La ducha estaba bien dura para abrir pero de lo demás estuvo excelente

I liked that I was able to book last minute. Also when I reached out to the host about our issues with the place he did attempt to try and fix the issues. (I had already mopped up the water and we have an autistic son so having strangers around when he is trying to unwind is not helpful.) The host was very polite. Most Puerto Rican people are amazing. It was just the room that was the issue.

The floor was completely soaked with water. Thankfully they did have a mop and mop bucket. I had to mop up approximately a gallon of water. Because of the water on the floor cooling the room took about 4 hours. The bedding was clean. The room did not match the picture on the website at all. I probably would have been less disappointed if there were a variation of pictures showing you that the rooms were not all the same. Also we used the dishes and I wanted to wash them but couldn't as the sink was clogged. Approximately 1 hour before checkout we noticed that water had once again accumulated underneath the bed. Unfortunately by the time we noticed our luggage was soaked. I let the host know. Hopefully he doesn't book the room until he fixes the cause of the leak.

Llegamos al lugar la picina turbia, entramos al cuarto muy pequeño, aire acondicionado tapado de sucio tuve que limpiarlo, el espaldar de la cama con polvorín de mucho tiempo, el closer de tela y una pava que tiene llena de polvo de meses. Tuvimos que barrer el piso basura. No habia agua pasamos las peores experiencia. ( P.D.) Deben de inspeccionar antes los apartamento y verificar que los empleados de mantenimiento haga la limpieza como debe.

Location was great.

Better up keep on property and apartment, it was run down. The Rental car got keyed on property. Only 3 towels were left for 7 days. Shower was extremely hot, asked management to resolve, was told don't turn the water all the way on. Also apartment had ants.

The place was in a really run down area, the room was extremely small and was like staying in a dorm room! Asked for refund to go to another place and was denied. Our last night we just stayed in a hotel!

コーヒーメーカーがあるのに、コーヒーカップがない。 フォークがない。 バスマットがない。 エアコンがうるさい。 シャワーが固定されているので下半身にシャワーを当てられない。 2日間敷地に入る鍵でドアを開けられなかった。 電話連絡ができない。 メッセージの返事が遅い。 宿泊の延長をお願いし、了解してもらっていたのに、2日前に調整できないと言われ、その確認の連絡をするも、返事が遅く、イベントと重なったこともあり、評価の低いホテルでも、一泊300ドル以下で探すことができず、大きな損失となった。

Considero que por costo y accesibilidad del lugar deberían invertir un poco más en lo que seria las facilidades.

Just the location (even tho is right next to a strip club and very loud) you are just a block from the beach and restaurants.

The cleaning was very poor. I found dirty socks and other items behind the bed, which almost made me vomit, and from that moment I started feeling gross and uncomfortable. The towels and sheets didn’t smell good at all. The bathroom looked clean, at least. The beach chairs were not in the best condition, though they still worked, but the umbrella didn’t work at all.

The shower curtain liner has mold ( black). It was not clean.

Bed bugs 😫 something was biting me in the bed. The plumbing in the room is very messed up. There was also ants all over the kitchen. We had to buy cleaning supplies.

I didn’t like that the lights and electricity keep going out and it’s no windows in the apartment it was not it at all

Bed was dirty and have stains, the bed sheet have a burn from a cigarette, there was a ants infestation on the bathroom, the shower did t have cold water and also was broken, windows don’t close and people from the outside can hear what are you saying, pool was dirty, the pillows have stains and they also stink, one of the worst places I ever stayed in PR it shouldn’t be available to no one until owner fix it . I waste my money

Love the location. The place was great. Very clean. This is the third time I've stayed there and will continue to go back.

Very noisy location, people talking and making noise till the wee hours. Beat up building and overpriced. Didn’t have hot water.

The location and the bed was comfy. It was convenient to a few stores, restaurants, and the beach.

First off, I was told I could get a ride from the airport to there, but when I called the office, the man said we don't do that. When we finally got into the apartment toting all of our luggage, we'll that was a struggle. There was a coffee maker, no complimentary coffee or water. We couldn't get anything on the wifi. The bed was not clean and No wash clothes for the towels. It was also poorly lit to maneuver with the keys and locked doors.

Not hot water, the property was rented to another person I was sleeping and the lady tray to open the door, the shower was dirty, Other guesses from another room smoking also they have coffee machine but no filters the coffee was in the little gar 👎

The property had no hot water. The landlord kept saying he would fix it and never did and to top it off the unit was infested with ants. Someone took shoe polish and colored the headboard. Being stuck we went back to the airport to sleep and we did not receive a refund

Water is cold in the morning.

The room was clean.

The hot water turns off during showers. No hot water in sinks. The internet was slow & the tv was buffering a lot or freezing up. Too noisy with loud / drunk tenants from other apts with no police control. Plus some construction noises in the early morning hours in back of the complex. Tight parking lot.
