Everything location and quality of the rooms. Staff and owner were just so helpful

It is 2 minutes walk to the beach, housekeeping every day, 10 minutes walk to the bus station, friendly staff. Every day new towels, apartment have everything you need (salt, toaster, pepper, olive oil, microwave, stove, plates, towels, hairdryer, air conditioning, television, iron…) we couldn’t be more pleased.

Absolutely stunning view, very close to the beach, great communication, easy and seamless! 🤗 Cleaning was on the spot and we appreciated late check out as we had small baby with us and late flight . Thank you 🙏

Great location - just a short stroll from the beach. Fantastic views outside and outdoor dining areas were great. Beautifully designed and staff did a fantastic job with cleaning and support. Great to have the apartment serviced each day and communication was excellent throughout. Very attentive and personable. Lots of space for our family of 6, a real home from home experience. It had all we needed even to cater for ourselves when we weren’t eating out. Air-conditioning was brilliant and having 3 toilets was fab too. A brilliant holiday stay overall in a lovely apartment.

Not much at all, but the living-room sofa bed was listed as 2 beds and our children thought it was going to be separate beds. However it was a normal double which was made up ready for them but maybe an extra mattress topper would have been great, as it was a little uncomfortable for a weeks stay. Even though the apartment was cleaned so well each day, we could have used a dustpan and brush to sweep up after food prep/meals/sand from beach.

La persona che ci ha accolto è stata super supportive e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario del check-in per farci godere del mare di Mykonos, super! Abbiamo soggiornato qui solo una notte e la camera anche se piccola è stata funzionale per la durata del soggiorno. La posizione è strategica con i beach club a soli 50 mt a piedi se si è senza auto, l’organizzazione dell’accoglienza è stata efficiente e piena di suggerimenti sia per la sera che per il transfert. Vi ringraziamo molto!

La stanza che abbiamo avuto non era funzionale per lunghi soggiorni perché troppo piccola e anche il bagno era un po’ datato, così come l’angolo cottura molto a ridosso della porta di ingresso e non adatto per soggiorno Piú estesi. Nessuna opzione colazione e nei d’intorni una bakery a 600 mt non troppo economica.

We had house no 5 that has a private terrasse and impressive two rock walls with dramatic lighting in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Coffee and kitchen facilities. Everything needed available.

Struttura molto bella a pochi passi dalla spiaggia , un po’ più in alto della spiaggia con vista sul mare. Tutto molto pulito , appartamento molto ben arredato , facile check in e check out , gentilezza al Check out nel lasciarci la stanza per un po di più e nel tenerci i bagagli tutto il giorno. Siamo stati molto bene !

La seconda stanza del nostro appartamento era un po’ buia con finestra sul cavedio . Scale per accedere all’appartamento quindi non comodissimo se si hanno valige grosse .

Nada nos gusto. Nos fuimos a los 10 minutos de llegar. Relacion precio/calidad, nunca tuve una experiencia peor.

No nos gusto el departamento, muy incomodo, una habitación oscura y con el lavamanos al lado de la cama, no entrabamos en el otro baño, nada de confort. Fue una decepción. El departamento en 3 niveles, era un laberinto

Location was great

Our room was very small for 4 people and very dark. Our friends got the exact same room upstairs and it was much spacier. Service was ok and housekeeping only came once when we requested it almost every day.

Location and our room was nice and bright but our friends rented the same listing online and were out in a smaller darker spot in the property even though we paid the same price.

House keeping didn’t show up when they said the other room wasn’t the same and the staff was very bland and uncomfortable

Great location with amazing ocean views. It was a very short walk to the beach, with many restaurants (and clubs) very nearby. A few markets, pastry shops, etc. all nearby as well. The top floor unit was very spacious, 3 great bedrooms and a large kitchen area with plenty of space to eat for the family. Very clean with very good air conditioning in all the rooms. We would definitely recommend Baybees if you don’t want to stay directly on the beach at the resort hotels.

The location was beautiful, with a stunning blue-water beach just a short walk away. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and comfortable, which made the stay very satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for a relaxing beachside getaway.

Since it was the end of the season and the host had no further bookings for the next day, we had our ferry scheduled three hours after the checkout time. While the host could have offered us a late checkout of an hour or two, he kept insisting on a timely checkout, so we did not request any additional time. That said, he did help us with our luggage, and we eventually left about 30 minutes after the official checkout time. The location is far away from center and limited food options are available.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ωραία θέα, εύκολο parking μέσα στο συγκρότημα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικού γούστου, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Καθημερινό καθάρισμα και αλλαγή πετσετών για όσους το επιθυμούν. Το λατρέψαμε και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε.

Very close to the beach. Convinient to go by public Bus to Mykonos town Chora. Last Bus back from Mykonos town was 11 PM. Safe. Host was taking care in a nice way: communicated and always was achievable via text messages. I liked that.

Beautiful 2-bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking the sea. Close to beach and restaurants 5 min walk. Hotel staff were very attentive and nice.

La atención y profesionalismo de Antonis un 10, el lugar ideal para ir en familia a Mykonos que en todos lados es complicado por música y fiestas. El depto igual que en las fotos, todo impecable y 5 minutos caminando a la playa. Un acierto total la elección de este alojamiento.

Tuvimos la mala suerte que la última noche se alojo un grupo de gente que vino de fiesta y estuvieron hasta las 2 de la mañana con música y gritos y de nuevo a la vuelta de su salida a las 7 de la mañana hasta que nos fuimos al puerto a las 9. Los riesgos de Mykonos y sus fiestas interminables. En la medida que se pueda (se que es muy dificil) se deberían evitar estos visitantes si ya se ven la características (solos o solas en grupo, poco tiempo, etc.).

Un grand merci à Antonis pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Bel appartement, très bien situé, à proximité des plages, bus et boulangerie… Il est confortable, bien équipé, et la terrasse offre une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Sin dal nostro arrivo il nostro host Antonis ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza, presentandoci la struttura e dandoci qualche consiglio utilissimo per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti. Inoltre ha esaudito qualsiasi nostra richiesta con estrema professionalità. Siamo rimasti anche molto soddisfatti dalle pulizie delle casa, che venivano svolte ogni giorno. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un'accoglienza impeccabile.

La última noche se alojaron en el dpto. De al lado un grupo de jóvenes y estuvieron de fiesta hasta las 2 de la mañana y volvieron de bailar a las 7, y estuvieron con música y gritando todo el tiempo. Busqué alojamiento tranquilo y familiar y suerte me pasó en la última noche y pude descansar las anteriores, sino hubiese sido un problema.

Alojamiento muy bonito, con vistas increíbles, ubicación excelente, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, además de muy buen trato recibido.

部屋がおしゃれできれい！必要なものは揃ってた ビーチまで徒歩2分だし、ミコノスタウン行きのバス停も徒歩8分くらいの場所にあり便利。バルコニーからの景色がよかった。

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die tägliche Reinigung war perfekt und sehr gründlich, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Schritte zum Meer und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

La atención de Antonis fue excelente. Se tomó el tiempo de brindarnos toda la información necesaria para que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta y estuvo siempre pendiente de resolver cualquier inconveniente con rapidez. La limpieza también fue impecable, nos entregaban toallas limpias cada día. El alojamiento es hermoso y muy cómodo, pasamos unos días increíbles. Lo recomendamos sin dudar y esperamos con ansias volver.

Antonis es un gran anfitrion. Se tomo el tiempo necesario para explicar los puntos de interes / transporte / gastronomia/ playas etc para que nuestra estadia sea perfecta. Muy buena ubicacion , a 100 metros de la playa .

L’endroit est vraiment magique. Il est situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant à 2 min de la plage. Antonis l’hôte est génial, toujours présent et à l’écoute, il nous a donné de bons conseils. La chambre spacieuse et bien equipée. Ils ont même pensé à des petits détails comme l’anti moustique et une vraie machine à café. Notre chambre avait une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. L’arrêt de bus pour la ville est à 10 min à pied et passe chaque 30min.
