Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The car port is a great bonus to keep your car from freezing overnight. Very cosy, neat and comfortable. The spa bath is such a treat after a long day of activities. We would highly recommend Eden to anyone.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Venue well located. There was decent hot water for the cold weather. Staff was helpful to assist to fix problems. Although there were issues it was not a baf stay.
Some cutlery and crockery was not clean on arrival. Beds need replacing, very uncomfortable. Door locks were faulty. One door would not unlock from inside after first night. Slider door was not able to lock from outside. We had to leave our unit unlocked on the morning of the Maluti double 90 or miss the race start. The staff did assist on second day to fix locks. They also put an extra duvet on top of beds to help with comfort, did not really help.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Wir können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Apartment war super nett eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der zum Haus gehörende Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet. Für den Wagen gab es einen überdachten Stellplatz. Die Gastgeberein ist sympathisch, auch der Mailverkehr vor Anreise war unkompliziert. Auf Fragen erhielten wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Die Lage ist angenehm, zwei Blocks vom Clarens Townsquare mit Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Die Umgebung machte auf uns einen sicheren Eindruck. Es gab nichts, was wir beanstanden könnten, deshalb alle Daumen rauf.

The front door could not be opened swollen and the slider very difficult to open and close could not be opened only about half meter at the most. Need new mattress lumpy a bit uncomfortable

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist mit in der Innenstadt von Clarens. Die Betten waren perfekt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse mit dem sehr schönen Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025I appreciate the clear instructions and information that I have received before our arrival. It is a very well equipped place and has everything we needed for our two night stay. I was surprised to find a hairdryer. I like it that the bathroom has a bath and shower.
Unfortunately we didn't spend a lot of time at the place. I didn't have time to use the well equipped kitchen.

I booked them because of the beautiful pictures that were posted, and the price was reasonable. The host was very warm and welcoming to us.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2024The whole apartment is spacious and fully equipped. Undercover parking is available.The garden is tastfully laid out and is child friendly. The host is very friendly, helpful and orgainised. My apartment was home away from home. Highly recommended. I will definitely book again.
I'd prefer a curtain or blinds over the window above the bed. I am a light sleeper and the morning light woke me.

The bed is completely done for, and the little stove tops dials are worn so you can't tell what setting it's on or if it's on or off. Otherwise I was very happy.

The owner sent us a detailed description of how to check in with pictures. The housekeeper went the extra mile with cleaning. She even folded our pile of dirty clothes.
