The Ambience and the staff are very nice - mostly Ate Jen.

The Rooms AC are not functioning properly or maybe they're a bit small for a large room

The place is very peaceful and the view is stunning. Hosts are responsive and they are very helpful of our needs. Rooms and all facilities are very clean too.

Pool Karaoke Spacious

Communications with the owner were helpful both before and during. The property was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again. I especially loved the pool, the karaoke, the kitchen, and the view.

I was surprised the property had people staying there with us - managers or owners of the property. I didn't mind because they were respectful and quiet and there when I needed them.

Everything was superb! From the staff to the cleanliness of the place to its views and surroundings! My aunts and uncles really loved the place and its amenities that they are already planning to book it for Christmas season!

Not a negative thing but something to think about in the future- might need some sort of a lift in case there will be seniors/elderly/PWD’s who will want to book as the house itself is slightly high to walk with stairs :)

Pool (the edges just a bit sharp/rough for some kids) but was great otherwise. Staff were considerate and nice. Beds/rooms comfortable. Quite a few insects but we brought an insect repellant spray so worked out fine. Videoke was great, close to the pool with sofas and tables, making it comfortable for different members of the family. View is also good. Facilities a d equipment are good too.

One bathroom door was difficult/loud to shut (room 3) but I have informed Jen. It would be nice to have an electric fan by the videoke area as it was getting hot at times, especially when activities are done there. Nice if there were more pillows too.

Over all 💯% EXCELLENT for me, aside from the flies around dining and kitchen. Make sure you clean up your kitchen properly as well as the garbage to avoid insects.

The house was big and very comfortable for everyone. Too many beds and rooms for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was huge! Videoke was a nice touch. Pool was super clean, cold water, but very nice. The Taal view was spectacular!

We were staying upstairs, hot water keeps turning off, and two times, there was no hot water at all, had to take super cold showers. Not fun at all! We also mentioned the sink/ faucet/ or under the sink, there was water leaking, and the water started collecting on the bathroom floor, had to ask for towels to soak up the water leak. They said they mentioned the issue to the owner, and that it would be a major work repair to fix it.

All rooms has individual bathroom and clean. Staffs are accomodating and friendly.

It will be better if its a heated pool for elder people to enjoy.

Awesome view. Very clean. Friendly staff! Few extras included.

Could have a better privacy. A bit worried about security because the staff in the villa needs to go in and out the property so they have to leave the gate open ( that's our main concern). Could have a mosquito lamp to reduce the amount of mosquitoes.

The property description of “ private entire Villa “ is misleading , because the staff sleep “ inside “ the Villa with us, have access to the kitchen , bathroom and the pool with us , we didn’t have the so called “ privacy “ that we paid for . They can hear us discussing family conversation which is supposed to be just between us family , they walk around like they are part of our group . There is a separate room downstairs with kitchen and bathroom that could be just perfect for the owner’s staff and yet the owner placed all his staff inside . Misleading . I saw two baby cockroaches inside the bathroom in the big room that made me awake all night fearing they could walk to the room and crawl to the bed while we sleep, we have a toddler with us in the other room . The staff were nice and friendly but made us uncomfortable walking around inside the Villa and we paid for a “ private entire Villa “ . The staff have a mini store right in front of the house that sells alcohol with table and chairs also in front of the house . At 7:00 PM as we got back from the supermarket , the view of few men drinking alcohol made me fear for our safety , with 2 kids and a toddler with us . I wouldn’t recommend this house for a family .

Incredible place for our extended family to spend time together. Rooms were emasculate and the family loved the pool and Karaoke.

Exceptional experience indeed! Property itself was so spacious for us, 10pax in our group. The location was easy to locate, very nice view. Host were so nice and friendly. Excellent service overall.

The only thing I didn't like about is their shower room. Our room at the lower ground don't have a heater installed. It was so cold to take a shower.
