Property was great, just let down by ongoing work in the area - good position for the centre

We arrived by car and had no idea where we were going - wasn’t helped by works being carried out EVERYWHERE including at the property - workmen everywhere … outside your window … on the balcony …..

- Le quartier de Vervet, agréable et idéalement situé. - La très belle vue. - L'emplacement. - La facilité d'accès. - Le lit confortable. - La cuisine bien équipée.

- La propreté était très insuffisante : cheveux et poils sur le canapé, sur le tapis, sous le canapé, sur les serviettes et sur le lit, le four et la grille était sale - Aucun torchon de cuisine ni tapis de bain n'étaient fournis. - La lessive mise à disposition était de très mauvaise qualité. - L'abattant des toilettes était mal fixé. - L'aspirateur n'avait pas été vidé avant notre arrivée. Le plus décevant reste toutefois la communication avec l'hôte. Après avoir signalé ces problèmes, nous avons d'abord reçu des excuses et une reconnaissance des faits. Puis, le ton a complètement changé : au lieu de chercher une solution, l'hôte nous a simplement répondu que nous pouvions partir si nous n'étions pas satisfaits. Je n'avais encore jamais été confronté à un tel manque de considération envers des clients. Les captures d'écran de nos échanges sont disponibles en pièce jointe afin que chacun puisse se faire sa propre opinion.

Veldig fin plassering, stille leilighet. Fin utsikt. Akkurat passe for oss to venninner (mer er plass til flere). Moderne og nytt. Stor tv og sofa. Alt av utstyr man trenger på kjøkkenet, inkludert bakepapir og krydder, det er sjeldent! Området er helt nytt, med caféer og restauranter, samt hyggelig promenade helt inn til sentrum. Enkelt med buss overalt, inkludert flyplassen. Veldig fin kontakt med verten, som var så utrolig grei å være fleksibel med inn- og utsjekk. Det satte vi veldig pris på!

Veldig fast seng og puter, supert hvis man liker det best! Varmt soverom (kan ha vært brukerfeil).

Excelente apartamento. Muy bien ubicado cerca del centro de Tromso. La cocina bien equipada, las instalaciones cómodas y el edificio muy lindo. Sin duda volveríamos!

Lo único que podría mencionar es que al ser un apartamento no hay ningún lugar para dejar el equipaje unas horas si uno llega más temprano del check in o se va más tarde del check out.

Es un departamento más que cómodo!! La ubicación es ideal para ir caminando donde quieras. La anfitriona Frida,muy,muy atenta. Respondía mis preguntas rápido y con las instrucciones que me dio,llegué rapidisimo. Sin dudas,si volviera a Tromso lo contrataría de nuevo!!!

Es un simple comentario. La salida era a las 11 am y 10.30 sin preguntar entro la señora que limpia. Me parece que eso deberían respetarlo. Me pareció un poco invasivo

This is a complicated review. I had a number of communication issues with the host, largely driven by her unavailability on a day when she was traveling by plane. As a result of this, I spent no less than 1 hour unable to open the door of the apartment. For some reason, the digital lock had not been properly programmed and it didn't work on me. I thought about canceling the reservation and going somewhere else, when she finally reached out to me via Booking.com. This is a no no. I was in a hurry, with an important meeting coming up. She should have called me directly. Once inside, things worked well. After all, this is an outstanding property that would have been perfect with a microwave (I didn't find it) and a kitchen with more product. It barely had salt and coffee. The day before I checked out I got a message from the host politely asking me if I could empty the apartment before check out time. This is also a no no. Just don't do that, especially when we already had some issues at check in time. Having said all this, I would absolutely consider returning to the same property when back at Tromso. Not only the apartment is in great shape, but it has a brilliant location.

A microwave would be great. More seasoning/ olive oil in the kitchen would be good. Be aware of parking. This is an area where parking can set you back $70/day either in the apartment's building or on the street. I was able to navigate that issue successfully, but it requires a mix of parking somewhat far from the Vervet (this is the neighborhood's name) and making use of times when parking is free.

Very friendly property owner. Quick and easy communication via phone and booking app. Loved the apartment. Great view and location of property. Loved the bedroom. Each person had one's own door to get to the shared bed. It was lovely. The price for our stay was really good for this apartment in its location.

We had a problem finding the property. Here on booking it is called Tromsø City Center Retreat but at the property is the name Tromsø apartments. The description for finding the flat wasn't helpful at all and we had a problem with the key. BUT we got really quick help from the owner.

Amazing stay at the property. The view from the apartment was spectacular, we even witnessed the Northern Lights from the balcony during our 4 night stay. The property is warm and cozy, I would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen could be stocked with basic cooking condiments, there was salt and pepper but no cooking oil. No laundry detergent provided. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

BEDROOM IS EXTREMELY SMALL. The apartment overall is very nice.

The location was perfect - once we'd found it. A complete bonus was that, after a significantly delayed flight from Bergen because of heavy snow, there was a perfect Northern Lights show from the balcony!

The instructions about finding the right apartment were pretty complicated, especially arriving in the dark and snow. I had been concerned about that before we arrived but I didn't find communication easy. It was a very new property so there was a lot of construction still going on around.

Some remaining work going on to finish off the Estate. When completed which should be quite soon it will look even better

The environment was good, the apartment is new, everything is new! Enjoy it a lot! Hair conditioner is also provided! The view was amazing too :) We asked to put our luggage in the room until later for pick up, and she helped us with it! Super nice :))
