Présence de cafards dans l’appartement, après échanges avec d’autres voyageurs de l’immeuble il y en a même au 23eme étage. Les saunas ne sont pas fonctionnels. Et il n’est pas indiqué en amont que la piscine est accessible aux femmes uniquement en tenue complète de baignade (tee-shirt et short exigés)

Reviewed Dec 14, 2023All being so nice here, the rooms are big, parking reserved for you, the owner very polite when I asked her either I can check in early as I already around the homestay. Great experience, gonna repeat again when I go to Terengganu. Even the house they tend to give the tea, coffee, keropok ganu,shower gel, towels and more. Gonna repeat here again, recommended for the family as my family was happy to stay here.
Parking is at Level 7, but its okay for me coz is not too steep compared to GM Klang lol haha. The view is really menginsafkan as once open the door we can see all the kubur from different religion. But still okay coz we can see beautiful view of Kuala Terengganu with the Bridge, Laut China Selatan, beach, etc.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2023The whole unit is clean and neat. Bed is comfy and location is very strategic. Washing machine is available and self service laundry is just at ground level for drying. So convenient and don’t need to worry of laundry once return back to hometown.
Swimming pool is clean but visitor still entering the pool using normal t shirt and pant even with swim suits policy applied. No control by management except mandatory of dry garment before return back to unit.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2023Easily accessible, spotless and has complete amnesties that you expect like aircond, fan hot shower, washing machine (including detergent), stove , clothes hanging rack, hangers, Netflix, wifi… The floor was quiet - great for uninterrupted sleep, great view of Kuala Terengganu.. Getting unit keys were super easy. 2 wide parking spaces.

1. One of the dining chairs not working. 2. The main room water pipe produced a buzzing sound. Workaround it by closing the pipe stock-cock below the sink. The landlord has offered to fix the issue. 3. Cleanliness below the living room sofa 4. Narrow parking entrance.

Everything was great, but if have to say something it’s the wifi that is kind of weak in the last room (master bedroom)
