I love how spacious, clean, beautiful the room is! The water heater, air conditioning works perfectly well. I ordered thai basil chicken- room service, the food is delicious!! hospitality was great as well, and omg they’ll give you a welcome drink!

Jeetje ruime kamers, tuin en receptie prachtig aangelegd.

7 jaar geleden was ik er ook, twee jaar geleden ook. Zeven jaar geleden was er wat muziek bij het zwembad. We zaten er tot 20.00 uur wat te drinken, leuk barpersoneel en nog even wat lekkers te eten bestellen. Dat mis ook nu. Geen muziek en volgens mij om 18.00 uur het zwembad met bar dicht.

Es una pena que tenga que escribir este comentario de un hotel, pero que sirva de alerta para próximos viajeros, NO RESERVÉIS EN ESTE HOTEL. Nos llevamos una pésima estancia al encontrar un hotel sucio, mal cuidado, dejado y con falta de compromiso por parte del personal, las cucarachas campan a sus anchas por las habitaciones y lo peor de todo el olor a humedad INSANO. Tanto es así que tuvimos que irnos del hotel, lo reservamos para estar cuatro noches, parte de nuestra luna de miel , pero no se podía estar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y se nota que lo sabían porque había un ventilador que además de no dar nada de aire hacía un ruido ensordecedor, manchas de humedad y una villa que a pesar de ser la estrella del alojamiento no está bien cuidada, piscina sucia con desconchones que daba asco, una pena y una dejadez absoluta.

We have a pool villa which was very nice, the room service food menu was also great, not overly expensive compared to outside prices.

The view and room with view was amazing and comfortable. It was great for a group of 4 people. They room was good but only lack downstair of hot water.

the plugs didnt work much and they dont provide friendly plugs for international visitors. We have to personally buy our own adapter and could only charge at 1 plug. This was very inconvinient

Hotel bol plný Indov ktorí nevedia rozprávať potichu ani o 1 rano. Akože katastrofa. Plný bazen indov ktorí sa nevedia správať a su strašne hlučný. Dokonca ani normálne jesť nevedia. Na raňajkách z budetu naberali všetko rukou, to až chuť do jedla vás prejde. Kedže sme šli neskoro spat lebo hlučný indovia sa nevedia správť tak zasa ráno upratovačky asi nepoznajú uctu voči hosťom. Každé rano kričali a buchali vecami o 6:30. a to myslím vážne že každé rano. Nedalo sa spať ani večer ani ráno. Určite pokial si majiteľ alebo prevádzkovateľ neurobí poriadky s personálom tak neodporáčam hotel nikomu.

Pokoj s přístupem do bazénu je super. Byl čistý a pohodlný.

Snídaně průměrné a personál byl nepříjemný! (Kromě pána, který půjčuje motorky). Nepříjemní byli hosti z Indie, kteří se neumí chovat, jsou extrémně hluční, toto není problém hotelu, ale bylo to nepříjemné.

Humidité EXTRÊME dans la chambre — c’est le plus dérangeant. Odeur qui ne part pas après une nuit d’aération avec fenêtres ouvertes et clim à fond : IRRESPIRABLE. * Odeur de pipi de chat dans un certain coin de notre chambre, un chat miaulait régulièrement devant notre porte 🥺 * Le bain à remous a viré au noir après l’activation des remous * Climatisation défaillante * Lit sale : cheveux, taches * Piscine extérieure dégueulasse, pas nettoyée la nuit, déchets qui traînent toute la nuit — la baignade habillée doit être la nouvelle mode ? * La piscine paraît grande sur les photos, mais la réalité n’est pas la même * Le personnel parle très mal aux clients : dès notre check-in, nous avons assisté à ce comportement, et cela nous a aussi été adressé par la suite * Le personnel ment à la figure des gens malgré la preuve devant leurs yeux * Manager de cet hôtel impoli et radin, n’ayant pas la lumière à tous les étages * Service de bagagerie inexistant : nous avons dû demander de l’aide au personnel d’entretien qui nous a gentiment aidés Pour conclure, je ne recommande effectivement pas du tout cet hôtel. Cela a été deux nuits interminables pour nous — j’aurais pu écrire un roman.

Tesis fiyat açısından güzel . Yatak açısından çok iyi . Geniş ve rahat . Temizlik gündelik yapılıyor ama eksikkk . Sahile 10 dk yürüme mesafesi ( karanlık çökünce tavsiye etmem çok tehlikeli karanlık ve pis yol ) yatmadan yatmaya da tutacam derseniz ben güvenlik açısından dikkat edin derim .

Yalıtım kötü , sürekli birilerinin seslerini duyuyorsunuz tuvaletten sürekli sesler geliyor , koridorda sürekli sesler geliyor. Kapı açık önüne gelen otele giriyor güvenlik sıfır . Otele 2 kişilik oda tutsanız 10 kişi gelir konaklar o derece sorumsuz bir otel. Temizlik vasat. Lobi personelleri aşırı saygısız . Sözleşmede 8:30 da - 16:00 da ücretsiz sahil servisi var diye belirtmişler ama yalan ! Hep şoför yok nedense. Bi tane kazma herif koymuşlar resepsiyona ukalaki ne ukala. Servis istiyorsun 2 saat önceden söyle diyor , 2 saat önceden söylüyorsun şoför yok diyor. Tam bir yalancı. Kavga ettim en sonunda g. ye benziyor zaten . Görünce hatırlarsınız. 2 kere servis zorla ayarladılar oda 1 tanesi motorla bıraktılar , bi tanesi normal tuktuk tarzı Pick up arkasında gittik zaten . Onuda resimlediler sizi booking e şikayet edeceğim dedim diye . Aile ile sakın gitmeyin. Kapı önlerin de hep yemek tabakları oluyor anlamadım ben odaya yemek servisi mi yapılıyor nedir. Sanki mahalle kebapçısı , tavuk kemikleri görmekten midem bulandı. Havuz ilaç döküldüğünü 1 kere bile görmedim. Ancak file ile yaprak topluyorlar. Klor pH asla yok. Çocuklarınızı sakın sokmayın. O resepsiyon da ki a.yıya katlanmak isteyen gitsin oteli tutsun. Otelden çıkış yaparken 1 kelime bile etmediler anahtarı suratsız şekilde aldılar arkalarını döndüler . Bu otelden memnun kalanın kendisine saygısı yoktur !!

Rooms were already dirty upon arrival, called front desk they said they will clean after 3 pm the next day upon insisting they finally send someone when she came she only sprayed a room spray and there was still urine marks in toilet seats, we called the front desk again she said she cant help us, the room reeked of an odd smell of beetle nut, shower area and sink area had visible mould and sink had onion peels idk from where, there was no apologies or and reimbursement whatsoever, they even refused with booking platform saying they already cleaned and resolved the problem with us but no staff communicated with us , so if i could i would give them 0 stars.

Ds hatte sehr viele Indische Gäste die im Pool und auch beim Frühstück sehr auffällig und sehr laut waren. Der Motorradverleih im Hotel ist im Vergleich zu anderen Mitbewerbern in der Nähe zu teuer.

Just got back from the most unforgettable girls trip at Hula Hula Resort Hotel 💕🌴 Everything was absolutely amazing , the AC was perfect (a lifesaver in the heat 😅), the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was sooo good! The poolside drinks were definitely a highlight 🍹✨ Huge shoutout to the tour guide who helped us plan everything , super affordable prices and even arranged a van straight to Phuket Airport for us. Made everything so easy and stress-free! I’m beyond happy and grateful for such a fun, smooth, and memorable trip. Thank you Hula Hula for making our girls getaway so special 💖 Already dreaming about coming back 🏝️💫

Zwembad was super. Ontbijt was top.

Heerlijk hotel, met heel vriendelijk personeel. Ook de man die de uitjes organiseerde, Palm, was heel vriendelijk en had leuke tips. Heerlijm ontbijt.

The pool area in the morning was quite noisy as it is a family hotel but we did book a swim up room so if you are looking for quiet then maybe just don’t book that room.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL‼️⛔️ They kept our money and refused to refund us. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced anything as bad as this. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what they advertise. This place claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it doesn’t even deserve 1. This hotel does NOT deliver what it promises and will keep your money with no real possibility of getting it back. When I asked for a refund and wanted to leave, they just moved us to a so-called “better” room. It was only slightly better, which says a lot about how terrible the first one was. If that was their best, I can’t imagine how bad the rest must be. We had to ask for clean sheets. The curtains were filthy. The room smelled awful. There was nowhere to place soap in the shower. The sink was disgusting. The only positive thing is that most of the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, this does not make up for everything else. The manager made everything far worse. She kept delaying our departure again and again and refused to return our money, even though we did not receive what we had booked. After finally reaching an agreement, she broke it, claiming that we were not allowed to publish our catastrophic experience — something that was NEVER stated in the document we signed. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable from start to finish. If you want a peaceful, stress-free vacation, DO NOT book this hotel under any circumstances. You risk losing your money and ruining your trip.

The hotel is in good location. Nearby to all the places we wanted to go and the opposite Thai restaurant red chilli serve fantastic food.

The staffs were not friendly especially the pool bar lady bartenders were not polite. Second is very bad communication breakdown. It toll us really hard time each time to request anything from them. Room service to collect our luggage was bad. No one atended us. When we asked they said too busy but it seems not busy at all.

L'hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, la piscine était propre

Le petit déjeuner pas tellement varié, la propreté dans les chambres laisse beaucoup à désirer. Même sur demande le ménage n'est pas fait. Les linges de bain et les draps sont très usées. Dans les informations à disposition en chambres ils disent que le ménage est fait 1 jour sur 2 mais c'est pas respecté. Le 4ème jour j'ai demandé le ménage et ils ont changé les draps de bain, mis 2 bouteilles d'eau et sortie la poubelle. Même pas passé le balai. En soi pour le nombre d'étoiles et le prix payé je m'attendais à quelque chose d'autres. Nous n'avons pas tellement passé du temps dans l'hôtel donc c'est très désagréable revenir après une journée d'excursion et trouver le lit pas rangé ou la poubelle qui déborde. Les service à disposition ( excursion, lavage des habits, taxi etc.) nous n'avons pas utilisé non plus car très très cher par apport à ce qui se trouve aux alentours, même en face de l'hôtel.

Tous les jours un problème! Premier jour, le lavabo bouché 2 eme jour, Clim cassé de l’eau partout dans la chambre! 3 eme jour, Clim ne fonctionne plus Quand on me dit à la personne de la réception, elle ose rigoler! 4 eme jour, on se fait engueuler par la personne qui gère les excursions, car on ne réserve pas chez lui, à croire qu’on a un contrat! C’est inadmissible et pour le prix qu’on a payé on s’attendait à un meilleur service, décevant, je ne conseillerai pas cet hôtel!

The staff recognised the issue with putting 2 sets of adults in a "villa" that was advertised as TWO bedroom and was actually 1 large bedroom upstairs and a pull out sofa bed taking up most of the down stairs lounge. It was good that they recognised the issues and moved us. What I liked is they agreed to move us to two separate 'normal' hotel rooms. (Albiet that is not what I ordered and the entire stay was orientated around "a two story pool Villa", which it was not. and that was the only reason I stayed there accepting a hike to the beech front.)

Mis-Sold: Advertised as a "Two Story Pool Villa" with two bedrooms. Photo's on Booking.com were just 5 and did not show the second bedroom or the "so called Villa" (no outside shots). Other than the "villa" was old, smelly and run down, the pool was not working and looked mouldy the villa was in fact two hotel rooms, one up and one down with a stair case connecting them. NO SECOND bedroom was just a pull out bed, which is not why we choose it as two separate adult couples travelling , we expected two bedrooms and not a pull out sofa in a small downstairs room with no hanging facilities. The word "Villa" paints a different view to me. Overall leading to a miss representation of what we paid for. Whilst moved, there was no offer of compensation and frankly it destroyed my holiday.

Nice hotel with a good comfortable pool area, and nice garden. Room with a very good size. Nice direct access to the pool from our room with a good furniturished terrace. Good breakfast with fresh pressed fruit juices. Reasonable walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The room needs a renovation, specially the bathroom. Room service a bit unconsistent, with toiletaries and coffee/tea.

Very friendly staff and helpful, The man who arranges tours and taxis was lovely. Pool area was very nice and very clean and never that busy on our stay. Breakfast was plenty of choice and nice area. Our room was massive and had balcony bed was comfortable.

Rooms were very worn and very tired. We had a large crack in our sink, no chrome on the tap, very limited storage for such a big room. Toiletries were only in tiny bottles very limited supply. Felt the room was not cleaned properly ie bins not emptied every day. This hotel was rated 4 star and for the money was the most expensive of our 3 week holiday. I would say its a 3 star. The walk to the main areas was 15 mins and although there was a free shuttle felt it could of been more regular as sat ouside the hotel most of the day. Beds by the pool weren't that comfortable they needed mats on them or cushions. The pool towels have seen better days although clean had holes in some could do with replacing.

Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits à Hula hula l’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien à proximité de restaurant, location scooter et massage ainsi qu’à 15min de Ao Nang Beach. Nous avions l’option petit déjeuner avec lequel nous nous sommes régale et cela varie chaque jours. Les employés et l’équipe très souriante et accueillante.

Nous avions une grande chambre avec une baignoire spa nous souhaitions nous faire plaisir pour ces premières vacances dans le pays cependant nos attentes n’étaient pas digne d’un « resort » concernant le confort et la propreté des lieux. L’hôtel est assez vieillissant et serait nécessaire de faire des rénovations sur les extérieurs ainsi que les chambres. De plus, nous avions des draps tachés et une lit vraiment pas confortable par rapport au prix de la nuitée. Assez décevant

Les infrastructure de l’hôtel sont top et la gentillesse de certaine personne de l’hôtel en particulier un monsieur qui fait partie du restaurant de l’hôtel et qui est d’une gentillesse sans nom ! Une boisson offerte à mon arrivé ! La chambre est très spacieuse et la vue de la piscine avec les montagne est incroyable.

Les draps étaient tachées, mais sentaient bon, je pense que les taches ne sont pas partie au lavage. Il serait bien de penser a changer les draps et serviettes plutôt usagée pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je trouve que le rapport/qualité ne vaux pas réellement son prix, les chambres un peu vieillotte bien que très spacieuse

Located close the heart of krabi. It’s nicely nestled in the dense vegetation of the back roads. The resort is full of greenery and has relaxing landscape.

The property is very quiet and peaceful

We took our family and booked several rooms. The place was great. The private pool was definitely worth it! The breakfast was amazing! There was a review that complained that the food was covered, but when we went the food was all covered. There was a good variety of food, and everything was delicious! The concierge, I believe his name was Palm, was great! He went out of his way to make sure that our group was happy. I'm not sure if it was because we had a large group, but he was able to get us better prices on tours (scuba diving, 4 Island tour, Elephant Sanctuary, etc.) than I was able to find on the internet!

There were a lot of stairs, and the shower downstairs didn't have very hot water.

Siistit huoneet ja rauhallista. Upea vihreä ympäristö. Poreamme kylppärissä oli kiva😊. Safety box oli lukossa, soitto respaan ja minuutin päästä oli kaksi korjaajaa paikalla.👍

Matka rannalle kävellen oli tuskaista, kapea tie ja kova liikenne. Toki taksit kulkee, joten suosin niitä tässä kohteessa. Respassa loistava päiväretken myyjä ja kaikki toimi, sekä aikataulut piti paikkansa.

Apart from location.old hotel..reception looked like railway station..room was bit tired and old.washroom was full of water while showering..bad smell.

Nice hotel with a lovely pool area, great breakfast and really kind and friendly staff! Overall you can see the rooms could use a bit of a touch (rooms are big and spacious, clean) and decorated in a simple but practical manner but few things could be refitted (doors to improve soundproofing, sink as the one in our room was eaten up by calc etc). This could be all somehow be better reflected in the price (though many things in AoNang are a bit inflated!)

The pictures maybe get a bit of a different impression but the hotel is still quite nice, especially if you like to hang by the pool.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Hula-Hula Ao Nang. La chambre était très confortable, avec une superbe vue sur la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, varié et très agréable. L’emplacement est vraiment top : de nombreux restaurants à seulement 2 minutes à pied, et la plage d’Ao Nang est accessible en environ 10 minutes de marche. Le quartier est animé, avec des tuk-tuks qui passent régulièrement, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Un séjour vraiment sympa, confortable et bien situé. 👉 Je recommande sans hésiter ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
