Mi è piaciuta la disponibilità e il sorriso delle receptionists. Ci hanno accolte e consigliato con maestrìa e semplicità. La stanza è stata rassettata tutti i giorni. La doccia, il climatizzatore e lo stendino nel balconcino in dotazione, tutto perfetto. A due passi si è al centro di Fira e a quattro dalla stazione dei bus, perfettamente funzionanti. La cucina non l'abbiamo provata quindi non posso esprimere giudizi. La piscina è agibile fino alle 22 e, anche se non l'abbiamo utilizzata, ci è stata resa disponibile anche dopo il check out, non solo... ci avrebbero dato anche asciugamani e fatto utilizzare il bagno in comune della piscina (dotato di doccia)! Che dire ...:D

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, il bagno è riposto ad angolo, tra la cucina e la stanza, quindi non ha finestrini e la sua porta non è propriamente da "privacy". Ma avendo viaggiato in famiglia, personalmente, non ho avuto disagi.

Location: heart of fire and close to supermarket, bars, club, bus station. The receptionist was very professional and she offered us a free upgrade. The room number 2 was very clean and bright with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Prima locatie centraal in de stad, maar net uit de drukte.

Excellent séjour ! L’établissement était très propre et parfaitement entretenu, avec une hygiène irréprochable. Le personnel est souriant et très accueillant. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité des bus pour se déplacer facilement partout. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme autour de la piscine. Que du positif, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Kind staff and amazing facility

Μια πραγματικά υπέροχη διαμονή! Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα και φιλοξενία. Μείναμε στο Markakis Studios για 5 βράδια και πραγματικά δεν θα μπορούσαμε να είμαστε πιο ευχαριστημένοι από την επιλογή μας. Η τοποθεσία είναι απλά τέλεια. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά στο κέντρο της Φηράς, με τα πάντα σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση, αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε ένα σημείο που προσφέρει απίστευτη ηρεμία και ησυχία. Είναι πραγματικά υπέροχο να βρίσκεσαι τόσο κοντά σε όλα και, μόλις επιστρέφεις στο δωμάτιο, να νιώθεις ότι βρίσκεσαι μακριά από την πολυκοσμία. Αυτό που μας εντυπωσίασε περισσότερο ήταν η καθαριότητα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πάντα πεντακάθαρα και μοσχομύριζαν. Η ποιότητα της καθαριότητας ήταν πραγματικά επιπέδου 5άστερου ξενοδοχείου, κάτι που για εμάς έκανε τεράστια διαφορά. Ένα ξεχωριστό ευχαριστώ στην Πάολα, με την οποία είχαμε και τη μεγαλύτερη επικοινωνία. Ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστή, ευγενική, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει και πραγματικά ενδιαφερόταν να κάνει τη διαμονή μας όσο καλύτερη γινόταν. Επίσης, η Ιωάννα ήταν εξαιρετική και, όπως και όλο το προσωπικό, ήταν πάντα ευγενική και διαθέσιμη να μας δώσει οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία χρειαζόμασταν. Η φιλοξενία τους ήταν πραγματικά ένα από τα δυνατά σημεία της διαμονής μας. Η πισίνα ήταν επίσης ό,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμασταν για λίγη χαλάρωση μετά τις βόλτες μας στη Σαντορίνη. Και κάτι ακόμη που έχει ιδιαίτερη σημασία για εμάς: είχαμε μείνει στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα πριν από αρκετά χρόνια και επιστρέψαμε ξανά μετά από χρόνια. Ήταν πολύ όμορφο συναίσθημα να επιστρέφουμε σε ένα μέρος που θυμόμασταν και να βλέπουμε πόσο όμορφα έχει ανακαινιστεί και ανανεωθεί. Συνολικά, όλα ήταν υπέροχα: η τοποθεσία, η καθαριότητα, η ηρεμία, η πισίνα και πάνω απ’ όλα οι άνθρωποι. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ σε όλη την ομάδα για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία. Θα επιστρέφαμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, we were welcomed with so much kindness and hospitality. A special thank you to Paola and Ana, two incredibly lovely, friendly and helpful girls who were always there to assist us. They made us feel at home right away and were so generous and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was absolutely perfect, comfortable and very well maintained. We also really appreciated how helpful and available they were for everything we needed. They gave us great advice and recommendations for our itineraries and were always happy to help with any additional requests, whether it was extra towels, hangers for the wardrobe, or anything else we needed. It’s not often that you come across people who are so attentive, kind and genuinely willing to help. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone. We would definitely come back without hesitation!

The pool area was beautiful. The apartment was spacious. The girls at reception were exceptionally friendly. The girl who works the morning shift provided us with lots of information upon our arrival which was very helpful. We highly recommend this place. Le gros point noir ..les logements au rez de chaussee ..donne directement sur la piscine ..le logement avec balcon n est pas un balcon mais un espace commun..les gens ne se rendent pas compte que c est votre espace mettent leur affaire sur votre table..sont assis sur vos chaises ..les enfants dans la piscine..vous sortez le matin boire votre cafe sur le soi disant balcon les gens sont assis a 50cm de vous sur les fauteuils de piscine c est vraiment desagreable .il faut que cela soit preciser lors de la reservation..c est la seule chose de negatif .sinon je recommande a 1000% pour le rapport qualite prix

Paola ci ha accolto con estrema cordialità e ci ha dato ottimi consigli. anche la sua collega è stata molto gentile. la struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative, molto accogliente e pulita. vicinissima ad un minimarket ed alla fermata degli autobus. ci è stato consentito di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check-out e di usufruire dello spazio in piscina oltre che del bagno dotato anche di doccia. rapporto prezzo qualità eccellente!!

We had a lovely stay here. The location in Fira is excellent, close to everything, while the room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even nicer. Very good value for money, and we would gladly stay here again.

This is the second year we have stayed at the property; it is convenient for town and has a very central location for driving, with the bus terminal within walking distance.

Honestly for a 4 night stay it was great we had the pool, there isn’t anything bad to say the staff are friendly and very accommodating

Tiene una muy buena ubicación en Fira, cerca de todo, se puede hacer el recorrido caminando y también está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses locales que te llevan a el aeropuerto y las otras zonas de la isla. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, nos dieron recomendaciones de lugares para visitar que nos encantaron. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda.

The location is great in the center of Fira . Well connected Bus. The reception staff was excellent. Explained nicely where to go and how to go. Also a nice small pool inside the hotel.

Everything about the property was amazing. The room was very spacious, clean and modern and the pool, grounds and outdoor area perfect. Staff at reception were wonderful, welcoming, kind and very helpful. The location was perfect with only meters away to the main streets, restaurants and bus station. And no stairs to get to the property which is a bonus if you have luggage. We even got spectacular sunrise views from our balcony.

Location was great only a few minutes from everything, the rooms were clean and tidy. Pool was ideal for relaxing.

The room could have benefited from a dividing curtain/ wall for privacy with four adults in one room. Bathroom a little small for four adults.

I really liked the room, was right in front of the pool, the facilities were clean and the room was very spacious, I have noticed that in the islands of Greece in general, the shower is always open in some way or form, that's a little inconvenient, because the water when you shower, splashes everywhere, but overall it was a very good place.

Staff accogliente e disponibile, posizione ottima vicino ad un mini market che ha adottato in gatto di nome Adolf (lo trovi sempre lì appollaiato in uno scatolone sullo scaffale). Ottima la vicinanza alla fermata dei bus e a ottimi ristoranti.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter! Habe selten so einen freundlichen Empfang wie hier erlebt, sehr ausführliche Tipps für Unternehmungen, Essen und auch zum Parken. Absolut klasse! Zimmer sehr sauber, tägliche Reinigung (ggf. könnte man „Do Not Disturb“ (Oder Ähnliches) Schilder im Zimmer ergänzen die man raushängen kann, ich hätte beispielsweise nicht täglich frische Handtücher benötigt - der Service ist prinzipiell jedoch klasse!). Klimaanlage funktionierte ebenfalls einwandfrei. Würde hier nochmal buchen wenn ich erneut vor Ort bin. Man ist schnell „in der Stadt“ aka am Kraterrand (unter 5 min) und parken lässt sich ebenfalls in der Nähe einrichten (kleiner versteckter Parkplatz eine Gehminute entfernt).

Zwei Kleinigkeiten - über der Tür war ein Leuchtschild angebracht welches sich nicht ausschalten oder verdunkeln ließ, dadurch war es nachts sehr hell. Ich musste abends jedesmal ein Handtuch oder Shirt darüber drapieren, damit es dunkel war. Der zweite Punkt, es roch im Zimmer teilweise (zum Glück erst in der letzten Nacht) stark nach Abfluss, evtl. müsste da mal nach geschaut werden?

Localização perfeita, perto do terminal de onibus, mercado, lojas e restaurantes, da pra fazer tudo a pé, e ao mesmo tempo a acomodação fica em uma rua tranquila. A recepcionista, não lembro o nome, era muito simpática e atenciosa, mas todos nos atenderam super bem. O quarto era limpo diariamente. Tem uma pequena cozinha, com alguns utensílios, muito prática, íamos no mercado e fazíamos nosso café da manhã. E no check-out, como nosso voo era só a noite, eles guardaram nossas malas e até nos ofereceram de ficar na área da piscina e banheiro com chuveiro, se necessário, me senti muito acolhida com esse diferencial.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rand von Fira, aber nur 5 Minuten zum Fira Main Square, mit vielen Restaurants, 7 Minuten zum Kraterrand mit Sonnenuntergang; ein Supermarkt ist 50 m entfernt. Besonders praktisch ist die Nähe zum Busbahnhof, von dort kann man gut organisiert für 2 EUR in alle Ecken von Santorini fahren, u.a. auch stündlich zum Flughafen. Das Studio war neuwertig und sauber; es gab auch eine kleine Küche (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher) mit etwas Geschirr und Besteck.

Es gibt kein Frühstück - ich habe mir Müsli und griechischen Joghurt im Supermarkt um die Ecke besorgt.
