The place is dirty, and everything is dirty from the floor to the bathroom, to the utensils in the kitchen. The refrigerator didn't work, they asked to send a mail but then nothing happened, not even an answer to that mail. It's a business, so you don't get to talk to anyone, and they send you the PIN to enter your apartment, but the worst part is that I found the cleaning lady inside it without permission. If anyway you decide to satoy don't leave in the room cash or other valuable things.

ANDES STR is the owner of the property. I stayed twice and both times they did extra charges on my credit card without previous communication. After receiving the final invoice with all the final charges they did a second charge informing that towels have permanent stains. Pictures provided didn't allow us to confirm this situation and based on the time they did the extra charges (after two weeks of my stay) someone else could have been there and they are transferring responsibilities to me. Instead of the good advantages of the property this unethical company behavior puts all of them down.
