Excellent séjour ! L'hôtel est très propre, confortable, familial et très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la station Beyazıt et du Grand Bazar et à 10 minutes à pied de la mosqué bleue. Un grand merci à Mahmet, le manager, toujours sympathique, à l'écoute et présent. Un séjour exceptionnel, je recommande vivement !

O locație buna, din punct de vedere al facilităților,foarte aproape de centru și de Marele bazar,mi a plăcut că este un hotel curat și domnul de acolo foarte amabil și vorbea Romina destul de bine😉.

Nu pot spune că nu mi-a plăcut,dar inevitabil spui despre faptul că de cite ori ajungeam evident obosiți la hotel ,era un disconfort urcatul pe scări.Obositor pentru că erau 3 etaje .

Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal tram T1 e dal centro raggiungibile a piedi. Ristoranti, negozi e supermercato nelle vicinanze. Quartiere "vero", ma mai sensazione di pericolo. Receptionist sempre reperibile, gentili e disponibili. Mehmet eccezionale, sempre pronto a dare informazioni e accontentare ogni richiesta. Siamo stati benissimo.

Просторный номер, уборка практически каждый день, есть своя кухня для приготовления пищи, единственный минус это плита которая слабо греет, долго нагревается и нет стиральной машины, за стирку нужно платить 400 лир за 1 килограмм белья. Отель находится недалеко от центрального рынка, рядом трамвайная линия. Рекомендую данный отель

Плита слабоватая, плохо греет. Мыло закончилось через два дня и новое больше не положили, пришлось покупать мыло. Нет стиральной машины, за стирку белья требуют 400 лир (это 800 рублей) за 1 килограмм белья

It like the location, we found everything we want nearby. The host is very friendly and helpful. The beds are a bit too soft for our taste, but the rooms were clean and well maintained.

The walls are very thin, we could hear what people speaks the other rooms nearby. The kitchen area in the rooms were covered with a temporary wall related to some goverment/fire department decision. I'm sad about we were notified about it after arrival only. The view from upper floors were nice, but lower floor views are quite scary. it's unlucky that neighboor buildings are in bad condition, it's not the hotel's fault.

Провел 7 дней в Beyazithan Suites и остался очень доволен - отель находится в удобном месте в центре Стамбула, отсюда легко добраться до основных достопримечательностей и гулять по городу Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам отеля: они организовали для меня трансфер из аэропорта по приезду и в другой аэропорт перед отъездом, все было вовремя и четко, также помогли с химчисткой - все сделали как надо и без каких-либо проблем

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich: Die Straßenbahnlinie ist ganz in der Nähe, und man kann den Großen Basar bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Posizione ottima per visitare la città, circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla moschea blu e dintorni, 5 minuti dalla fermata del T1. Il proprietario Mehmet molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Si trova in una strada con laboratori di artigiani, quindi il giorno è molto trafficata ma la sera e la notte è molto silenziosa. Nelle strade intorno ci sono molti locali per mangiare.

Non c'è ascensore e le scale sono un po' impegnative, per noi non un problema ma può esserlo per chi ha difficoltà (Mehmet comunque ci ha aiutato a portare su i bagagli). Alcune finestre non hanno le tende quindi la mattina presto la stanza è già molto luminosa.

The location was perfect, with close proximity to all the main tourist attractions. The property itself was very good and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Mehmet was exceptional from the moment we booked until the end of our stay. He was always accommodating, responsive, and willing to help with anything we needed. We visited Istanbul during Eid ul-Adha in May 2026, and Mehmet and his aunt went above and beyond to help us arrange Qurbani for two families. They ensured the meat was distributed to those in need and even prepared a meal for my entire family of ten. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, generosity, and hospitality. We also booked several excursions through Mehmet, and his prices were very competitive, including transfers. The housekeeping service was excellent. The cleaner regularly checked whether we needed anything, ensured the rooms were well stocked, and kept them clean throughout our stay. I cannot emphasise enough how much Mehmet and his family contributed to making our stay so memorable. Spending Eid in Istanbul was a special experience, and their kindness and support played a huge part in that. I would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Todo fue perfecto durante nuestra estadía desde antes de llegar. Mehmet se comunicó conmigo y no solo nos proporcionó el transporte teniendo en cuenta que llegamos tarde en la noche sino que estuvo siempre muy atento a nuestras consultas y requerimientos. La hospitalidad fue de más de 10 puntos. La ubicación del alojamiento es privilegiada, cerca de todo lo emblemático de la ciudad y del transporte público para ir a lugares más alejados. La limpieza impecable y como un plus muy importante para quienes salimos tarde a otras ciudades, se nos permitió dejar las maletas en la habitación y estar en ella. Gracias Mehmet. Si vuelvo a esta hermosa ciudad, seguro me alojarse aquí.

Nous avons bien apprécié l’accueil de MEMET le responsable et le personnel était sympathique et très réactif en cas de problème. Le lieu est près des sites à visiter, il faut mettre de bonnes baskets, de plus mon épouse avait une fracture au pied donc je peux vous dire que pour elle c’était du sport et rééducation, environ 12 klms par jour. Les rues sont très pentues. Des supers restaurants à prix modérés autour et épiceries.

Beaucoup de bruits , on entent tout chez le voisin, on était réveillé très tôt donc si vous voulez dormir pensez à prendre des boules quies.

Lokacija. Izjemno prijazen lastnik. Vse kar smo potrebovali, smo dobili in vse kar nas je zanimalo, nam je razložil. Območje Sultanahmed je v bližini Modre mošeje, Hagije Sofije, Grand bazarja... vse lahko prehodiš peš, vmes je ogromno možnosti za hrano, trgovine...

V stanovanju so potrebne manjše renovacije, vendar glede nato, da tam praktično samo prespiš, to ni moteče.

К сожалению уборщица свою работу выполняла кое как, хотя была заявлено уборка номера каждый день, но из уборки было только вынос мусора и заправлена постель, возможно чуть чуть подмела по центру.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul grâce aux bons conseils, à la disponibilité et à la grande attention du propriétaire Mehmet et de l’employée de ménage, tous deux très sympathiques et très professionnels. Le ménage est effectué tous les jours, et les draps changés tous les trois jours. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, arrangeant et compréhensif. Il a répondu à l’ensemble de mes demandes (besoins à l’intérieur de l’appartement, information sur les quartiers et monuments à visiter) et m’a permis de passer un excellent séjour à Istanbul. L’appartement que j’ai eu (au troisième étage) est très calme, propre et bien situé. La literie y est très confortable. L’équipement : frigo, micro-ondes et plaques chauffantes m’a permis de cuisiner à ma guise. Des serviettes, du savon et du gel douche sont disponibles dans la salle de bains. Le service (payant) de blanchisserie qui est proposé est nickel, le linge est parfaitement propre, repassé et plié. Cet hébergement est idéalement situé dans le quartier historique de la vieille ville d’Istanbul, auparavant Constantinople, à proximité de l’essentiel à visiter des périodes romaines, byzantines et ottomanes tel que notamment Sainte Sophie, mais également le grand bazar, et la Petite Sainte Sophie. Vous êtes dans la rue des restaurants (quartier vivant), et vous avez l’embarras du choix dans une cuisine turque (toutes régions) et également internationale.

Le logement est situé au 3ème étage avec des escaliers raides, mais Mehmet m'a aidé à porter mon lourd bagage. Impossible de monter si vous êtes en chaise roulante.

Everything was nice only the traffic noise level outside the apartment because people are hardworking and they start their day earlier. Our apartment window was towards the bazaar side that's why we could hear traffic noises.

I stayed here with my family for 1 night. The flat is very spacious and we had a very comfortable stay. It is 6mins walk from the grand bazaar and close to the Tram line which can take you to all the attraction sites. There are many restaurants along the route from the flat to the bazaar. Our host Mehmet made us feel very welcome.

The location is right next to the cultural center where you can walk to all the main sights and attractions. There are many restaurants and shops right next to you. The rooms are large and very clean, it is very good value for money. They even have kitchenette for making food. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they will help with everything you need and there is even a room cleaner once per day.

We recently stayed at Beyazitham hotel and would like to share my experience. Overall, We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable.The staff Mehmet and Sefa were very friendly, polite, helpful, and responsive to requests, which made our visit more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently situated near all the major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I would consider staying here again and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for your hospitality and service.

Удобное расположение от трамвая недалеко идти. Рядом сетевые маназины. Гранд базар. Мы всюду пешком ходил и так как транспорт довольно дорого выходит. Горячая вода хорошим напором Ааждый день меняют полотенца и грязное постельное белье. Делают уборку в еомере и лают полтора литра воды. Я бы вернулся снова.

Номер убирали каждый день — всегда было чисто и уютно. Останусь ли я в этом отеле снова? Однозначно да!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, one I won’t forget anytime soon. I will definitely book again. The Grand Bazaar is within walking distance, which makes the location ideal, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Buona la posizione a pochi minuti dal Gran bazar , dalla moschea blu e dalla cisterna basilica . La camera era luminosa e aveva uno scorcio mare .Il bagno andrebbe rimodernato ma comunque è passabile . Un grazie alla gentilezza di Mehmet , molto disponibile a soddisfare e risolvere problematiche come il cambio di denaro e a dare preziosi consigli anche su locali dove mangiare bene spendendo il giusto .Per noi nessun problema ma non c'è ascensore

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Istanbul. Sehr nahe an der Bahnstation und in unmittelbarer Nähe unglaublich viele Restaurants. Das Hotel ist schön und sauber. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kann es jedem nur empfehlen für eine Städtereise. Auch das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Desetodnevni oravak u ovom apartmanu u samom centru Istanbula bio je izuzetno ugodan. Lokacija je savršena, svega nekoliko minuta hoda od glavnih znamenitosti, restorana i javnog prijevoza. Apartman je bio veoma čist, uredan i moderno uređen. Posebno nam se dopalo svakodnevno čišćenje, kao i redovna promjena posteljine i peškira, što je dodatno doprinijelo osjećaju komfora. Za besprijekornu čistoću posebno je zaslužna spremačica Lota, koja je uvijek nasmijana, ljubazna i izuzetno vrijedna. Prostor je svijetao, ugodan i tih, što je omogućilo miran odmor uprkos centralnoj lokaciji. Krevet je bio izuzetno udoban, a stan opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajima. Kuhinja je praktična i dobro opremljena za kraći ili duži boravak. Wi-Fi je radio odlično tokom cijelog boravka, bez prekida. Check-in i check-out su prošli brzo, jednostavno i bez ikakvih komplikacija. Vlasnik Osman/Mehmet je uvijek bio na raspolaganju za sve sitnice i dodatna pitanja, što nam je mnogo značilo. Domaćin je bio izuzetno profesionalan, gostoljubiv i susretljiv. Moje kćerke i ja smo zaista uživale u boravku i osjećale se vrlo prijatno. Sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti u isti apartman i rado ga preporučujemo svima koji žele udoban boravak u srcu Istanbula.
