Great location to explore the park, and Chao is amazing! Super helpful and attentive. He purchased tickets and organised my itinerary while in Zhangjiajie. The guesthouse is lovely and the decor is beautiful

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The staff were absolutely wonderful — extremely helpful, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. They recommended an amazing restaurant, organized our transportation and helped us arrange our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, so we really didn’t have to worry about anything. Another great touch was being able to easily restock anything we needed and get extra drinking water. The amenities were excellent as well — shampoo, shower gel and everything else was provided, and we honestly had nothing to complain about. The location is perfect, especially if you’re planning to explore the National Park. Overall, everything was 10/10 and we would definitely recommend staying here. The only tiny downside was that the shower didn’t have a door, but compared with how great everything else was, this was a very minor detail. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!

El personal del hotel es súper agradable, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. La familia que trabaja ahí es encantadora. Las habitaciones nos parecieron preciosas, decoradas con cariño. Estaba todo limpio y teníamos cada día agua y toallas nuevas. La ubicación es perfecta para descubrir el pueblo y gran punto de recogida para las típicas excursiones de la zona. Estuvimos muy a gusto. 100% recomendable.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο ! Ο Chao είναι ένας πολύ γλυκός άνθρωπος που κάνει τα πάντα για να είσαι ευχαριστημένος και σε βοηθάει σε ότι χρειαστείς . Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια πολύ κοντά στο national forest.

El alojamiento esta bastante bien, el aire funcionaba bien y las camas cómodas. Estaba a 5 min en Didi de la puerta este del National Forest Park. Lo mejor fue el trato de Chang que nos ayudó con las entradas de todo y nos permitió usar la lavadora sin coste alguno

Fantastic accomodation - can’t recommend enough! The guesthouse is in a great area off of the main road in Wulingyuan which has lots of restaurants and a supermarket. The accomodation was clean and the rooms were spacious. The bed was very comfy, the air con excellent and the shower pressure great. There is also free cold water and free laundry! The highlight of this property is the owner who is so welcoming and helpful when navigating the national park. He was very accomodating.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial, nos recomendaron rutas preciosas y sitios donde comer (muy ricos por cierto). La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy acogedora. Los colchones eran cómodos y la vibe de la habitación te hacía sentir como en casa. El baño estaba limpio y no faltaba de nada pues había gel y shampoo. El ambiente del sitio era muy familiar. Al entrar y salir del sitio siempre éramos recibidos y despedidos con una sonrisa.

Gente maravillosa y súper cercana. Realmente es como sentirse en casa y están dispuestos a ayudarte siempre en todo. Habitación limpia y cómoda y realmente se estaba agusto y muy bien ubicado. Recomiendo este hotel sin duda.

Ouder, basic hotel maar gezellig en comfortabel. Goede bedden, grote kamer. Mogelijkheid om onze kleren te wassen (vrij gebruik van de wasmachine). Goede tips en map voor bezoek aan de parken. En ticketverkoop met korting. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Bien placé, chambre propre et spacieuse, l’hôte parle anglais et explique super bien ! Il propose de prendre les billets pour le parc avec des réductions! Possibilité de remplir sa gourde, café à disposition gratuit également. Bref je recommande sans hésiter !

This was my favourite place to stay so far in China! The guesthouse is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable and big. The staff are amazing! I showed up with no plan for the National park and no tickets. Chao planned out everything for me within 10 minutes and bought tickets for me too. Chao also helped to arrange taxis for me to and from the National Park. The park itself is around 2/3km away from the guesthouse. The guesthouse is a 5 minute walk from town where there is a night market by the river and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more!

The guesthouse was fantastic. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us with booking all the tickets for Zhangjiajie National Park and Tainmen Mountain, and also helped us with getting their on our first day when we still didn't really know how it worked. The communication was great and they always responded super fast. We highly highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely come back.

Pán domácí byl skvělý. Hodně nám pomohl s programem a zajistil mám levnější lístky do parků v okolí.

The location is really good with lots of restaurants and shops around that are walkable. It is easy to get a taxi to different nature places in the area. The staff were very friendly and always available. We felt welcome. It is nice to be able to use the communal washing machine.

Sorry to say this, but the only thing that we found a bit disappointing was the cleanliness of the place. We were hoping to use the communal fridge and the kitchen, but we found it quite messy, so we did not end up cooking at all. Overall, I think a proper deep clean of the guesthouse is much needed, including dusting of the room and scrubbing the bathroom (bedsheets and towels were clean though).

Absolutely wonderful. Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near plenty of restaurants and only 5min drive from East Gate entrance to the park.

The shower could use a little work. The actual shower worked well but needs a curtain or door to prevent the whole bathroom from being flooded.

Situato in ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare il parco. Hotel curato nei dettagli, camera grande con due letti alla francese (per 2 persone), pulitissimo. Mette a disposizione servizio lavanderia gratuitamente e caffè. Il top poi, l’host! Ci ha fornito pianta del parco indicandoci i migliori itinerari per sfruttare al meglio il tempo e goderci le bellezze del parco. Noi avevamo già i biglietti altrimenti ce li avrebbe presi lui. Ci ha anche accompagnati nel bisogno senza volere alcun extra…cosa chiedere di più…sicuramente consigliato

À 10min de l'entrée du parc en taxi. La dame qui nous a accueillis est toujours présente et nous a parfaitement aidé (en anglais!) pour nous expliquer comment fonctionne la visite du parc et nous a également réservé les tickets avec une réduction. Bonus: machine à café à disposition servant des très bons espresso!

Mi cuarto era muy limpio y muy grande. Está muy cerca del lago Baofeng, se puede llegar andando y al rededor hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados. La estación de trenes está a unos 30 minutos en Didi. El Personal muy amable.

Chao e sua esposa são um amor de pessoa. O hotel fica numa zona turística, há 2 km da entrada leste do Parque Nacional, perto de vários restaurantes e supermercados. Os atendentes da pousadas são muito bons e ajudam na reserva de passeios e dão explicações como visitar um parque nacional que é muito grande e também outros pontos turísticos. Excelente preço e custo-benefício

Så mysig hostel som låg 5 minuter med taxi till Zhangjiajie National Park. Även endast 10 min promenad till själva centrumet där det låg restauranger. Värdarna var supertrevliga och gav oss tips om både matställen samt vilken rutt som var den bästa att ta i parken. Rummet var bra och sängarna bekväma!

Duschen hade ingen dörr så vattnet skvätte ut på golvet vilket var lite jobbigt.

La ragazza alla reception mi ha accolta in maniera davvero gentile e disponibile, rapportandosi in modo umano e aperto, curioso ed empatico (grazie Ting!!). Parlava un ottimo inglese ed ha impiegato tempo e pazienza nello spiegare dettagliatamente tutte le informazioni legate al parco di Zhangjiajie. Ho avuto la possibilità di comprare i biglietti d'entrata per il parco tramite la struttura, a prezzi scontati e convenienti. La mia camera, oltre ad essere esteticamente molto carina (dettaglio non fondamentale ma sempre apprezzato!), era estremamente curata, con bagno pulito ed un comodo e morbido letto matrimoniale. Ho usufruito gratuitamente della lavatrice della struttura e avuto la possibilità di lasciare i miei vestiti stesi ad asciugare per qualche giorno. La posizione è ottima per il Baofeng Lake, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.

Struttura non troppo vicina all'entrata del parco di Zhangjiajie (45 minuti a piedi) e alla principale stazione degli autobus (40 minuti a piedi). Tuttavia, prendendo il taxi, si arriva in 5 minuti, con 10 yuan. Comunque, considerata la mia esperienza, quello della posizione non è stato assolutamente un problema e sicuramente tornerei in questa struttura, se dovessi andare a Zhangjiajie!

La gérante de la guesthouse nous a acheté les billets du parc et de Tianmen Mountain. Elle nous a également préparer une carte avec toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin pour la visite du parc et elle nous a indiqué où se trouvait la station de bus pour aller à Tianmen mountain (à 15 min à pieds de la guest house). Elle était également toujours joignable par whatsapp et on peut faire une machine sur le rooftop donc top! Notre chambre était également super, surtout après toute une journée dans le parc, il faut juste une bonne douche et des lits confortables!

Ce n'est pas un point négatif mais s'il y avait un petit déjeuner ça serait encore mieux!

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Waschmaschine und die Möglichkeit die Wäsche dann auch aufzuhängen ist sehr praktisch. Als Ausgangslage für den Nationalpark Super. Zum Osteingang kann man in ca. einer halben Stunde laufen, Grand Canyon und Tiamen Mountain sind mit eine Didi 30 - 40 Minuten entfernt. Das beste sind aber die Hosts. Ein sehr nettes Paar, beide sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Beide sprechen Englisch. Sie haben sehr dazu beigetragen aus unserem Aufenthalt das beste rauszuholen. Sie haben uns geholfen die täglichen Touren zu planen, haben alle Fragen mit viel Geduld beantwortet, alle Tickets und Zeitslots gebucht. Schon allein wegen den beiden lohnt sich ein Aufenthalt :-D Vielen Dank noch einmal

Ein Kühlschrank wäre praktisch. Da es aber recht kalt war konnten wir die Sachen auf dem Fensterbrett lagern. Der Name der Unterkunft ist ein anderer, wie auf dem Schild am Eingang steht. Das ist etwas verwirrend.

La habitacion era amplia, con muchos detalle de cortesía. La camada cómoda y el baño amplio. No obstante lo que más me gustó fue la disponibilidad y amabilidad del duelo, Chao. Me gestionó todo lo que necesitaba. Recomiendo recurrir a el para compra de entradas (las consigue más baratas y se encarga de todo) y si necesitas un taxi u otro servicio.

The Guesthouse is great, you really feel like a welcomed guest here!! The whole team was amazing, helped me book a taxi to get to the Guesthouse and book tickets to the surrounding national parks. The room was also very comfortable, there is a free washing machine that can be used by guests and the area is great, not right in the city but has many many restaurants, supermarktes andassage places around.. I enjoyed my stay here very much, thank you so much to the whole team!

I highly recommend everyone staying at this property. The owners (I assume) are very friendly and thoughtful people. Even before I arrived they got in touch with me on WeChat offering help with buying discounted tickets for the park. After I arrived they explained the whole plan and route to me on the map, with all the details. This has been incredibly helpful as navigating the park as a foreigner can be confusing due to not clear signage and no English speaking staff in the park - but having everything laid out on the map for you made it effortless. My room was lovely, in a traditional ethnic style and very clean. The East Gate entrance to the park is only a short taxi ride away or 20 min walk. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This was a great experience.
