Overall a very pleasant stayfor a family of 6 ppl. A very impressive looking hotel. Well appointed, clean & well decorated. Nice pool & friendly staff. Many rooms have a lake view.

Located on a busy road so windows need to be more sound proof. Restaurant was quite expensive (for the Philippines) and closes at 5.30pm.

Breakfast good. Location, tour the city, tourist spots. Malls, churches, chapels and convents too. Can choose food you like, restaurants, fast food and others. Staff are very accomodating, smiling, appreciative 💕😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The area has lovely views. There are good restaurants walking distance away. ( Arthur's was very good). Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast very good both food and delicious coffee! Staff helpful and really nice.

The pool was small and there wasn't alot of room to lay about outside. The road noise was quite loud in our room, having said that we slept well.

It's a beautiful Boutique Hotel with a French Theme. It looks wonderful and is classy and elegant. The room was very big and spacious and the views were good of the Lake and Volcano from the Room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the views from the rooftop were fabulous.The breakfast was really nice and enjoyable.

As said previously the main road outside is noisy and we could hear the neighbors occasionally, but this wasn't a big problem.

We arrived 2 hours before check-in time. W hile waiting we had lunch in their restaurant and we sat outside in their terrace and my husband legs turns black because of their dirty chairs. Not well equipped for handicap person(70yrs old cannot climb on stairs, elevator is not working properly. not allowed to bring food and restaurant is close at 6pm. Stain on bedsheet is discusting we asked them to changed (it is payable if client make stain on their bedsheet). As i saw french words on their wall i thought we are going to have french quality but that is only for decoration nothing is french inside. This is very noisy 4 stars hotel we can hear cars and doors banging. Not allowed to take photo of the bed/BED ROOM and bathroom STRANGE! I cannot share the photo of stains and more...

Place is easy to locate and Room is spacious and clean. Staff are nice.

Great staff and good breakfast. We had semi- buffet during our stay. It will depend on how many guests are checked in. It could be ala carte, semi buffet or buffet. It’s close to the city and other attractions via car.

The bathroom floor was dirty. I could tell that the bathroom floor was not mopped properly as I could see black stains. I removed the black stains myself with a wet tissue and towel. The safe was broken but this was easily resolved. The room facing my taal was noisy because the room was also facing the highway. Not good for light sleeper such as myself.

Loved the location, lots of options for food and the malls which are an easy walk down the road; although you can ask the guard at the hotel to help you with transport if you want. It had rooftop access with a great view of Taal volcano & the lake. The breakfasts were really nice in their cafe & the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotels interior aesthetic is quite elegant, especially in the lobby & everything is clean in the high traffic areas of the hotel.

In regards to the room; upon closer inspection I did find there to be quite a build up of dirt in some places which appeared to have not been cleaned in a considerable amount of time. However this didn’t really bother me. However the bed had some stains on the fitted sheet, beneath the duvet. As well as the towels which were in the bathroom. The vanity pack which was in the bathroom also had dirt on the interior of it, so I avoided using that. I decided to sleep on top of the duvet & used the few towels that weren’t stained.

Everything!- I actually didn't stay in the hotel, I booked the room as a treat for my niece 19th years anniversary. I received an exceptional service from Christian ( Night Shift, Via chat) to communicate half crossed the world ( I'm based in London) and to plan what you'll like to have in the room, Christian everything possible and easy to do. He made my surprise gift possible and made my niece happy. I have made so many Hotel reservation online and communicating via chat to what I like to have in the room, especially for something like a special occasion , I never experienced such spotl on and attention to details to my request. I work in a Hotel as well, and if Christian lives in UK will definitely hire him . To the Management- you should look after a staff like Christian. Thank you

The hotel is beautiful. Room is very spacious and modern:

The shower glass partition leaks to the floor leaving the floor of the toilet bowl area wet. We had to use our towels to dry the floor, so I could step out of the shower without my feet getting wet.

The hotel is in a great location, the fittings and overall decor of the hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A particular mention to Annalyn and Alex who were very helpful. I asked the hotel for a special room setup as it was our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to give us a special treat for our anniversary. My wife was very surprised and delighted. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Tagaytay. We will definitely be returning.

hotel is very close to main road , it is very noisy at night. Also before 8am, it was noisy because there was a renovation on the rop deck and I am staying on the upper level floor. Breakfast is not buffet particularly during weekdays. I got a room with breakfast included but when I asked for a cup of rice, it was charged when I check out.

Location is not one the best, breakfast was a big disappointment. One morning we had buffet and i could choose what i want and how much i need. Second day was a la carte, with limit of one option. Basically i left hungry. If you give option one day to buffet, give every day. Don’t care about your economy, i spend almost 5000 peso a night. Rubbish. The rooftop view was under construction. Pool very bad.

Assigned room wasn’t clean. Gave us another room and had to ask then to Hoover that. Thereafter this is a nice hotel except that the pool is tiny and dirty and the gym treadmill belts slip making them dangerous to use.

The place is underrated. It's actually a comfy place for good value. Food selection at breakfast wasn't the best but still good enough. The staff are warm and accommodating as well. The package I requested was surprisingly great too.

The WiFi was not fast and tends to get interrupted a lot. The room TV had nothing on and doesn't have any AirPlay compatibility so I wasn't able to stream shows on the big screen.

Booked it for my parents and they loved the place a lot! Has a nice ambience - very chic, staff are all accommodating and attentive. Serves great breakfast and early!

Very boutique looking hotel, it's nice and airy and decorated tastefully. I love the bathroom has an option of a tub. My best friend and I liked the room set up. And the restaurant is quint, a la carte when it's a small group. Staff was great, very accommodating. Close by entries and mall.

Location was a bit hard to get in and out of. Our room was facing the street, it was hard to fall right asleep. Maybe I should've requested a different room, but I didn't expect it to be loud at night. Little ants got in room. A bit higher priced than other hotels in the area.

It’s conveniently located at the heart of Tagaytay…near the roundabout.

No restaurant inside the hotel hence we needed to endure the traffic in Tagaytay to get good food.

Location is at the central. There are some restaurants walking distance. We rented a trike ride with the help of hotel to People Sky park. It was a nice ride ! They staff at the hotel are especially friendly. I left my jacket at the breakfast place and they delivered it back to my hotel room !

The toilet and room has some smell because it’s located at high altitude, it’s very humid.
