Our internet was down for the whole duration of our stay. For a company that bases their whole mentality on online check in, no reception an online communications only, that is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. We were only informed about the outage after WE asked. After enquiring we got a small refund.

Pas de personnel pour l'accueil on doit se débrouiller seul avec notre téléphone pour le check-in. Nous avons eu quand même des réponses, dans la messagerie, à nos interrogations.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el sofá que tenía bastantes manchas y ni me senté en el.

The checking in process was almost impossible. The app kept shutting down and went into a self defeating spiral. The website was little better. We spent half an hour on the phone to Germany while standing outside the apartment on a very hot busy Madrid street. The upholstery on the sofa was torn.

Die Zimmer sind zwar nach außen hin sehr gut isoliert, man hört die Hauptstraße nicht. Hingegen nach innen - leider gar nicht gut. Das Reinigungspersonal war jedes Mal sehr laut, das Reinigungszimmer war direkt neben unserem. Die Tür quietschte jedes Mal beim öffnen und schließen und auch war das Personal nach 10 Uhr nachts unterwegs, unterhielt sich laut.

Por poner un punto malo (que tampoco es tan importante), el apartamento no cuenta con microondas pero tiene un cazo donde poder calentar las cosas.

The main problem was that I never had the feeling that the apartment was truly clean. The location is excellent — very central, easy to find, and there is an elevator in the building, which is convenient. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the kitchen area and the small sofa in the kitchen. They did not look fresh and gave the impression of not being properly cleaned. Overall, the apartment did not feel as clean and well-maintained as I expected.

A penas llegué y toqué la cortina del cuarto para abrirla, me quedé con la cortina en la mano, porque se cayó de un costado. Avise el primer día y nadie asistió a solucionarlo durante toda la estancia considerando que día tras día se comprometían a hacerlo. No podía oscurecer el cuarto, ni tener privacidad porque en la noche se veía todo, estaba alojando sola como mujer y fue bastante frustrante, generándome una sensación de inseguridad y mal dormir. Adicionalmente pedí desayuno sin lactosa y me llegó desayuno estándar un pan con queso 🤦🏻♀️.

Just a few steps away from the Sol station, can easily travel to Atocha station by metro and Chamartin station by Cercanias. Quick check-in, informed me by WhatsApp when the room was ready earlier than expected. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Got all utensils we need in the room for self made breakfast. Refillable amenities.
The water temperature shifted during the shower. Not really a problem though since we visited in May.

Podría tener un microondas, si que tiene un horno con varias funciones, pero sin instrucciones y para calentar un vaso de leche tienes que hacerlo en la estufa y creo que el lavavajillas sobra.

Nunca tuve internet... Para conectar la computadora tuve que ir al lavadero. Me mintieron diciendo que era un problema que iban a solucionar..tuve que ir a conectar o a otro piso o a un bar. Quedaron en resarsirme por las molestias un porcentaje que todavía estoy esperando....me ofrecieron mudarme al 5 piso y según ellos tenía también el problema mentira en la terraza andabani no hicieron nada solo cobrar ...unos estafadores...pague una fortuna.y .me siento engañada soy una mujer grande y me trataron como si fuera una niña.

NOS HOSPEDAMOS EN ESTE ALOJAMIENTO PORQUE SE PROMOCIONABA CON "LA MEJOR CONEXION DE INTERNET", ALGO CLAVE PARA NOSOTROS. LAMENTABLEMENTE LA EXPERIENCIA FUE COMPLETAMENTE DISTINTA, EL SERVIDOR SE CORTO NI BIEN ENTRAMOS, LO MAS DECEPCIONANTE NO FUE SOLO EL PROBLEMA TECNICO, SINO LA FALTA DE RESPUESTA, NUNCA RECIBMOS UNA SOLUCION. PERO LO MAS MOLESTO FUE QUE NOS PROMETIRON UN 15% DE DESCUENTO COMO COMPENSACION Y NUNCA LO CUMPLIERO. LA EXPERIENCIA FUE DECEPCIONANTE, TANTO POR LA FALTA DEL SERVICIO COMO POR LA FALTA DE COMPROMISO CON LO QUE OFRECEN Y PROMETEN. SI EL INTERNET ES IMPORTANTE PARA VOS, NO RECOMENDARIA ESTE LUGAR.

Reviewed May 10, 2026The apartment is very well located, close to Plaza del Sol and Gran Vía, with several restaurants and good shops on the street. The apartment is new, and the beds are excellent. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, perto da Praça do Sol e da Gran Via, com vários restaurantes e boas lojas na rua. O apartamento é novo, as camas excelentes.
What was terrible: The Booking reservation does not clearly state that there is no reception and that check-in is done online, with a difficult system (documents must be uploaded one by one), especially for older people or when internet access is limited; Breakfast is delivered in a “box” containing a small sandwich, 1 fruit, 1 juice, 1 yogurt, and 1 cake. This box is left outside the apartment door with no control over who can access it, meaning anyone could touch or tamper with the food. In addition, the food quality is very poor, especially considering the price charged; The beds are excellent, but extremely high, which makes them difficult for older people to use; The shower floor is slippery and there are no safety bars for older guests; Parking was requested, but the reservation does not clearly explain that parking is only available in nearby public parking garages; It is also not mentioned that the area is restricted to authorized vehicles, preventing cars from outside Madrid from entering the zone (and resulting in fines); Hotel/Apartment support is provided by phone, but the waiting time is extremely long (45 minutes on hold). However, once we managed to reach someone, the staff were extremely polite and helpful. O que foi péssimo: na reserva via booking não está claro que não existe recepção e que o check in é online, sendo o sistema difícil (é preciso fazer upload de documentos), especialmente para pessoas mais velhas ou quando se tem pouca internet; o café da manhã é feito através da entrega de uma "caixa", composta de um pequeno sanduíche, 1 fruta, 1 suco, 1 iogurte, 1 bolo.
