Good location. Very clean and spacious room, good public area with very nice staff

Nothing, all was good

Location, cleanliness, price, breakfast and the staff willingness. Absolutely fantastic place. Pristine, modern, safe and central.

Nothing at all. Everything was superb! 😀

Having stayed at the property countless times it’s never faulted in the service very clean great staff- customer service is impeccable! comfortable beds great shower a very good buffet breakfast with great choice and delicious coffee central location

My only niggle would be that the fruit juices all taste watered down. This has been ever since i first stayed but it’s genuinely the one thing ive found fault with the stay.

Everything

Great friendly staff. Shout out to Sameer

Paying for parking

Quiet rooms, very comfortable and facilities are really good, Gym, bar etc

Parking was charged at normal public rates, no special price for hotel guests

Everything, friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast and location.

Nothing, every thing was to a high standard.

Very nice clean and comfortable. Amazing bed.

The man who checked us in was almost to the extent of rude he asked to add my email address that I gave him then he asked if he could consent to being sent offers and I said no! He then said it’s only offers and again I said no. I don’t want anything. He them again said it’s only offers and stuff and I said again no. He then went all moody to the extent it felt rude. I will say when we arrived back in the late night early hours the lady on the bar was extremely polite and gave great exemplary service that you’d expect.

Always very clean and comfortable, great location for train and bus station .

There was a couple of stains on a towel , looked like fake tan .

Location but it was my choice to stay there as every room Has A/C

Staff and the stay was comfortable

The road was a bit noisy at night

Absolutely great place to stay, would highly recommend. So clean, so welcoming. Feels like a home away from home. Great breakfast. 24 HR bar and food menu. Bed was really comfy, had a great night sleep. Black out curtains so your room is dark if you want to sleep in the daytime. And the littlest things matter. Loved they had decaf tea in room so I was able to have a cup of tea as I can't have caffeine. Really do recommend. I will be staying here again!

Nothing. Everything was great!

Staff were fantastic and Rebecca helped me massively with a few things I needed help with (nothing to do with hotel) Rebecca went out of her way to help. Thank you

I liked everything

This hotel is in a great position for the town centre. Spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds & walk in shower. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Parking on site always a bonus. 😃

Clean , modern , new

I’m a coeliac , some breakfast wasn’t gluten free. Little things like the sausages containing wheat. I’ve been to other Hilton’s that provide gf sausages I only drink cider and that had also run out on tap

Easy to find. Loads of parking(payable) Very clean and tidy. Well stocked bar. Comfortable bed and a super choice of breakfast foods.

Proximity to the venue I was attending

All good , very new modern hotel. Good big beds, loads of, chargeable, parking. Buffet breakfast small but ok for what it is

Very clean

Staff were lovely on reception, the room was absolutely beautiful, the decor was stunning, drinks at the bar were lovely too, the gym was great, small but had everything required for a little workout, breakfast was delicious!

Location to the venue we visited was so near and the staff were lovely. The room was great too.

Breakfast was ok, no hashbrowns and a few cheap food products were used.

From the reception to the breakfast area and most importantly the room was Pristine like totally clean. The staff were amazing, kind and really welcoming. 10/10

I loved everything

My room was very nice the staff were very helpful and friendly

The decor was very classy and on point Staff very polite and friendly Rooms very clean and pleasant Selection at breakfast was very good

Your breakfast let it down - hot food was only lukewarm, which I did mention to a member of staff. Coffee was very strong but orange juice tasted watered down

The hotel is in a great location very well laid out and has parking next to it (which you have to pay for but it is reasonable cost. The staff were exceptional due to an error on our part a major error in booking was resolved with minimum fuss and at no extra cost to us. I cannot praise the attitude of the night staff enough. Thankyou

nothing

Spotless with great air con. They gave my dog a little welcome package which was super sweet. Biiiig comfy bed, loved the little bed desk for working on my laptop. WiFi excellent. Staff helpful.

The lady that said she had only been there 8 weeks was absolutely perfect great customer service from her. Can't remember her name unfortunately

Just don't like the area

Breakfast great plenty of choice cooked food lovely

Nothing everything grea

Large open plan reception bar/dining area. It felt very comfortable and relaxing to be in. Nicely decorated, stylish and spotlessly clean, the whole place looked new. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our dog also was made to feel very welcome with his own goody bag! We felt relaxed immediately. Very well air conditioned in all areas including our room. We loved having a sofa as well as the large comfy bed. Everything was beautifully presented and clean.

The staff. Chloe and Bev were amazing with my children and helping us to overcome an issue

Good breakfast and clean

The location was not far from our objective. The rooms were clean, thé staff very helpful, thé breakfasts plentiful

Having to pay for the car park

Really friendly service. Clean comfortable room.

The toilet flush did not work in the morning.

Friendly staff and excellent facilities including the gym

No complaints

Rooms are just what you need, very clean plus air conditioned which is great. Close to town centre, value for money, very friendly staff. Car parking behind hotel.

Only down fall is draw space for clothes but can cope without for few days we were there.

I had an exceptional stay at Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton. My room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were excellent. There was a wide variety of food available at the breakfast buffet. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even treated me to complimentary drinks, which was such a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again👌

Nothing in particular. I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay overall and was extremely pleased with the experience.

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. But best of all the staff were fantastic

Could do with an outside patio

Modern, clean hotel with good facilities.

Poor quality of "fruit" drinks at breakfast, basically weak diluted cordial/squash.

Everything was first class

Nothing we did not like.

Comfy, lovely staff

Paying for parking

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional , a huge choice. Bed very comfortable and pillows. Comfortable bar and seating areas. I asked for a quiet room and was on top floor with a view over rooftops. Ten out of ten for me. I shall go again.

The location was perfect. Staff were friendly and welcoming as always , the room was excellent better than expected.

Front desk and text offering support

Breakfast. Mainly cold

The hotel was good but what made it perfect was the staff, welcoming, happy and helpful, they couldn't do enough

There was nothing not to like, I only stayed one night.

Everything was a lovely experience we used the hotel as our daughter was completing at the British athletics championships in Birmingham we travelled from Dorset the staff were so helpful as they let my daughter have a late check out. Massive thank you for that made a massive difference . Came forth at champs thank you

Hotel room had absolutely everything needed as I was staying overnight in the area for work. Fridge, iron, table to work from, even aircon as the weather was hot. Staff were friendly, place was clean and tidy and still looked new and well looked after. Bed was really comfortable. Was really happy with the stay.

One thing I always find a problem when staying away, as I am lactose intolerant I have to use different milk options. Having oat milk in your coffee or tea isn't very nice and I do think that hospitality sector should be able to provide lactose free milk for people to have normal drinks. I had a coffee with oat milk in and couldn't drink it which was a waste and then I started the day without a brew. To be able to have cereal with lactose free milk would have been great also because having cereal with oat milk is also not nice. The sheet on my bed was also ripped on the side which I saw when getting something off the floor. Not a massive issue but wouldn't have expected that from the Hampton Hotel.

Beverley on the front desk is very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing…

Lovely bedroom. Clean bedding. Staff at reception were brilliant

Took a while to understand how the shower worked! Also, couldn't get the air conditioner off! Perhaps a step-by-step written instructions?

Absoultly beautiful

Friendly staff. Nice rooms.

Location not very nice. No chef on duty so only had a very limited menu of sandwiches and pizza.

Location and cleanliness plus free breakfast

Parking no longer free

The breakfast was amazing

Nothing

Visiting family so just a one night stay, lovely twin room, big single super-comfy beds, USB ports, iron, ironing board, full length mirror, good quality tea/coffee. Bathroom was immaculate, one of the best showers I've experienced, nice toiletries, tissues, shelf under the sink, lovely fluffy towels. We didn't have breakfast because we were meeting out, but it looked good. The lady serving food/drinks in the evening was super, we only had a bar snack.

Staff friendliness, quality and comfort of accommodation, breakfast (except no marmalade), convenience, cleanliness.

Nothingll

Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bar/breakfast area was light and airy. Great choices of food for breakfast. The room was clean and tidy the bed very comfortable with a huge mounted tv Bathroom was large and exceptionally clean.

Clean room, nice workers and it’s a quiet room, can’t hear anyone from the other rooms and I love the area. I’m usually from Scotland and visiting for boyfriend and he stays around the area we stayed here 3 times now and it’s been great. I recommend it first best hotel

In the centre of town. Conveniently situated.

The supervisor on reception on the day of our arrival was amazing she was cheerful and friendly you could tell she was commited to her job She would be a reason we would return

From the easy check-in we had a lovely stay. Rooms very clean and comfy. Staff ready to help you with a smile. Great selection for breakfast. Fabulous parking and close to town. 5*

We liked everything

Location and room

Empty tables were not clean at breakfast

Everything

Nothings to moan about

The location was not far from where we were visiting. We have stay here before and I must say our previous stay was much better.

The room we stayed in was very dusty, especially when I pulled out the ironing board, which I had to wipe down before I ironed my white clothes. The bedside tables were also very dusty. The whole of the corridors on the 1st floor looked as if they had not been vacuumed in days.

exceptional staff good central location very clean immaculate room very well equipped breakfast is fabulous!!! Coffee delicious! great choice of hot and continental. Great quality food. Big shout out to Sameer! a credit to the hotel, excellent customer service and a great personality and sense of humour!

nothing!

Clean, great air con, comfy beds, lovely breakfast, welcoming staff

Pay extra for parking

Air-conditioning All you can eat , help yourself breakfast , with a wide amount of choice.

Car park charges : car park owned by Nuneaton and Bedworth borough council instead of Hilton and the council are benefiting from that.

Friendly and helpful staff, quick and easy check in, lovely decor in the reception, bar and dining area, and a great buffet breakfast. We had a quiet room (which we requested in advance), which was clean and comfortable and perfect for our short break. Plenty of parking right by the hotel, not too expensive, and level access to the hotel.

It was slightly expensive but otherwise all was perfect, and we would stay there again.
