We love the location, close to so many things! But the room is always beautifully clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. This is our second stay here and we are always happy here.

First impression and throughout the stay, Anna provided best care. It was appreciated to arrive and have her introducing us the appartment. Location is amazing, near by major attractions but a quiet area, we felt very safe. Air conditioner is amazing, beds are comfortable. It’s great that you have daily cleaning and fresh towels. While I point out some issues below, I truly recommend this place, overall high value for money!

1. Bathroom very small. We stayed at the 55 meters appartment but the bathroom and shower in specific are tiny. I also felt that the bathroom was not in the same level as the rest of the accommodation. 2. Lacking a closet in the living room: we were party of 3 adults hence we took the larger appartment, the living room was used for the third person but there is zero storage option there 3. There is only one very small mirror within the bathroom…

This hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The location is absolutely perfect and hidden away from the main streets but still close/can easily walk to every major attraction. The stand out was the staff member Ana, who went above and beyond for us. One of the best stays I have ever had.

Nossa estadia foi excelente! A localização é perfeita, bem no centro de tudo e ideal para conhecer Roma. O atendimento foi excepcional, especialmente o da Ana, que foi extremamente atenciosa, gentil e prestativa. O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado, a roupa de cama estava limpa e cheirosa, o banheiro era amplo e o ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente. Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa e com certeza recomendamos o hotel!

We were able to check in early and leave our luggages in our room before heading out to sightseeing. Great location about 9 to 12 mins walk to Trevi Fountain and The Spanish Steps. 20 mins to Colosseum. Close to the shopping district and all of the Designer's shops on Via Condotti. Many great restaurants close by as well.

This is a wonderful property in the best part of Rome, near the Pantheon where you can walk to every location, restaurant, shopping precinct or tourist attraction in Rome. The property is clean, comfortable and very safe. The rooms are large and clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

The location was excellent right in central Rome and just about 30 minutes from all the major attractions. The host was phenomenal, incredibly responsive through WhatsApp, and made the entire stay seamless. The facility was spotless, and the suite was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

What an unexpected gem! Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything in the heart of the city. Taxis are easily accesible if needed. It was unexpectedly SUPER HOT for our visit and the A/C was amazing. Water pressure was nice and temp of shower was hot. We had the adjoining rooms and was perfect for our situation. It was a little difficult with makeup application but was workable. It was a little tight with our luggage (4 adults) but we were able to work around it for the most amazing location! We would def stay here again if in the Rome area.

Beds are firm. My back needs a firm mattress but for some they may not like.

Amazing Location-steps from the Pantheon- so easy to get taxi's or find places to eat! The staff communication was excellent and they were extra helpful. We came in very early morning- long before check in and they lets us stow our bags, so we could enjoy our scheduled early morning tour. Room was lovely for our family- my daughter loved the litte loft space that was just for her! Would stay again for sure, and highly reccomend. Easy access, great elevator, location and room.

A little bit complicated to find and enter, and the lift may be challenging for people who are claustrophobic. We did not interact with any staff while we were there, which may be off-putting for some people

AC did not work in one of 2 rooms we had. Staff was very nice and moved us to another room for the remainder of our stay, but that room’s AC also did not work. Also, 10am check out is too early.

This location is probably a 1 minute walk tops from the Pantheon. Amazing location and this specific room that we stayed in was 500 sq ft or more and was very spacious and clean. We had the room that had the bed on one side and then the couch on the other side near the bathroom. Air conditioning worked great and it was needed with it being 96 degrees outside. This property also has an elevator which is fantastic compared to others that we have stayed at in Rome where you have to walk your suitcase up 4 flights of steps. I highly recommended this room!! High ceilings and plenty of windows and just a great room in a great location.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Rome (Jun'26) and had a great overall experience. We were a family of four traveling with our kids (ages 5 and 7) and stayed in the quadruple room, which worked well for us. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent—perfect for exploring the city. It’s situated in a ZTL zone, and our taxi was able to drop us right at the front door, which was very convenient. The building also has a small lift, which made getting luggage up much easier. Though we found the mattress in the main bedroom to be little soft & sinking a bit but the sofa bed was super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There were a couple of minor issues at the beginning, such as missed housekeeping on the first day and a slight smell from the bathroom, but both were resolved promptly by the next day. The location truly stands out. We were able to walk easily to sites like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Navona. For places a bit farther out like the Colosseum, Trastevere, Borghese and the Vatican, we used taxis—there’s a taxi stand just a 3-minute walk away near the Pantheon. There are also bus stops within a 6 minute walk, making public transport another convenient option. Overall, we really appreciated the excellent location, cleanliness, and especially the host’s quick communication and effort to ensure a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Rome.

Ana, the host, was incredible. Super lovely and kind offering help everywhere possible. She made the stay what it was. The room was big and extremely comfortable and the location was perfect. Right by the Pantheon and walkable to anywhere you’d like. All the facilities worked perfectly and the bed was extremely comfortable! Would highly recommend :)

Beautiful and updated even still keeping up with the architecture. It was lovely to have a window that opened to the street. Gearing the bells and people bustling about below was awesome!

The door know on the room was a bit tricky…I got the hang of it on our last day! Other than that. It was just perfect!

The staff was so welcoming and helpful and even met us at 11;00 in the morning to store our luggage. The room was great, nicely sized and great shower. The location is unbeatable and I will gladly stay here again

Ci sono solo da fare i complimenti per la pulizia della stanza, per la facilità dell'accesso, del check-in on line, perchè la gentile Sig.ra Ana, con la quale abbiamo interloquito e con cui la comunicazione è stata facile e chiara, è sempre stata disponibile ad aiutarci e a rispondere ai nostri quesiti. La camera è spaziosa e accogliente, la posizione è centralissima. Come ultimo apprezzamento posso dire che il giorno in cui siamo arrivate era il mio compleanno e la Sig.ra Ana mi ha fatto trovare gli auguri a schermo, una piccola bottiglia di prosecco e delle patatine per festeggiare...assolutamente molto graditi!

My husband and I travel often and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed! We stayed 5 nights, the location was perfectly located in front of the Pantheon and the middle between the Vatican and Colosseum. Great location! It was easy to find and the instructions to check in were extremely detailed which made it a very smooth process. The room was very clean and comfortable! The bed was very comfortable and the staff was so kind!! I have to travel with medicine that stays cold, there was a mini fridge and when I needed an ice pack frozen for our plane travel Ana found use somewhere nearby that would allow us to freeze our ice pack. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! By far the best place we’ve ever stayed in Europe!

Tesisin konumu mükemmeldi. Pantheon’a 2 dk yürüme mesafesindeydik. Diğer bütün ikonik yapılara yürüyerek çok rahat ulaştık. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Havluları her gün değiştirdiler. Biz 4 kişilik suitte kaldık. Genişliği çok iyiydi. Giriş için çok detaylı bilgilendirme yapıldı. Anna’ya çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bizi çok güleryüzlü karşıladı ve yardımcı oldu. Bir daha Roma’ya gelirsem kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak için tercih ederim.

Super hôtel ! La décoration est vraiment très agréable, avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est excellente, nous avons très bien dormi. L’emplacement est idéal pour tout visiter à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus. Un grand merci également à tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré pendant le séjour : ils ont été aux petits soins, toujours très gentils, avec une vraie attention aux détails. Cela a vraiment fait la différence.

Le seul petit point à noter serait le bruit la nuit/matin mieux vaut prévoir des boules Quies mais c’est assez courant dans les hôtels à Rome. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

L’accueil était vraiment très très bien, j’ai même eu droit à une surprise pour le jour de mon anniversaire ! La localisation était elle aussi très très bien, à deux pas du Panthéon, proche de certains autres monuments comme la fontaine de Trevi mais aussi proche en bus de tous les autres ! La chambre et la literie est top ! Je recommande

Le seul problème est le manque d’un pommeau de douche, pas très pratique pour se laver, mais le reste fait oublier ce léger désagrément.

The property is close to everywhere! The staff are incredible especially Ana, she helped me with a personal matter, she helped with the taxi , they also kept our luggages for us till late evening. Very helpful, i would seriously come back again just for their service.
