Luisita Central Park Hotel

Location staff and cleanliness were excellent

Renovations were taking place that caused significant disturbance. Fitnesses room was unusable. Shower leaked into main bathroom area and shower head had multiple positions missing spouts that caused major flow imbalance. We were not informed of renovations /closures taking place at time of booking.

It was very exclusive and peaceful

The property is old and annex bldg where our room was is too far from the main.

The pool was full of algae and dirty. Essentially paid for a service we couldn’t use. Besides being dated great place.

The place is actually nice the restaurant is spectacular! Love the food and the menu!

They have issues on flies and German roaches we had to call the front desk to take out the flies inside our room. Then next was German roaches on my bed and the bathroom. Restaurant are full of flies too they really need to find a way to get rid of it.

The rooms are spacious, lobby was creepy. Breakfast was superb. over-all, it was an okay stay

Located close to restaurants and stores. But fare enough away that we felt secluded.

Nothing special about it

The pool was not working and its very inconvenient as we went there to enjoy but we were disappointed.

Receiving guest is okay but after office hour there’s only 1 guard in entire facility with so more than one building. Our AC was not working and couldn’t find the remote. When we found the guard he doesnt know what to do, so we have to figure it out our self and have to climb it to press it manually. There should be at least on call maintenance 24/7 for a luxurious hotel.

Very nice get away, even in off season, friendly and attentive staff, very clean.

Hallway carpet needs an updrade.

It was supposed to be a nice stay, but the moment we arrived we had some issues with the TV - it was unplugged, ( the lamp was also unplugged) - we could not put it in the socket, the housekeeping guy needed to get an extension cord. And then the AC ( most importantly) turned out it was not working well, it’s not cooling enough, we waited for several hours until we called the housekeeping ( again) he arranged for us the other room to sleep in for the night. Such an inconvenience. I hope you guys can sort this out before assigning rooms for the guests. The room though was big.

I liked everything about this hotel - just a shame we didn't stay for longer. Pool is beautiful. Hotel grounds and rooms are clean. Don't miss the quirky secret garden at the rear of the hotel. Staff were more than helpful - they were thoughtful and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good menu.

Quite a few items on the menu were not available but I found this to be the case trhoughout the Philippines so I guess it's a supply issue. One our party said there room smelt damp but my room was lovely - very spacious.

Quiet location, with swimming pool and friendly staff. Good place to stay for the night when in travel.

Not much interesting sites to see in the area.

Rooms are a bit old but they're still kept clean. The pool was quite good and well maintained. Was just looking for an outdoors place to hangout but I think they were doing renovations on their other pool and garden area.

that they ample parking space, place looks neat. I understand that it is an old property but it lacks electrical plugs and the fridge has insects like cockroaches.

Overall not a bad stay.... Food wS tasty and good quality. This hotel has beautiful gardens but lacks maintenance and good housekeeping. There was often a bad smell in the drains that had to be attended to but worst was the cockroaches and lack of detailed cleaning. Housekeeping needs some serious training in cleaning detail and coming out of the hospitality industry it was very noticeable the lack of effort put into room cleaning. Would stay again for a short visit at a push but not a long stay.

Sounded good on paper but was disappointing in reality. No wifi in rooms, only in lobby. Food very limited and not well prepared. Pool rather dirty. Rooms in very poor condition, not maintained at all. Really does not deserve 3 stars

No comment at this time. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly.

the room itself is old but clean worst bathroom live adult cockroach which i killed and left in lavatory sink (i can send you picture if you want) shower area theres a lot of black molds around the corner, toilet bowl theres stains i dont know if cause of age or not cleaning

The area right where the hotel is located is not well kept, overgrown weeds and neglected landscaping are all you see as you drive up to the hotel. The property clearly needs maintenance, and updates. While the staff was extremely friendly, unfortunately I would not recommend staying here. AC is from various AC units, a large plug-in unit in the restaurant only when they turn it on, and wall units in each of the rooms. Hallways are not air conditioned. They did do a great job of breaking up their wifi into separate groups based on room #. Signal was not that bad. The glass shower wall was covered in soap buildup, and we did not get hot showers in our room. There were little red ants found in our room, and even in our bed. There is an odor in the hotel, and it seems to be due to the carpet that clearly needs to be replaced at this point. The highlight of the property is the cook in their restaurant - every meal we had was delicious! I would come just to eat at the restaurant, it's that good. But I would recommend trying another hotel down the street which is part of a large, America-based company, instead of this hotel.

Very old hotel. Feels nostalgic like the 1980s. The bed is very comfortable. Staffs are friendly.

This wasn't our first time staying at Central Park. This year we stayed for 6 days. Overall we liked the hotel and its location. The hotel needs some updating though. They need to retrain their front desk staff to be friendlier and more helpful. Also the pool could use some tlc.

They put me in a room without hot water...and did not come fix it or change my room, for 15 days! The linen is a bit stained. There were ants in the bathroom, and a mouse would come into the bathroom every now and then from a open panel under the sink. Buuuuut the pool is nice, the food is great, and the garden is lovely.(and will be better when the fountain is running) The fish pond is lovely as well. They have a small, but affective, gym. The attendants were nice...smiles and nice attitudes.

Water pressure not good and wifi was sporadic. I expected more for the price

This is really the only half descent hotel in town but falls really short. I think the best part of the hotel is the garden in the back. We stayed for 3 days which is the max I would recommend. They only provided 1 roll of toiled paper, comforters were not washed, towels were very old with some having holes, hotel decor is very old and I thought the refrigerator was broken but it turns out they unplug it unless you use it. I needed to write something down and they had no paper or pen in the room. I went down to get a pen from the front desk and totally forgot about the pen. Later when I called the front desk, the lady asked me to please bring her pen back. And as I was walking down the stairs she made sure to remind me again. I think it was the only pen in the whole country. Also they charge for everything. If you have company and invite them to swim you have to pay for each person. It really was not that much for US standard but really? If there were a better options I would go there but this is a small town and choices are limited unless you stay outside of town. It is actually considered a fancy hotel by the locals. Next time I am going to stay outside of the city and just rental a car.
