it certainly didn’t spoil our trip.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2024Ghislaine is a perfect host. She welcomed us and gave us helpful tips on shopping and places to visit. The flat is perfectly equipped, including a tumble dryer and washing machine. The view over the cemetery towards the city is magnificent. The sea and the beach can also be seen from the small bedroom and the balcony. The flat is accessible via 2 lifts. Sufficient parking spaces directly on the street, in October we paid only 1.10 EUR per day!
Absolutely nothing. Just an advice: A shower enclosure on the bathtub in the large bedroom would be nice.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2024Stylish, comfortable spacious and clean apartment with fabulous views from the balcony in a great location near the beach and an amazing Supermarket, Del Haize . The host Ghislaine was so friendly, kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed Oostende, Bruges and Ghent whilst we stayed here. The apartment was excellent value for money and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended
