I like the relaxing ambience, staffs are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Clean environment & rooms. Ample free parking. The hotel is really well maintained despite the fact that it is more than 20yrs old.

1. The shower heater seems minimally functioning. 2. No other food shop nearby except the Japanese Restaurant. They served good food but I cannot be eating Japanese food the whole day. Other than that the hotel is awesome!

Its location. Friendly staff. Big rooms. Comfortable bed.

Water pressure is low, fluctuating hot/cold water. No elevator. Quality of the bed sheets/blankets could use an upgrade.

Fast check-in. Professional staff. Correct Breakfast. Large room. The location, beside the Aquino museum and multiple restaurants. The hotel has a high standard in terms of quality compared to the other ones.

Beyond the hotel cleanliness, I was consistently impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were readily available to assist with any questions or requests, and their positive attitudes contributed significantly to a positive overall experience. The location was perfect, near the stores (Robinsons) and restaurants (McDonalds, Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Red Ribbon, Starbucks etc..) Less traffic and crowd.

The hotel water heater was slow to heat and often failed to provide hot water at all. Breakfast options were also limited.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the hotel's location is excellent and easy to find.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which has resulted in considerable noise. Additionally, the refrigerator in our room was both dirty and unpleasantly odorous. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking, as there were numerous hairs left behind by the previous guest.

Stair way leading to rooms is too narrow

I wish I didn't have to do things needed for the 3rd person( we were 3pers.booked, and accommodation was only for 2pers.). We arrived late at night after a long driving so we were tired and ready to just rest. The Tv was not working, no toilet paper, no shampoo , and slippers, not in the room. 😔☹️ Breakfast was great, coffee was good, and I was happy with the selections. Parking is available and free ( definitely a plus).

The shower pressure was low and then the hot water machine would not work. They tried to fix and it would work for alittle bit then not enough pressure and the hot water would go off.

I appreciate that they allowed us to check-in an hour earlier. The receptionists were great, as well as the rest of the staff. I like the location.

Some improvements can be done in the facilities. For example, the bath tub wasn't able to hold water, maybe have it checked? We found it difficult to use warm water, or maybe it wasn't functioning.

Upon arrival, I inquired about room availability for two adults and one child. I was quoted a price of 5,000 pesos. However, I presented the property with evidence of published rates online that were significantly lower – approximately 50% cheaper. The receptionist claimed the lower rates were only applicable for two people, despite my clarification that I was traveling with a child and that the online rates even included breakfast. When I politely requested the option to book online instead, the receptionist proceeded to block available rooms online while acting as if nothing had transpired. This manipulative behavior left me feeling uncomfortable and ultimately forced us to seek alternative accommodations elsewhere. To further compound the issue, I was subsequently contacted by Booking.com, informing me that my card had been charged for the reservation despite the receptionist's actions and the unavailability of the rooms. While I opted to proceed with the refund process, the 15-day waiting period for the refund significantly inconvenienced me. The actions of the front desk staff were unprofessional and misleading. This negative experience has severely impacted my perception of Microtel by Wyndham and has discouraged me from considering future stays at your establishment. I sincerely hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Security guards needs customer service training. Sitting down like managers and not bothered when some one enters the premises.

We like the big spacious room. Room service was good. It was just a bit noisy during our stay because of the ongoing renovation but the staff were amazing.

We request for fresh cleaned towels but they gave us with dirt and stained like its been used already by someone.

I like how spacious the room is, especially the reading nook. However there isn't really a good view outside. The restroom is spacious and the amenities are complete.

Hotel staff are great; security guard, housekeeping and of course front desk staff We had an issue with the aircondition and staff immediate transfer us to other room .

Location is a bit isolated and it's a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. No facilities like swimming pool or gym.

One staff is not that accommodating for our inquiries. We always got a negative answer when one of our companions asked to change her room.

Everything is great at Microtel. Of course the absence of a outdoor pool is a small minus and would add an extra benefit for guests. Also the location is a bit far from stores and restaurants. All the rest is good and will definitely be back in future

We asked more than 3x about the airconditioner, but staffs keep coming without fixing. No airconditioning while doing our preparation for the wedding.

Good location and a lot of slots for parking. Nearby restaurant was also convenient. The staff was also accommodating and the rooms are clean.

The check-in time was a bit late. The parking has no cover. The hotel is a little bit far away from the city center. You may need to have a private car to roam around the city.
