Ce qui nous a le plus plu, c’est l’intimité du lieu : la petite cour intérieure est très calme, on n’entend pas la rue. Les chambres sont bien isolées, ce qui est rare dans ce quartier. Le propriétaire nous a concocté un itinéraire sur mesure pour éviter les foules, avec des horaires précis et des astuces locales. Un vrai gain de temps et de tranquillité.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de l’entrée du parc et au calme. Le propriétaire a organisé notre transfert depuis la gare : le chauffeur nous attendait à l’heure, prix très correct. Grâce à cette logistique parfaite, nous avons pu commencer notre visite sans stress. Une excellente base pour explorer Zhangjiajie.

Встреча на вокзале прошла отлично – нас встретили с табличкой, помогли с багажом. По пути в отель хозяин уже начал рассказывать про маршруты. А на месте дал нам карту с отметками на русском языке, расписал всё по дням: какие входы лучше использовать, в какое время идти, где поесть без туристических цен. Расположение очень удобное – до парка пешком, но при этом тихо. Спасибо за такую заботу!

El apartamento muy amplio, personal atento y amable, la ubicación bastante buena. Cerca de las calles con comida y tiendas y a 20 min caminando de la entrada al parque.

Lamentablemente la limpieza no era buena. La cocina estaba muy sucia. La nevera olía muy mal, dentro de los armarios habían restos de comida. Las zonas comunes también estaban sucias y desordenadas.

The location was excellent, very close to the East Gate. Even though we arrived late at night, they waited for us. When we called upon arrival, someone came to meet us and accompanied us all the way to the hotel. Most importantly, the staff could speak English, which made everything much easier for us. The location was also perfect, right in the middle of the market, surrounded by lots of delicious food and local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated their kindness and hospitality.

I really appreciated how much they respected our privacy. They never entered the room without asking first, which made us feel very comfortable. Whenever we needed fresh towels, we could simply pick up clean, freshly sanitized ones downstairs, along with complimentary cold bottled water after a long day in the park. It was such a thoughtful system. The room was spotless, the location was convenient, and Jay's travel tips made our visit to Zhangjiajie so much easier. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for four nights and honestly wished we had booked a little longer. Every day felt easy. Whenever we needed advice, Jay was happy to help, but we never felt like anything was being pushed on us. After exploring the park, it was always nice to come back, take a shower, and relax in such a comfortable room. Staff were incredibly helpful in helping us book tickets beforehand and being attentive to our questions and concerns. They even gave us a step by step rundown of how to navigate through Forest Park and Tianmen mountain. They really made us feel welcomed and we really appreciate their help! :)

Die Lage war gut. Das Dorf liegt am Eingang des Nationalparks. Das Hotel liegt am Ende des Dorfes. Bis zum Eingang sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Besitzer sind extrem hilfreich und helfen bei der Planung der Aktivitäten in Zhangjiajie in aller Art.

I love this place so much. It’s affordable yet really comfortable. Jay thoughtfully planned all my desired travel routes and got me discounted tickets. You can grab coffee and beer here. There’s also a rooftop area with laundry facilities and a dryer. While doing laundry, you can enjoy the amazing views from the observation deck. Jay has thought of just about everything you could need. I highly recommend this place!

La verdad es que vi unas críticas que decían que el hotel no es lujoso y que no está en la calle principal. Pues justo por eso lo reservé. La habitación es sencilla pero muy limpia, la cama cómoda, y al estar en un callejón sin ruido se duerme de lujo. Al parque se llega andando en 15 minutos, y alrededor hay fruterías, restaurantes y tiendas – un Didi hasta la puerta cuesta solo 6 yuanes. Lo mejor: Jay nos compró las entradas sin colas, mientras que otros huéspedes que hicieron cola por su cuenta perdieron media hora y encima compraron el billete equivocado. Por 200 y pico yuanes la noche, no esperes un cinco estrellas, pero si quieres un sitio donde no te den gato por liebre, no te líes con horarios ni rutas y encima ahorres tiempo y dinero, este es tu sitio. Cero estrés, cero trampas. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Tienen lavadora y secadora gratis – eso nos salvó porque llevábamos días viajando. Jay nos ayudó con todo: compró las entradas para el parque forestal, el puente de cristal y Tianmen, nos dio un mapa con las rutas y nos recomendó sitios para comer. Por las tardes subíamos a la terraza de arriba a ver las montañas con una cerveza fría. El precio es muy justo. Sin duda volveríamos. ¡Muy recomendable!
