Lo mejor del alojamiento sin duda es la ubicación. A 10 min andando del Puente Rialto creo que es perfecto para alojarse. Además es amplio, espacioso y con un baño muy amplio. Las camas son bastante cómodas.

Sin embargo, y aunque a primera vista todo parece limpio la realidad es que hacer mucho mucho tiempo que no se barre bajo muebles y camas. Las sillas estaban super deterioradas, así como el sofá lleno de manchas y los cojines tenían muchísimo polvo. Esto es lo que hace que mi valoración no sea perfecta, puesto que considero una mejora a realizar

Good location, clean and near city centre, restaurants and shops.The apartment itself is clean and 7 of us stayed there comfortably.

The door would not lock. It was a 2 sided lock and didn't work and we called the host to fix it when our key broke. He came and gave us a new key but wanted to change unit from #10 to another because the door lock was jamming. The host Sabrina said she wojld get back to me and after I have reached back to Toronto she messaged me saying she tried to reach out to me but I got no message and my phone never rang. She also didn't try to reach me on booking.com. Also the air conditioner was leaking in the main bedroom, it was blowing low air and not going to max cold air and there was absolutely no hot water after the first few guests had a shower. We thought the water would come back but it did not the entire 2 night, 3 day stay. We had to bathe in cold water the entire time.. the non-responsiveness of the host was rhe worsr part and others booking this place needs to know about it. They messaged at the beginning of trip and the end..

Ліфт на 5 поверх не працював- але це єдиний мінус, який нам не дуже заважав.

Unterkunft sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement 4 ist großzügig geschnitten mit 2 Klimaanlagen.

Die Haustür ist eine alte schwere Holztür, die sehr laut zufällt. Mit Schlafzimmer zum Hof war ich deshalb des Öfteren wach.

Το μόνο θετικό ήταν η τοποθεσία..

Το δωμάτιο στο οποίο μέναμε ήταν στο ισόγειο, με έντονη δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά και υγρασία. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν τη δεύτερη μέρα, όταν και στα δύο μπάνια οι ντουζιέρες γέμισαν με νερά και ακαθαρσίες. Αναγκαστήκαμε να μεταφέρουμε όλα μας τα πράγματα και να περπατήσουμε περίπου 20 λεπτά, μαζί με το 7χρονο παιδί μας, προκειμένου να μετακομίσουμε σε άλλο δωμάτιο για ένα βράδυ, όπου μας καθυστέρησαν 1 ώρα μέχρι να συνεννοηθούν μεταξύ τους και να μας στείλουν τους σωστούς κωδικούς για να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο. Την επόμενη μέρα, αφού ήρθε τεχνικός και υποτίθεται ότι αποκατέστησε το πρόβλημα, μας ζητήθηκε να επιστρέψουμε στο ίδιο δωμάτιο, όπου μόλις μία μέρα πριν είχαμε βιώσει αυτή την απαράδεκτη κατάσταση. Ουσιαστικά, από τις τρεις ημέρες των διακοπών μας στη Βενετία, χάσαμε σχεδόν ένα ολόκληρο 24ωρο μεταφέροντας τα πράγματά μας από δωμάτιο σε δωμάτιο, μέσα στη βροχή και με ένα μικρό παιδί. Μια εμπειρία που δυστυχώς επισκίασε πλήρως τις διακοπές μας. Ένα ολόκληρο δίκτυο ενοικιαζόμενων δωματίων και δεν μπόρεσαν να μας βολέψουν σε ένα καλύτερο δωμάτιο για να επανορθώσουν για όλη αυτή την ταλαιπωρία… και όταν ζητήσαμε να μας επιστρέψουν μέρος του ποσού που προκαταβάλλαμε για να ψάξουμε άλλο δωμάτιο έστω και για ένα βράδυ, μας αρνήθηκαν με την δικαιολογία πως το πρόβλημα είχε φτιαχτεί.. λες και ήταν δικό μας σφάλμα όλο αυτό! Τέλος το δωμάτιο θα ήταν καθαρισμένο και θα είχε απολυμανθεί μέχρι τη 13:30 για να ξαναμπούμε και αντ αυτού όταν πήγαμε στις 14:00 η καθαρίστρια δεν είχε μπει καν…και δεν έγινε καν καμία σοβαρή απολύμανση από συνεργείο καθαρισμού..μια κοπέλα έχουν να τρέχει να προλάβει να καθαρίσει όλα τα δωμάτια με τα κλασσικά απλά καθαριστικά…απαράδεκτοι σε όλα τους! ΔΕ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΩ ΜΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ!!!

Dysfonctionnement climatisation, nous l'avons pas pu dormir dans la chambre du fond nous avons dû dormir dans le salon, porte fenêtre cassée avant notre arrivée non signalée, nous avons dû l'indiquer.

Great Location.

Not good value for money to stay here at all. . The AC was terrible! Staff came and tested the AC on first day in person when i complained, i saw it was not blowing cold air when inspected and needed regassing. But Host never resolved and said it was fine. Decor was terrible bedroom wallpaper peeling every where. Cracks all over walls. The back door to the balcony is breaking and struggled to close and tilted bad. Exposed wires in bedrooms. Small showers and terrible water pressure and not consistent with temperature. Balcony is nice but over rated with expectations of the view from hosts description. Host admitted the apartment needed to be refurbished but not resolving any issues Too many codes and locks just to access your room. Would be value for money if all rectified and refurbished but until then dont waste your hard earnt money.

Nehezen találtuk meg a főbejáratot ,mert már sötétedett.Nem volt elég tiszta.Ahozz képest amit fizettünk a 2 napért. A klima nem nagyon működött 26-27°C volt a lakásban

El personal fue encantador y muy resolutivo, pues nos dejó de funcionar el aire acondicionado y al día siguiente nos ubicó en otro apartamento ya que vino el técnico y no se podía solucionar. Ambos apartamentos estaban genial, muy bien ubicados y con todo lo necesario para poder hacer desayunos, lavar la ropa... Además, el acceso es con códigos, lo que facilita la entrada y no tener que esperar a que nadie venga a abrir. Dispone de ascensor, lo cual está muy bien para familias que van con niños y precisan de silletas.

El calor que pasamos durante la noche en la que no funcionó el aire, pero al día siguiente se puso solución y pudimos irnos a otro apartamento.

L’appartamento è davvero molto “sfruttato” e tutto ne riporta le conseguenze. Divano usurato, testiere dei letti consumatissime, cucina con poche stoviglie ed un mobiletto rotto. Il soffione a muro della doccia non funziona. Nella vasca manca una pigna per il risciacquo. Pareti in legno di uno dei due bagni completamente ammalorate. L’appartamento andrebbe curato e ristrutturato. Tuttavia la presenza dell’ascensore, la splendida vista dall’altana e la posizione dell’appartamento rendono comunque piacevole il soggiorno.

The location was so lovely, bit quieter and the area around was lovely. The terrace was incredible and we were really blown away by it. The beds were very comfy and the aircon was good & fan unit for the downstairs bedroom

The layout took a bit of getting used to & would be good to have some more glasses like wine glasses etc.

Wonderful Italy is actually not wonderful -- they booted some of our group out and relocated them without making any effort to keep the group (students) together. The check-in was horrific. Their check-in website/system did not recognize the reservation number, the company did not answer messages or emails, was not helpful on phone calls. Despite repeated attempts online, the system failed, the company did not address the issue (Vodafone is tricky anyway).

The house....spacious ...amazing facilities....enjiyed every bit of the accommodation.

AC was not cooling...no matter what we put the swttings ...it was a 1 ton AC ..not enough for the big rooms. Also getting into the house ..putting the password for each door (3 total) was like a bit of a game! We really had to search where the door was - considering we landed at about 11:30pm..and nobody to guide us at that time...but once done all was comfortable.

J'ai appelé l'établissement qui m'a ordonné de quitter les lieux immédiatement à cause d'une invasion de punaises de lit. Nous n'avons obtenu aucune aide pour un nouveau logement en urgence pour une famille de 9 personnes (avec une femme de 80 ans et un enfant de 3 ans) du 22 au 25 mai 2026 malgré 2h passés au téléphone avec Wonderful Italy et Booking. Nous avons dû trouver des solutions alternatives très chères. Nous allons porter plainte contre ces deux structures qui ont laissé une famille sans hébergement malgré leur obligation de nous reloger.

Location was great but overall the property and management company were extremely bad. Photos do not reflect all apartments, so don't expect a terrace, as only 1 property has one. Big apartment and good locations but that's about it. No internet and property management pesters you the entire time. Stay far away from this one.

Managing company requires far too much paperwork and contracts just to book the apartment. We stayed in locations all across Italy and this one was bar far the absolute worst. Internet never worked for the entire trip no matter how many times we reported it. Just look at the first photo as that is the type of company you are dealing with. Completed an entire rental contract just for a few days stay and constant communication pestering for information. Every other place just needed a copy of passports and local tax payment.

Lokalizacja jest super. Wszędzie blisko. Z okien widok na kanał. Spokojnie i cicho. Dużo miejsca. Ogromna szafa. Dostępne żelazko, toster, piekarnik ale zaskoczył mnie brak czajnika...

Zdjęcia na booking są stare, obecny stan jest nieco inny... brak bezpośredniego kontaktu z zarządcą- infolinia czynna 11-23. Nas w nocy obudziło kapanie wody. W łazience z sufitu kapało 😕 goście z góry nas zalewali. Brak odpowiedzi na wiadomość wysłaną przez booking. Nagrałam wiadomość na infolinii- brak reakcji. W środku nocy szłam i dobijałam się do ludzi nad nami. Obiekt nie odezwał się w tej sprawie...

Me gustó todo pero nos costó un poco encontrarlo con la ubicación del GPS. Se accede a través de una puerta de hierro y entras en un pasaje hasta llegar a la primera puerta

Es ist sehr ringhörig, wir wurden mehrmals wach in der Nacht, weil andere Gäste nach Hause kamen. Das ausziehsofa quitscht stark und ist nicht komfortabel.

Nous avons eu un problème de chauuffe eau ( pas d'eau chaude les les 2 premiers jours) et manque de pression pour la douche. L'une des 2 salles de bain n'est pas pratiquable pas de pommeau de douche dans la baignoire .

La ubicación inmejorable! Muy cerca de una estación de vaporetto para llegar desde el aeropuerto y de un supermercado. Al lado del puente Rialto ( y plaza san marcos) una zona llena de restaurantes y tiendas.

Lo único que no encontrábamos el alojamiento porque está dentro de un verja y no se ve el número ( debería haber un vídeo de cómo llegar) y las camas, el colchón regular y las almohadas pero no están mal del todo.

Der Online Check in war eine Frechheit. Zuerst übermittelt man tagelang Passdaten, die man dann ohne Angabe von Gründen retourniert bekommt, dann ist ein Vertrag auf italienisch zu unterschreiben, dann begann das Passdaten Senden von vorne. Am Ende wussten wir bis zum Besteigen des Vapiretto nicht, ob wir einen Access Code bekommen oder nicht.

Skvělá lokalita. Byt je velmi prostorný. Příjemný vstup do apartmánu přes kódy.

V apartmánu bylo chladno, nebylo možné přitopit. Kuchyně byla nedostatečně vybavena nádobím. Nebyly zde ani základní potraviny jako je sůl, olej. 2 noci ze 4 byl z ulice velký hluk.

Durante a nossa estadia, desapareceu dinheiro do interior da minha mala, que tinha ficado no apartamento enquanto fomos passear. Ao regressarmos, o dinheiro já não se encontrava lá. Contactámos a gestão do apartamento, mas as respostas foram lentas e limitaram-se a lamentar o sucedido, sem qualquer tentativa de esclarecimento ou resolução. Além disso, o apartamento encontrava-se visivelmente desgastado e a limpeza deixava bastante a desejar. Acresce ainda o facto de a porta não permitir trancar por dentro, funcionando apenas com código, o que transmite pouca confiança e sensação de segurança a quem lá pernoita.

- Kaldığımız daire (N.1) çok büyüktü. 2 banyosu ve büyük bir mutfağı vardı. Aksamları evde yemek yapma imkanı güzeldi. - Yeri oldukça merkezi. Fırına, markete, iskeleye çok yakın.

- Giris yapmadan önce devamlı mesajlar geliyor. Önce online check in yapmanız gerekiyor. Sonra baska bir mesaj geliyor ve vergi ödemesi yapmanız isteniyor. Oldukça sıkıcı bir hal alıyor. Tatile mi gidiyoruz devlet dairesine mi anlamak zor. - Hiç personel görmüyorsunuz. Eve girmek için 3 ayrı kapıdan kodla geçiyorsunuz. Bir sorunumuz olduğunda WhatsApp uzerinden yazdik, 2. gün sorunu çözdüler ama hiç kimseyle direk iletişim olmaması tercih edeceğimiz bir sistem değil.

Apartment looks different than on the picture. 35 degrees outside inside the apartment was 31. Two small airco that were broken. Unfortunately it was not place for us.

Buena ubicación, cómodo, limpio, buena vista, justo lo que ofrecen, sin duda volveré

Localização ótima, proxima do Rialto, diversos mercados e restaurantes na redondeza. 10 minutos a pé da Piazza San Marco. Espaço amplo e camas confortaveis. Possui bom jogo de pratos e xícaras, maquina de lavar louças, torradeira e chaleira eletrica, além de uma cafeteira mocha. O elevador foi ótimo para nós que estavamos com muitas malas e com crianças pequenas.

Sistema de aquecimento muito fraco e com temporizador, demora para ligar e esquentar e deixar o ambiente confortável. Por ter janelas sem vidro duplo, o frio fica mais intenso na madrugada, mas tem roupas de cama boas que ajudaram bastante a reduzir o frio. O fogão estava com algum problema no acendedor elétrico e não havia nenhum isqueiro ou fósforo na casa. Acionamos o responsável porém nao mandaram ninguem no dia do pedido, só no dia seguinte, tinha comprado alguns alimentos para fazer para meus filhos pequenos que estavam cansados para ir aos restaurantes e não consegui fazer o jantar deles em casa naquele dia, ficamos um pouco frustrados com a demora do locatario em resolver um problema num equipamento que estava previsto funcionar, apenas no dia seguinte consertaram o problema e deixaram um acendedor para nós. Outro aspecto que podem melhorar é a quantidade de copos, tinha alguns copos de modelos e tamanhos diferentes.

La nostra camera era fredda, la caldaia non funzionava. Siccome è tutto automatizzato, nessuno ci ha potuto fornire supporto nell’immediato. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’assistenza e aspettare un’ora abbondante prima che ci cambiassero la stanza (ci avevano proposto di far venire un tecnico l’indomani, ma la nostra prenotazione era per una sola notte). Abbiamo soggiornato in un’altra struttura della stessa catena, a 15 min a piedi da dove avevamo prenotato.
