The location was close to the beach and easy accessible with the walkway over the highway right beside the property.

The rooms need to be remodeled. There were large cracks around the entrance door, no deadbolt for security and safety. The room itself remind you of something in the 80s the showerhead constantly leaked at the head when showering there was hardly no water pressure. The commode was not clean and there was nowhere to put your washcloth, soap or anything while in the shower. I think if the room was updated, the review will definitely change. The customer service was great, but I just didn’t enjoy my stay. Also, they had items out there for breakfast, but the pancakes and the omelettes were made in the back and the front desk would bring them out to you. I think that should be already made and in heaters on the table where you can get them on your own or prepare them yourself like most places that have breakfast included…that’s just my opinion..

The front-desk employees were always extremely nice, helpful and attentive. They made sure we had all the information we needed and were very hands-on whenever we asked for assistance. The hotel is cute, comfortable and offers good value for the price, especially if you are visiting Puerto Rico mainly to explore, shop and enjoy the island. The location is also very convenient. There is a pedestrian bridge right outside the hotel that crosses the highway and takes you directly into Isla Verde. Within about five minutes, you can reach restaurants, shops, some nightlife and the beach. Although our stay happened during a drought with scheduled water interruptions, the hotel handled the situation very well. We were always informed of the water schedule, and the staff could turn on the cistern temporarily whenever we needed to shower or use the bathroom. I had also read comments about the hotel being very noisy because of the nearby highway, but personally, I did not find the traffic noise too disturbing.

There isn’t much to do at the hotel itself, and the pool was unavailable during our stay because of the drought. Breakfast was quite simple, with basic options such as eggs, cheese and bagels. It was enough to start the day, but we preferred eating elsewhere on most mornings. The rooms could also use some refreshing, and the bathroom was quite small, even for a couple. We stayed in Room 22 and noticed a few minor maintenance issues, including cracked tiles, a loose back-porch door that allowed wind to pass underneath, a flickering porch light and average TV quality. You can also sometimes hear guests in the neighboring rooms. These details did not ruin our stay, but some improvements would make the experience more comfortable. This hotel is better suited to travelers who plan to spend their days exploring rather than those looking for a relaxing, resort-style stay.

The receptionist were nice, the location is good (10min to the airport) but that's about it..

Small room, small bed, property is right next to the highway and the doors apparently made out of paper, so you'll hear everything. The ac doesn't work properly, there's only 1 electric outlet in the room..

Mostly no water for shower and it was not a clean place. Expensive and you get nothing. For that money or less we get 4-5 star hotel in Kostarika and Panama.

Had a twin suite, good size. Maintenance of water line in the road and sidewalk in front of my room, covered with a metal sheet the sounded loud when cars ran over it. Difficult to sleep if your room faces the road.

Size of the room was very small bathroom was very old and dirty. The carpet was filthy. The door had cracks in it at the top and the bottom and it was four people and three of us had bites on our legs from bugs.

The bathroom was covered in termites. The door is half screen so you hear the busy road next door all night and every 20 minutes it sounds like an aluminum ladder is being thrown to the floor right outside your room.

La habitación estaba cómoda y limpia , esta cerca a la playa debes caminar 15 a 20 minutos y a varios restaurantes de comida local e internacional . Considero que para máximo 2 noches esta bien ! El desayuno tiene fruta, café, pan y huevos así que para mi fue suficiente . Esta muy cerca al aeropuerto puedes ir en uber por un precio razonable o tomar la línea de autobús cruzando el puente

Desafortunadamente no hubo agua así que fue un poco incómodo, así que por esta razón debimos hacer uso de estos servicios en un hotel que estaba a pocos pasos de la playa , no cuenta con un comedor para desayunar así que si quieres comodidad debes esperar que otras personas desocupe el lobby o llevarlo a tu habitación

The hotel is near the cruise port, which is why I & most of people there were staying there. The hotel is beside a busy expressway, but the hotel room windows are heavy duty & sound proof. There are several excellent restaurants a couple of blocks away. The room was very comfortable & quiet. There is a nice buffet breakfast which was enough to eat before going to board my cruise ship. I stayed there one night as it was near cruise port & I flew in the afternoon before my cruise ship departed.

There is no elevator & steep stairs up to second floor. But when I checked in the reception manager carried my main heavy cruise bag up the stairs to the second floor. Coming down the stairs the next morning was easy.

The hospitality. Staff was incredible in assisting with accommodating my 87 year old mother's needs.

We went during water shortage and could only use water 7-9 am/pm we could not use the pool either.i guess the water shortage effected the laundry because they could only give us 1 wash cloth total for 5 days and no blankets we had to purchase items needed at Walmart. They never once offered any type of reimbursement for all the inconvience

Clean and spacious room. Only 3 minute walk to the beach, had a pool that is rare for affordable stays. staff was amazingly helpful. Big shout out to the manager for going above and beyond.

Definitely due for update-bathroom sink and shower drain, some furniture worn down. Breakfast could have better selection.

I really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. They were warm, friendly, and always made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. I also loved the breakfast selection, which included freshly made eggs and pancakes, along with cut fruits and ingredients to make your own cheese sandwiches. It was a great way to start the day.

Since the property is located close to the main road, the room we were assigned experienced some traffic noise. The hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs, which was appreciated, but light sleepers may still notice some noise during the night.

The rooms were clean and updated. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beach was just across a foot bridge. The hotel staff provided beach towels also. It isn't a fancy hotel, but it is perfect for anyone looking for good beach access and a clean, comfortable room.

They gave us a balcony room overlooking the San Juan downtown area as a free upgrade. The manager was extremely nice, he also made us feel welcomed and at home.

Está genial ubicado para ir al aeropuerto, es un hotel de una noche obviamente es de paso, nosotros dormimos cómodos y tenía lo necesario.

Es cierto que se escucha muchísimo la gente que está en el pasillo y si te toca con ventana a la calle, también se escucha, pero es verdad que indican que están en remodelación. El desayuno era un poco escaso.

La ubicación, el personal muy diligentes y amables. Área tranquila, cerca de aeropuerto y restaurantes.

Nada es como lo presenta y parece en las imágenes. Ni tan siquiera te dicen que el desayuno no tiene espacio por eso lo incluyen es súper limitado. El aire no funcionó, la puerta del baño rota, cuando llega la los indicaron que la piscina estaba fuera de servicio y no nos ofrecieron otra opción.

Lo único perfecto fue el personal. Todos súper amables y conscientes de las fallas del hotel. Estás toda la noche escuchando el revolu de la autopista.

El joven que nos atendio el sábado en nuestro checking y la joven que nos atendió el domingo en el checkout les doy A+. La administración debe tener mejor área del desayuno incluido y mas personal. Me di cuenta que solo una persona nos atendia, limpiaba y estaba a cargo de prácticamente todo. Aunque es un lugar pequeño para el precio de $191 la noche deben tener mas atención y mejor desayuno. No estaba mal pero pueden mejorar.

El servicio fue excelente pero considero que el lugar puede tener 2 empleados, uno para los checkouts y otro para atender en el desayuno. Al menos humanamente no lo considero justo. Si había otro empleado por lo menos YO no lo vi, me atendió la misma joven que limpiaba las habitaiones y nos sirvió el desayuno. Que Btw! Excelente!

Outside room - motel style. Not secure, felt unsafe in the room. Worn room, could have been not so rough. Cracked tiles in the floor in the bathroom. No phone/clock in room. Only chair was very worn as well. Didn't realize that hotel didn't have an elevator or that my room would be just outside an off ramp next to a 8 lane highway

Very little parking space. They also charged us $15 for an alleged stained towel. We called them and made a claim because we did not stain any towels. We only used the towels in the bathroom for the one night we stayed. My wife had asked for an extra towel and the service brought it from a different room. We think that's what happened. They never gave us the refund or called us back as they said they would.

The location was super convenient near SJU airport and the check in desk was available 24-hours. This was great because we had a last minute change of plans and we needed a place to sleep for a few hours when we arrived in San Juan super late at night. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to secure a very last minute booking and get settled into our room quickly. The AC cooled things off quickly and the bathroom was clean.

The room was right next to the office and maybe 70 feet from the main highway. We could hear all the highway noise and the door didn't have a lock in addition to the lock on the door handle. The bed was fitted just with a top and bottom sheet, no blanket.

The location was walking distance to beach and restaurants. Close to bridge overpass.

The staff was very loud. If you value sleep this is not the place. The neighborhood kids hung out on the bridge overpass that is right outside our balcony and they were screaming and fighting. Then the staff kept slamming doors and talking loud in the hallways.

Hotel simples, mas bem localizado. Cama confortável, funcionários educados e solícitos. A praia próxima é a de Isla Verde, que simplesmente é maravilhosa! Águas calmas e azuis, com algumas áreas de sombra (mas atenção: para acessá-la do hotel é necessário subir escadas, atravessar uma passarela sobre uma avenida movimentada, então pessoas com mobilidade reduzida podem ter dificuldades)

Our room was at the end of the hall with a tiny window that was always open with a screen and shutters. Could not close it and insects were constantly coming in througout the night. You could always hear the noise outside. No outlets in the bathroom so I wasn't able to shave. Breakfast was horrible. Did not like microwaved eggs or processed sliced cheese in plastic. This was more of a run down Motel and would not recommend staying here for what they charge. Aside from the kindness of the people working at this place, there is nothing really positive to say about this terrible experience.

Employees were courteous and polite all across the board. This is pretty much where my positive experience ends.

I had to leave after just one night even though I booked for longer because the room was nasty AF. It seems World War 2 was fought inside this room (see below pictures) - Pool was advertised, but after paying for our stay, we were told it was not available - Lamps were broken and one even had mold - Half the power outlets didn't work - Part of the bathroom door seemed to be rotting and covered with paint - Most appliances that contained metal were rusty - The room chair was straight up disgusting - Cereal was one week from expiring, but it was already chewy - Breakfast was provided, but there was nowhere to eat it. You had to literally hold the plate in your hands to eat in the lobby (there's no dining room) - There were cable all over the place (roofs and even floors) - The first morning, we had no water, and the hotel had no water cistern, so we couldn't shower or flush the toilets for a few hours.
