Beautiful well equipped property

La maison est très jolie, super bien équipée Le sauna est très agréable La vue du jardin sur le lac et les piquets de ski est incroyable Les lits sont confortables, il fait bon dans la maison après la journée dans le froid extérieur Il y a deux luges disponibles pour les enfants L emplacement est parfait pour toutes les activités, l aéroport, le village du pere Noël et le centre Rovaniemi Par facilité pour nos déplacements nous avions loué une voiture plus pratique Bref je recommande fortement Le propriétaire est à l écoute, répond rapidement à toutes nos questions et est super gentil

Was the best accoms i stayed in my entire trip to Europe. The house was cozy, fully equipped and quite centralised. Would definitely book again if i ever go back to Rovaniemi. Toni is really a wonderful host and my family truly enjoyed their stay in Rovaniemi due to the house

This holiday home is just perfect. As a family of 4, with two older teenagers, it gave us plenty of space to relax after a big day of activities. Beautifully appointed with stunning views to the back. Toni, the host was a pleasure to deal with. Thankyou!

Excellent communication from host gave all information needed prior to arrival. House exceeded expectations it’s honestly perfect! Had all the things we needed, sauna was a luxury to use. Well relaxed. 7 minute car drive into town or to Santa clause village. 10 minutes from airport perfect location.

La casa tiene una ubicación excelente, está muy bien acondicionada, es muy amplia y con todo lo necesario. El extra que tiene con la sauna y la mesa de ping pong.

Climate is changing and Rovaniemi gets it share - during our stay about 30 outside and nights were also warm. With this the house will need some cooling system in the future. Or minimum: shades in the beautiful big windows even though they will cover the magic view from the windows.

Absolutely everything is fantastic. The house is amazing, with a wonderful view, comfortable, clean, fully equipped, and Tony is just fantastic. Super helpful, super kind, he helped us find the Northern lights and gave us exceptional walking and restaurant tips. One of the best hosts I've met so far. I highly recommend it and will definitely return in the coming years.

A very comfortable and spacious house. Extremely clean and fully equipped. Sauna and fireplace. View of the river and the ski resort. Just a few minutes drive from the city center, the airport and Santa village.

Everything you need is provided for from shower essentials to cooking needs. The YouTube video instructions were also comprehensive. Quiet and private too.

Fabulous accommodation with everything you could need. Host even had two sleds outside which made our children's day. Very clear communication and very responsive on our queries. Lovely view of the ski slopes from sitting room. Very quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be halfway between the city and SCV. Sauna was very spacious and the drying area was fantastic for our clothes after being out and about all day. Fire was also lovely to heat us up. Accomodation was lovely and warm. Couldn't recommend this house enough. Looking forward to staying here again in the Future

Beautiful, tidy and cosy. In the middle of city center and the Santa Village so it's comfortable moving between these two

The location is fantastic, right on the river below - with a view of the mountain opposite with its ski slopes and ski jumps. Quiet location, no one to disturb you! A large sauna, large rooms, large - perfectly equipped kitchen - nothing is left to be desired.

There was nothing we did not like.

The house is so comfy and spacious. It overlooks a beautiful lake and is just idyllic in the snow. The hosts have thought of everything to make you comfortable and were so helpful with suggestions of things to do locally. You couldn't ask for better hosts! Truly one of the best houses we have stayed in from booking.com.

Amazing house, very well equipted, great location and clean. We will definitely visit it again!

It was near the Rovaniemi city by car within ten minutes. The supermarket was also within ten minutes walking distance. The most memorable part is the beautiful house, all provisions were sufficient, and the magnificent view of the river where the family played at the garden and private beach and took many photos. It was a peaceful and beautiful time there. Hosts were also warm and prompt in answering our queries. Thank you for providing our family with a memorable experience in Rovaniemi!
