Vielen Dank für die sehr zuvorkommende Behandlung durch das Personal und die besondere Hilfsbereitschaft von Vivi. Das Personal der Unterkunft hat uns bestens geholfen unsere Touren zu planen und die Wege zu erklären. Außerdem gab es jeden Abend beim Zurückkommen direkt frisches Obst und Tee.

Die Umgebung ist bis 22 Uhr recht laut. Ein großes Theater gegenüber, Bus-Reiseverkehr und Restaurants.

we had an amzing 4 night stay at this boutique hotel. The room was as shown in the pictures and the location is just unbeatable at a 20min walk from the park entry and walking distance to restaurant and bars. What made the stay perfect was the very helpful & always smiling hotel personal, starting from picking us up at the train station, to helping us get all the park entry tickets and just being around for any questions. Thanks to Feifei and the whole team!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Zhangjiajie! ❤️ The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and extremely well located, only about a 5-minute drive from the East Gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which was incredibly convenient for us. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so warm, kind and welcoming, while also being incredibly professional. The service was truly impeccable from beginning to end. A special mention to Nini, who was absolutely amazing! 🥹 She helped us book our tickets, plan our itinerary and organize everything we needed. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and we never had to worry about a thing. She was always available, incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. Honestly, I absolutely loved her! 😂❤️ She really made us feel like we were staying with family rather than just at a hotel. We also loved the little touches: in the evenings, the staff would often offer us tea and homemade local desserts. These small gestures made the atmosphere feel so warm and personal. If you are visiting Zhangjiajie, I genuinely recommend staying here. The combination of the great location, spotless hotel, excellent service and, above all, the incredibly warm and professional staff makes this place a real gem. They truly deserve much more visibility! ❤️ We would absolutely stay here again.

Siamo stati due notti in questa homestay ed è stata un’esperienza ottima. Sono state disponibili sin dall’inizio assistendoci su WeChat ed organizzando per noi il transfer all’andata e al ritorno. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Zhangjiajie National Park e il Glass Bridge (a circa 40 min) e per fare una passeggiata serale nel centro della città. Ci hanno inoltre indicato nei minimi dettagli i percorsi da fare nelle attrazioni e ci ha aiutato ad avere un’esperienza indimenticabile. Per chi non ha acquistato già i biglietti su trip offrono il servizio di acquisto biglietti a prezzi inferiori. Ci hanno infine salutato regalandoci dell’ottimo te locale. Super consigliato!

Posizione proprio davanti allo Charming Xianxi Theatre, perfetta per andare ovunque. L’hotel pulito, confortevole con stanze ampie e luminose. Il fiore all’occhiello è lo staff, persone disponibili e cordiali, Lili ci ha accompagnato in tutto ed è stata davvero preziosa! Consigliato vivamente ❤️

Un plauso speciale al servizio concierge, che si è rivelato impeccabile: ci ha assistito nella prenotazione dei biglietti per le principali attrazioni della zona e ci ha fornito consigli preziosi per organizzare al meglio il nostro itinerario. L'ospitalità migliore mai trovata in Cina – Coco è straordinaria! Soggiornare in questa struttura è stata un'esperienza fantastica, soprattutto grazie a Coco, la proprietaria: è in assoluto la persona più gentile, disponibile e premurosa che abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro viaggio in Cina. L'attenzione nei nostri confronti è iniziata ben prima del nostro arrivo. Tramite WeChat si è resa super disponibile per prenotarci tutti i biglietti dei treni e le entrate per tutte le attrazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci ha fornito consigli preziosissimi sugli itinerari migliori, più veloci e funzionali da seguire all'interno dei parchi, con indicazioni dettagliate sia per il National Forest Park che per la Tianmen Mountain. Durante il soggiorno ci ha viziati continuamente: Attenzione alle intolleranze: È stata attentissima alle mie esigenze alimentari (senza glutine e senza lattosio) per la colazione. Cura costante: Ci ha offerto frutta, cibo, acqua senza limiti e ci ha servito delizioso tè direttamente in camera ogni volta che ne avevamo bisogno. Relax su misura: Ci ha prenotato un massaggio fantastico direttamente in camera per me e il mio compagno; le due massaggiatrici erano bravissime e il prezzo è stato estremamente onesto (circa 15€ a persona). Guida locale: Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per muoverci a Zhangjiajie, raccomandandoci anche ottimi ristoranti tipici. Al momento del check-out ci ha persino fatto un regalo bellissimo: due scatole di tè di loro produzione! Se andate a Zhangjiajie, dovete assolutamente soggiornare qui. Coco renderà il vostro viaggio indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo di cuore!

Bem localizado, organizado, limpo, bom café da manhã, equipe muito gentil e profissional e prepararam pratinhos de frutas de boas vindas e chá para nossa chegada e sempre que voltávamos dos passeios, também fomos muito bem tratados pela equipe da cozinha que prepara o cafe da manha, mas o mais impressionante de tudo foi o apoio que nos deram durante a estadia para organizar os passeios, a Vivi nos guiou através dos mapas das trilhas e parques e tornou nossos dias em Zhangjiajie muito mais prazerosos e felizes. Recomendo muito esse hotel, a melhor opção na região!

Se encargaron de comprar nuestras entradas y organizar nuestra estancia. Nos regalaron fruta durante nuestra estancia. La amabilidad del personal fue excepcional y habitación bonita. Transporte gratuito hasta y hacia la estación de tren.

Very helpful staff. Fei Fei spent a lot of time organising activities that suited us, plus a great guide called Morning. Excellent location just minutes from the National Forest, so our room had lovely mountain views. Bar with live music each evening.

I have travelled to many places in China and experienced many different levels of services - but me and my friends' stay at Wang Yunju takes the crown. What an amazing stay! The authenticity and investment of the people working there beats any service at typically bland 4-5 star hotels. From the moment we booked to the day we left; the service was impeccable and ever-present. Over the course of 3 nights and 3 days of activities, we enjoyed a beautiful, safe and hospitable environment. The whole place lies elevated above street level on the 1st floor and have a cozy and modern bar area with live music out front (half outside, half inside), and a reception area with tea serving table inside. The interior decorations are well though-out - modern yet with a traditional blend. Before we arrived, we discussed and adapted a daily plan of our stay with Vivi - all with directions and places to see + the necessary transport and attractions booked beforehand. On the day we arrived, we were welcomed by Vivi outside, who introduced us to the place, and served refreshments during our stay. Another example was one late night when we were looking for a footwash after a long of walking, and they all rushed to helped us find a place and get us through the rain - they even supporting in drying our clothes (as Zhangjiajie can be quite rainy sometimes). I could share many more stories...

Nothing significant. But so much potential in the breakfast section with the outdoor seating and the views from there - that needs to be the next upgrade at the hotel ;)

Великолепный отель и невероятное гостеприимство!Отель нам очень понравился. Он небольшой, аутентичный, оформлен в приятном эко-стиле. Номера достаточно просторные, в каждом есть вкусный чай и своя уютная терраса на улице. Буквально на одной территории с отелем (хоть и принадлежит другим владельцам) есть отличный бар. После долгого дня и километров прогулок по национальному парку было невероятно удобно зайти туда вечером на коктейль и пиццу, не уезжая далеко.Но самое главное достоинство и настоящая жемчужина этого места — это сотрудница Фейфей. Она связалась со мной сразу после бронирования и предложила помощь абсолютно во всем: от проживания до планирования маршрутов по паркам. Без ее подсказок разобраться в огромном количестве местных активностей было бы крайне сложно. Фейфей относилась к нам с такой теплотой и душевностью, будто мы ее близкие родственники. Я безмерно благодарен ей за этот идеальный отдых. Очень рекомендую этот отель всем!

The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from the park entrance, which made everything very convenient. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and the rooms are beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. A big thank you to Vivi for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding support. Die Unterkunft war zunächst etwas schwer zu finden, da die Beschilderung ausschließlich auf Chinesisch ist. Um zum Eingang zu gelangen, muss man um das große Gebäude mit mehreren Restaurants herumgehen, das sich gegenüber des Tourist Visitor Centers befindet. Auf der Seite des kleinen Flusses findet man schließlich den Eingang, der über eine Treppe erreichbar ist. Wenn man nach den chinesischen Schriftzeichen Ausschau hält, findet man die Unterkunft jedoch problemlos. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützten uns intensiv bei der Planung unserer Ausflüge in den Nationalpark, standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und überraschten uns regelmäßig mit Tee oder frischem Obst. Diese Aufmerksamkeit haben wir sehr geschätzt.. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die kleine Bar direkt neben der Unterkunft, in der am Wochenende Livemusik gespielt wird. Dort konnten wir den Abend bei einem Bier ausklingen lassen. Auch der Dachgarten ist ein nettes Detail und trägt zur angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft trotz kleiner Schwächen weiterempfehlen.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und insgesamt in gutem Zustand. Allerdings hatten wir zu Beginn die Wahl zwischen mehreren Zimmern, von denen eines leichte Schimmelspuren aufwies und ein anderes deutlich nach Rauch roch. Hier sollte die Unterkunft darauf achten, die Zimmer konsequent instand zu halten, um den insgesamt guten Standard langfristig zu bewahren.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center, everything is walking distance from here. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! Our room was very nice, we also received complimentary snacks in the afternoon. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Todo!!! Hemos visitado 6 ciudades de China. Y sin la menor duda este hotel ha sido la mejor experiencia de nuestro viaje. Atención súper esmerada, cuartos muy limpios y cómodos, la ubicación del hotel es excelente. El personal fue increíblemente bueno!!! Nos atendieron en todo momento de la mejor manera. Nos guiaron a todas las reservas de tour y nos hicieron un itinerario magnífico. La chica Lili muy esmerada y atenta en su trabajo fue quien nos organizó todas las visitas en zianghjiajie y fue maravilloso. Volveré siempre!!!

Сотрудницы очень приветливые и вежливые, помогали на каждом шагу. Отдельное спасибо Feifei, она помогла во всём: забронировала нам все билеты, составила нам лучшие маршруты по дням, всё расписала, она очень милая девушка, с ней было общаться одно удовольствие 🥰. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen, de medewerkers zijn attent en staan altijd voor je klaar. 's Avonds kregen we thee en fruit. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon, met goede bedden, kussens en beddengoed. We hebben via het guesthouse entree tickets geboekt, van Lily kregen we uitgebreid advies over de route en een kaart mee voor onderweg. Zonder te vragen werd zelfs aangeboden om onze bagage naar het volgende hotel in Zhangjiajie te brengen, terwijl wij naar Tianmen mountain waren. Het personeel begrijpt goed wat een verblijf extra speciaal maakt, wij nemen mooie herinneringen mee naar huis.

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel! Het is een mooi verblijf met goede faciliteiten. Het meest fantastische vonden wij toch wel de behulpzaamheid van Feifei! Ze heeft vantevoren al contact met ons gezocht en gezorgd dat wij elke dag een planning hadden, waarbij ze de tickets en alles al had geregeld! Daarnaast kwamen ze ons ophalen vanaf het vliegveld en ook bij de vertrekdag hebben ze ons met de auto weggebracht. Super vriendelijke mensen en mede door hun is ons bezoek aan Zhangjiajie een succes geweest. Wij raden iedereen aan om hier te verblijven als je deze regio bezoekt!

Замечательный отель в прекрасном месте! Отель расположен в центре деревушки, рядом с речкой, ресторанами, недалеко от восточного входа в парк. Вечером включается подсветка вокруг, очень красиво и аутентично. Сам отель очень уютный, номер с встроенной автоматической системой на шторы, свет. Все современно и удобно. Персонал выше всяких похвал! Нас встретили, помогали с вызовом такси, помогли с покупкой билетов в два парка, расписали на карте маршрут в соответствии с нашими предпочтениями. Мы шли по инструкции и это было очень удобно, мы сэкономили массу времени на этом! Нас окружили заботой с первой минуты. Огромная бланодароность за помощь! Завтраки вкусные, есть даже горячий суп). В отеле живёт очень добрый доберман и полосатый кот. В общем, нам там было очень хорошо и уютно, рекомендую от души!

Ik zou hier graag terugkeren. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Feifei, die mijn korte verblijf van tevoren perfect had gepland, zodat ik het meeste uit mijn reis kon halen. Heel erg bedankt! Ondanks mijn vroege aankomst kon ik mijn tas achterlaten en meteen aan de activiteiten beginnen. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien en het hotel ligt gunstig dicht bij uitstekende restaurants. Het personeel deed er alles aan om mij te helpen. Nogmaals bedankt voor de geweldige ervaring en hopelijk tot een volgende keer.

L'emplacement est top ! A 15min a pied de l'entrée du parc, a côté de la rue des restaurants. Les chambres ainsi que le lieu sont agréables. Nous avons aussi bénéficié d'aide de la part de Tassa, qui nous a organisé nos journées et pris nos places à l'avance. Un réel avantage afin de profiter pleinement du parc !

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled all over Europe, Middle East, Asia and America. The hotel room was amazing, all of the technology was very up to date and the lighting I got was amazing. The bathtub and shower were super nice. The best part of this hotel was absolutely the staff, they were amazing. Vivi helped me plan and book my entire itinerary even though I arrived a bit after midnight. The other staff was also so kind and helped me booking taxis, was very kind with me and even had some tea with me. The chef was also super nice and let me eat, even though I missed breakfast.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war einfach perfekt. Der Service war einwandfrei und alles war super organisiert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir LiLi – sie hat sich unglaublich um uns gekümmert, uns Eintrittskarten besorgt und unsere Tage immer perfekt durchgeplant. Dank ihr mussten wir uns um nichts kümmern und konnten unseren Aufenthalt einfach genießen. Das gesamte Team war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Außerdem haben wir jederzeit Tee und frisches Obst bekommen, was eine wirklich tolle und liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit war. Man hat sich die ganze Zeit willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Insgesamt war wirklich alles super – wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Najbardziej podobała mi się dbałość o nas gości przez naszą opiekunkę Fei Fei oraz pozostałą obsługę - dziękujemy za pomoc w trudnej sytuacji z noclegiem w innym hotelu!

Вообще все понравилось: аутентичный отельчик, трансфер с и в аэропорт, по локации - 15 мин до входа в парк. Очень отзывчивый администратор: заранее спланировали с ней, куда хотим и купили через нее билеты, помогала каждый день с трансфером и рассказывала о маршрутах в парке.

Todo, Pero sobre todo el personal y la limpieza del lugar.Pero la atención de Tessa fue perfecta incluso desde España. Compró las entradas de los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad y con una amabilidad de 10. Nos facilitó una guía personalizada según el tiempo que íbamos a estar en la ciudad y nos recogió en el aeropuerto para llevarnos directamente a una Excursión debido al Poco tiempo que estábamos en la ciudad. Además nos llevó a la estación del tren para que no tuviéramos que coger un DIDI. La habitación es espectacular, automatizada y el hotel es precioso China es increíble, pero gracias a personas como ella se hace una experiencia inolvidable Muchas gracias

This boutique hotel is well designed, very comfortable inside. The best thing about it though, is by far the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Feifei especially was amazing at organising my itinerary for visiting the national park and even got the tickets for me. She paid close attention to the weather and sent messages during the day to find out if we were ok. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Отличный отель. Мы в этой локации были первый раз и ничего не знали, куда идти, как, какой маршрут лучше построить. Но отель все сделал за нас. Забрали в аэропорту, сами купили все билеты на достопримечательности, нашли нам англо-язычного гида (если не знаете английский, через переводчик легко). По ценам все даже ниже, чем на трип ком. Гида берите обязательно, если приехали на короткий срок и нет времени разбираться самим, а хочется посмотреть максимум. Мы брали 2 ночи и нам этого хватило: День 1. Стеклянный мост, озеро в Каньоне на лодке, сам каньон, лифт Балун. На обед ресторан с пекинской уткой. Потом гора с лестницей «Небесная врата». Вечером спектакль локальный. День 2. Горы Аватара И вечером на поезде мы уехали в Фужун (Фуронг). Тоже посетите, великолепное место, старинный городок с водопадом посередине. Ночи здесь достаточно. Возвращаясь к отелю, очень внимательное отношение, любые вопросы, пожелания - решались сразу. Если жить в сетевом большом отеле - такого не получите. Здесь себя чувствуешь не туристом, а членом семьи. Доброта в каждом слове и действии. Все наши пожелания в маршруте были учтены. Нам составили маршрут, исходя из наших планом. Отель находится в 1 км от входа в парк с горами Аватара, туда на таксм, а обратно шли пешком. В номерах чисто, прстельное белоснежное, матрасы и подушки удобные. Я рекомендую этот отель от всей души. Спасибо большое отелю на помощь

Понравилось местоположение. Понравилось обслуживание. Лили просто лапочка, составила нам прекрасные маршруты. Мы за 3 дня увидели все что можно увидеть и ни стояли ни в одной очереди. Она просто мастер своего дела.

Не понравилось что в номере около зеркала не было розетки, жене было не удобно пользоваться феном. В остальном все круто.

We stayed at this hotel for three days, and everything from arrival to departure was excellent. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. We were kindly upgraded to a larger, newly renovated room, which was perfect for our family - very spacious and beautifully designed. A special thank you to our butler, Lili, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She assisted us in planning all our activities for the three days, booked tickets, recommended great options for the evenings, and even arranged an English-speaking guide (Jack) and a car for us. Thanks to her support, we were able to see and do so much more than we would have on our own. All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This was truly one of our best hotel experiences in China - thank you so much!

Хороший спокойный небольшой отель без толп шумных китайцев. Номера хорошие, кровати подушки удобные. Приятный бонус - бесплатный трансфер (нас забрали на ресепшене предыдущего отеля в Чжандзяцзе и после отвезли в аэропорт). Особенно ценный бесплатный консьерж сервис. Нам на ресепшене купили билеты в отели в парк, и бронировали слоты на вход, а также в билеты в пещеру. Как понял, всё без наценок. Платили наличкой на ресепшене.. Для взаимодействия с консьерж менеджером удобно или WeChat или Alipay мессенджер. Очень дружелюбный персонал.

Если придираться - завтрак мог бы быть более разнообразным.

We had an amazing stay at Wang Yun Residence Homestay in Wulingyuan. The location is fantastic, especially for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie and the Forest Park and the Canyons. It is very convenient, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the service. Tan Jing was absolutely incredible and made a huge difference in our trip. From the moment we booked, she was always available on WhatsApp, helping us with reservations, transportation, tickets, and every detail we needed. Her level of commitment, kindness, and proactivity was unlike anything we have experienced before. She treated my wife and me in such a warm and thoughtful way that it genuinely became one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. Tan Jing went above and beyond every single day, and her care and dedication made us feel completely supported throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are planning to visit this incredible area of Zhangjiajie and the Forest Park, I truly do not see how you could stay anywhere else. Thank you again for such an unforgettable experience.

First things first, the lady who owns the property all the way came to the airport to pick us up with a big smile. She made sure we are comfortable and got into room. Explained us about the park and how to navigate by handing over a detailed map too. They are ready to book everything for us too. We booked online though. Property is 15mins walk to National park entrance and quiet area. Town lits up at night and street food lined up. Breakfast was excellent. Taxis arranged on time and smooth. I had one package left and butler took extra effort to get it delivered to my next hotel. Each and every person super nice people they are. Thanks a lot guys. Writing this piece for you all is the least I could do for the tremendous hospitality offered to us.

Hôtel très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied de l'entrée du parc, avec restaurants tout autour. Les chambres sont très propres bien décorées, et les lits sont confortables. Le point le plus positif a été l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel qui nous a aidé à réserver les tickets et monter un itinéraire sur mesure, et qui nous a fait découvrir plein de spécialités locales, thé, fruits, poissons grillés... Bref une ambiance très familiale, avec pleins de petites attentions qui font plaisir.

La struttura è molto bella e le camere grandi e accoglienti, molto vicina all’ingresso del parco forestale. Lo staff è stato incredibile: ci hanno aiutato con l’acquisto dei biglietti per il parco e per monte tianmen, spiegandoci dettagliatamente il percorso. Ci hanno suggerito di vedere uno spettacolo tradizionale bellissimo aiutandoci a prenotare i biglietti. È stato un soggiorno bellissimo!

Girls on reception were amazingly service-oriented. They help us to book all excursions, and support was all the time. Rooms are clean, location is great - 5 min by taxi to east gate of the park, 30 min to glass bridge . Thank you so much😊

Wo soll ich anfangen? Man wird herzlichst empfangen und die ganze Zeit liebevoll betreut, dass man fast vergessen könnte, dass man hier nur Gast ist. Es wird sich wahnsinnig viel Zeit genommen um alles an Trips zu planen was geht, auch Buchung und Transport wird übernommen. Dann wird man nebenbei noch mit herrlichen Teesorten aus der Region verwöhnt und man bekommt beste Tipps für Essen. Zimmer super sauber und bequem, futuristische Toilette. Es fehlt an nichts.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was great for our trips to the National Forest Park and the Grand Canyon. We received a great guidance to the Park and which spots we should visit there. They even offered us free tea and snacks in the afternoon and a free ride to the train station when we left. Although the breakfast was described as "basic", it was delicious and gave us all the energy we needed for our hiking trips. We fully recommend this hotel and will for sure go there again if we will have a stay in this area.

This place is truly amazing. The staff are incredibly welcoming and genuinely lovely. Vivi sat with us and carefully explained the best routes for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the Grand Canyon, and Tianmen Mountain. She went above and beyond purchasing entrance tickets for us, organizing all our transfers, and even booking seats for a fantastic traditional show. The breakfast was also outstanding, with the best noodles I had during my entire holiday in China. You feel so welcomed here that you almost don’t want to leave ❤️

La atención excepcional del personal, siempre amables dispuestos, en la noche te recibían con frutas, galletas, te, nos recogieron en la estación, y aunque llegamos antes la habitaciones estaban listas, muy bueno variado y rico el desayuno, sin limitaciones, y café café muy bueno!

Velká ochota personálu, který pomůže se vším. Naplánovali nám dva dny v parku, zařídili vstupy, odvoz a poradili s místem, kde se najíst. Příjemným bonusem bylo to, že se hotel nachází v blízkosti parku.

La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima per visitare il parco di Zhangjiajie (montagne di Avatar). L’entrata è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Così come anche il Canyon (Glass Bridge) a circa 30 minuti di taxi. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e molto pulite. Molto comode e con tutti i servizi. La cosa migliore è tuttavia lo staff: gentile e disponibile. Grazie a Feifei che ci ha seguiti passo passo nell’organizzazione del nostro soggiorno, dai transfert aeroporto/hotel ai vari tour con consigli chiari e utilissimi. Questo ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. Tutto perfetto.

All the places we’ve stayed in during our three week stay in China have been warm and hospitable. The staff in this homestay have gone above and beyond what could be expected in every aspect. They were extremely thoughtful in providing us with hot spiced tea and snacks when we came back from a rainy day in the mountain, organised tickets and suggested itineraries to make the most of our visits to the mountains and canyon. We would recommend this place 100% and hope that many other travellers have the opportunity to stay in this very special homestay.

it was very centrally located and close to the zhangjiajie national park . The people were absolutely amazing and helped us a lot showing us how to navigate the park while helping us with bookings ( there was no upcharge ) . breakfast was also very nice ! also bedtime tea was very nice !

La atención del persona es excepcional. Sobre todo la de Lili. No hablan inglés pero tienen un traductor y nos pudimos comunicar. Nos reservaron todas las actividades y entradas, nos guiaron en como hacer los recorridos. Nos reservaron taxis. Te dan te, frutas y snacks gratis todo el tiempo. Las habitación son muy cómodas.

Las instalaciones de la parte de afuera estan sin mantenimiento. La parte del desayunador es pequeño y se ve la cocina falta una separación. Pero igualmente vale la pena hospedarse ahi por la atención y la ubicación.

We stayed at the hotel for three days, two nights, and the hotel staff made sure that we made the best out of every bit of time that we stayed with them. From picking us up personally, to helping us plan our trips in the late evening, to arranging the trip and giving us free maps and gear such as raincoats, to bringing us fruit and tea to the room after coming back from visiting the attractions, the service was truly immaculate. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, and communication in English was uncomplicated. Additionally, they have two lovely pets, a big dog and a cat, in the lobby that come to greet you when you arrive, and they are the most loveliest. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the great stay!

​Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excepcional. Lo que más nos gustó fue el ambiente tan hogareño y acogedor que tienen; el lugar tiene mucho estilo, pero sobre todo es muy cómodo, lo que se agradece mucho después de caminar todo el día. ​La ubicación es maravillosa, ideal para moverse por la zona y visitar los puntos de interés cercanos. Sin embargo, lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la atención del.personal. ​Queremos mencionar especialmente a Wiwi. Fue increíblemente amable y nos facilitó muchísimo el viaje al ayudarnos con la reserva de.todos los.boletos y tours antes de que llegáramos. Gracias a ella, no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada para visitar el Forest Park, Tianmen Mountain y Grand Canyon. Fue un alivio total tener eso organizado y las experiencias fueron inolvidables. ​Muchas gracias a Wiwi y a todo el equipo por ser tan atentos y hacernos sentir como en casa. Recomiendo este sitio sin dudarlo y, si volvemos por aquí, repetiremos seguro.

Servicio excepcional, uno de los mejores que hemos recibido nunca. Además de irnos a buscar al tren y de volvernos a llevar cuandos nos íbamos, respondieron siempre a todas nuestras consultas sobre el parque Zhanjiajie y la montaña Tianmen. La habitación era muy cómoda con una cama que nos quitó el jetlag del viaje. El desayuno, aunque con pocas opciones, era muy sabroso y de mejor calidad que en un hotel 5 estrellas que estuvimos previamente. Este alojamiento y, sobre todo, las personas que trabajan en él son excelentes.
