This was more like an air bnb! The living room had two sofa cum bud! The bedroom had a double bed! The bed was not super comfortable but i was able to manage a good sleep! The host kept 3 types of fruit on the table and that was super lovely! The breakfast was downstairs in the hosts cafe and the spread was spectacular! Over all i would say a super cozy apartment!

Just a heads up! Do let the host know when you are coming for breakfast! The host prepares the food and when we showed up at 815 it took a whole 30 mins to get served! But hey it wasnt a problem for us!

Mete, the owner was exceptional! So kind and helpful. He paid for my parking, and prepared the breakfast at 7:30 for us, since we were leaving, the time was 9. The location was incredible. Absolutely clean.

1. Since there were too many cafes, the noise of music was annoying. 2. It would be nicer if he informed us in advance regarding parking hours which are from 8 to 20. 3. It would be nicer if he could inform us about the impossibility of late check-in. We missed one night. But this has not changed my mind to disregard its advantages and the kindness of Mete. He also proposed that I cancel the whole and return the money back, although it was nonrefundable.

The suit owner was a very kind person and helped us for baggaue . The breakfast was nice and the location was perfect, right in the city center. However, one big downside was that it was not very suitable for families. There was a café downstairs where people smoked shisha and cigarettes, and the smoke came up to our room. In the last days it was very hard to breathe and sleep comfortably, and this part was really unpleasant, especially not good for children. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The place is as clean and cozy as home, the owner is such a helpful gentleman. When we arrived the bus was late, he waited for us until 1am. The breakfast is so fancy. We at last stayed for 3 nights.

I recently stayed at Şehir merkezinde lüx daire in Van for 10 days, booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards, and I am requesting compensation for the issues I faced. When I arrived at 1 PM, the apartment was not ready. The host informed me that it was still being cleaned, and I had to wait approximately 1.5 hours before check-in. Upon entering, I found wet bed sheets hanging on a rack, the kitchen cabinets were dirty, the headboard was covered in dust and there were long hairs on the floor. That same night, I discovered a cockroach on the kitchen counter. I immediately contacted the host, explaining that this was unacceptable, especially as I was traveling with a baby. The host refused to arrange another cleaning, stating they had sprayed a few days earlier. As a result, I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the kitchen myself, washing all the dishes and cabinets. Even after this effort, I felt uncomfortable using the kitchen. Additionally, the listing and reviews suggested that the host personally prepared breakfast for guests. However, I was told that because I was staying for 10 days, I would only be invited for breakfast once. Meanwhile, I saw the host preparing daily breakfasts for other guests. Instead, I was given a few eggs and a block of cheese to prepare my own meals. This treatment felt discriminatory and misleading.

Everything was great. The owner was kind, helpful, attentive, and easy to talk to. He gave all the information about the city and was kind enough to drop me off at the airport. The breakfast was nice and fresh and he was sitting with me at the breakfast table and talking about his life and how he has built this business. I highly recommend this place and would certainly go back. Thank you.

The host was such a kind and respectful person. The hotel was located on a lively street full of cafés, right in the city center. From the balcony, you could watch people enjoying a summer afternoon. The building was clean and modern, with beautiful kitchenware, and every morning the host treated us to a lovely breakfast with fresh bread. I’ll definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Van.

Excellent stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mete made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived 🙏 Location perfect - in the centre of town but on a relatively quiet street. Accommodation was bigger than our apartment in Paris! Breakfast great inc new discovery kaymak (🇹🇷 clotted cream). This should be your first choice in Van ❤️

We were four persons and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and warmth of the hotel owner. We genuinely felt at home. Thank you so much and if we get a chance, we will definitely come back here again.

The host, Mr Mete, was very helpful and kind. The apartment was very clean with all the facilities that you would require for your stay.

Best place we stayed in during our trip around Lake Van. Super friendly host (with excellent English), great location, wonderful breakfast, overall excellent value for money. The underground parking just next to the apartment is a blessing, given its low price and Van's downtown traffic madness. Highly recommended if you plan to visit Van and its surroundings, you won't regret staying here.

Excellent accommodation. Flat clean and smartly furnished. Balcony. The location is really ideal. The host is very nice and speaks English. He told us a bit about the local situation and we had a nice chat. Great breakfast - everything beautifully served. In flat water was provided and some fruits. Definitely recommended!

Perfect cleanliness and coziness. Everything is in very good condition: furniture, kitchenware, bathroom. It’s warm inside. Location is just on the pedestrian street with lots of cafes. Owner is very friendly and helpful. His cafe downstairs is also super clean with a very good service. Breakfast and other meals were always nice. He even prepared lunch for me for free.

Sometimes internet becomes very weak, but afaik that’s usual thing in this neighborhood.

We liked everything, it has everything you need, very clean, WiFi very good. Excellent location. Breakfast was excellent, when we arrived we had fresh fruit on the table. We definitely would return to this apartment.

A very nice flat, comfortable and clean, there is all you need. Good location, with plenty of restaurants and shops around and the airport is very close. Mete, the owner, is very hospitable and sociable. He picked me up at the airport and gave me good recommendations about the places to visit. Mete was also very kind to allow me to stay in his café on my way back as I had a few hours before my flight. Breakfast and turkish coffee were excellent!

All was good, nothing to complain about

It was a really good apartment in the city centre, and especially the landlord! His the owner of his own caffe on the first floor, he is absolutely friendly, he can recommend you everything related to the city of Van and he also can cook you a brilliant breakfast (and a lot of coffee and tea!)

Mr. Mete is very kind and helpful. He has contacted us in advance to be prepared to our arrival. We arrived by car and he has arranged an underground garrage for us in verry closed vicinity (10 m from the entrance). The appartment is large, clean, comfort. Welcome fruit was perfect. The kitchen is fully equiped, in living room two sofas. The balcony has e nice view to the local street reserved for walking, nice cafes and restaurants. Breakfast - unforgettable, in his caffe. We have felt welcomed, safe, like home. It is also very convinient for families with children, I supposed. Thank, you, Mete.

From June 27 to June 29 we spent the night in the apartments. The apartments are located near the city center, very atmospheric streets. The owner met us from a taxi and helped with check-in. The owner is a very sociable and open person. Every morning he prepared wonderful breakfasts, talked a lot about the sights of the city and helped with transfers. The apartments are clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

The residence was very clean and had full facilities, including a washing machine, Refrigerator, electric kettle, gas stove, sheets and blankets, pillows and clothes hangers, safe box, towels, dry tea, fruit and a very professional iron and iron board, as well as all cooking utensils and a full kitchen, and the whole house was professionally designed. The owner is a very kind and sociable man named Mete, who was responsive at any hour of the day and night, and I would like to thank him sincerely for celebrating my daughter's birthday. He amazed my daughter with his wit and creativity. I hope the world will be filled with good people like Mr. Mete who do not think only about money and customer satisfaction is much more important and a priority for him. I request all those who choose this residence to take utmost care in maintaining the property and facilities inside the residence and to be careful not to cause damage to the good facilities provided by the owner of the residence. One of the strong points of this residence is having a coffee shop in front of the building and in the best part of the city, which makes you sit in the coffee shop after returning from sightseeing in the city to relieve fatigue and enjoy watching the happy and lively young people pass by. Enjoy the music that comes from all the cafes and bars.

The breakfast was amazing! It's much better than I saw in most Turkish hotels. The host makes breakfast in his own cafe downstairs. It's very comfortable to get the apartment and the breakfast at the same time. The host is very hospitable, he prepared breakfast by himself. He also helped us with parking. It's definitely one of the best stays during our summer trip this year.

We had so much lovely and nice stay at this residence. The host ,Mr.mete,is a very nice guy with very warm and sincere behavior. The breakfast was very delicious and varied in each day. The residence is so closed to center of the city and every shopping malls and shops were in access easily without any need to go by Taxi. I had the experience of staying in 4 and 5 star hotels in Van. But staying in this place was much more lovely than them, the breakfast was excellent and varied every day, it is possible to cook food in the apartment and there are the necessary dishes. I missed my flight on the first day, and arrived on the second morning. When I arrived hotel, hotel owner prepared Turkish breakfast for me, it was very delicious. Two cats are also very cute. We talked many interesting things when we were having breakfast, I also love his homemade jam. Hotel owner is an optimistic and warm person. His apartment is also very very nice and clean, I can enjoy my time in this place. I can feel he cherishes his apartment very much. He also introduced me what interesting place can I go in Van. I really love this beautiful city and the warm people here. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future :) When I checked out, he also helped me to ask the taxi, and even paid the taxi fare for me. He really did a lot for his guest. I really recommend his apartment to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful city, Van! Thank you so much!

We were very satisfied with our stay in this apartment. This apartment is one of the best apartments in the city center and near the most important and main streets. Everything was great. You will experience a very good feeling by staying in this apartment. It was as comfortable as our own home and very clean. Our host, Mr. Mete, was a very nice and helpful man. Every morning, he served us various breakfasts in his cafe, which was located under the apartment. I have recommended this apartment to all my friends in Iran and we will stay here whenever we visit Van again. Unfortunately, due to the problems I had, I could not write my opinion earlier.

The apartment was very clean and cosy. It has a beautiful small balcony with a nice view. But what we liked most was a gentleman who picked us to the residence and made for us everything easy and nice. He managed everything about the residence and also has a cafe next to residence and prepared for us a delicious and local breakfast in his cafe. Communication with him about Turkey, politics, culture, ..etc was exciting and become a memorable part of our trip.

Amazing host. This is a great area of turkey which is very underrated getting by with just English isn’t easy but the host was kind enough to also act as my translator and get me on to the right minibus etc. the room is very clean and spacious and furnished like a local home with washing machine and all the amenities. The photos don’t do it justice.

I have no complaints at all. The internet could be faster but this is common for all the internet I’ve used in this part of turkey.
