Großes Appartment mit 4 Klimageräten! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super! Gute Restaurants und Anbieter für Touren direkt nebenan am Strand. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Möbel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Anfahrtsweg ist etwas holprig.

Het eten was niet bijzonder zo te zien en was prijzig, en zeer ongezellige eetgelegenheid. Heb er niet gegeten, maar er waren toch voldoende andere leuke eettentjes in de buurt.

Les images fournies par booking sont mensongères : le logement ne correspondait pas aux photos, il était beaucoup moins luxueux, il n’y avait pas assez de sièges pour tout le monde, la tv était beaucoup plus petite, la cuisine moins bien équipée . On nous a vendu du grand luxe à prix fort alors que c’était juste un bon standing. Le service de chambre était absent : en 5 jours , poubelles pas vidées, serviettes pas changées etc … enfin, petit déjeuner trop cher.

The location is brilliant and when you have complained enough to get transferred to a room that matches your booking, and spent an hour a day getting the staff to fix all the quality issues with the room, it is nice accommodation.

There are two massive issues with this property. Firstly the Booking.com listing do not align with many of the bookable rooms. They include a sister property 200m down the beach with a smaller pool, and much worse ocean views. So if you book an Oceanview 3 bedroom apartment with immediate access to a big pool, there is a small chance you get what you see in the pictures\description and a large chance you get allocated an apartment at the back of the sister hotel, with a tiny view of any ocean and a significant walk to the main hotel. This is a known issue to the hotel and Booking.com should fix. Secondly rooms have an endless list of minor issues - dirty towels, bedsheets, bandwidth constrained wifi, lack of clean kitchen towels, with no housekeeping team leadership. So you have to spend about 1 hour per day talking to the friendly staff to slowly get things fixed. Everything was fixable and then the room was nice, but it was like a Sri Lankan Fawlty Towers experience each day.

The location is good, good pool and the beach is right in front of the hotel

We did not have to check in, so no welcome, drinks or towel. The card explination of the door was not told so I had to come back coz battery died and then again for not working. There were ants on the table in the room. The guys cleaned it but it came back other days. The clocked worked not in the room. Breakfast was too expensive for what you got so we didnt botter to take it. The atmosfere in the hotel is poor so all guests go elswhere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Maybe create something nice for guests to eat at the beach. The beach towels were the wole time finished so in the morning when guests want to go there was nothing. I do not understand why they not work with passes or so, that you return you towel and get one back. The security sat there all day. Beds were takrn and the guetst were gone so maybe put a poolboy there who checks places beacause there were not enough sunbeds and they were very old. The place was too expensive for what you got.

It’s location

There was no housekeeping service during our stay that we decided to cut short. They didn’t clear garbage from the condo. Kitchen facilities were broken and they didn’t provide kitchen towels. Dirty place

The location in Nilaveli was very good. The apartment was spacious and clean on arrival. Lovely pool and it is right on the beach.

Comfortable accomodation but not amazing. There was no during stay cleaning and emptying of bins. When challenged, the staff had said they will do it, but it still didn’t get done. Disappointed with that aspect, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

The flat was okay, but some attention would be good. The kitchen lacks some equipment and the doors to the balconies were really hard to move. Despite that, we were very happy with the appartement. It is close to an amazing beach, there are some restaurants on the beach closeby and there is an additional kitchen in the ground floor of the building. Overall: recommendable but not high end. Location is a bit remote, but a tuktuk will take you anywhere for 300 rupies. The beach in front of the hotel is one of the most amazing beaches ever.

Das Familienzimmer war sehr groß. Das Pool und die direkte Lage am wunderschönen Strand war toll! Es gab eine große Außenanlage und viele Palmen.

Es war nicht ganz sauber und das Restaurant ist nur mittelmäßig.

La habitacion estaba algo dejada, muebles en mal estado, puertas de la terraza que no abren bien, el tenedero estaba roto, habia lavadora pero no jabon, el wifi no iba a ratos, necesitaria mejorar esos detalles para darle un 10 El desayuno buffet es malo para lo que cobran. No hay servicio de bar ni de animacion, se echa de menos la posibilidad de tomar alguna bebida o un snack a cualquier hora.

Świetna lokalizacja, spokojna piękna piaszczysta plaża, w około sporo restauracji i barów na plaży. Ogród i basen. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja oraz ciepła woda w łazience. Wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

Siłownia mogłaby być nieco lepiej wyposażona. Śniadania w okolicznych barach były smaczniejsze choć trzeba było na nie długo czekać, czasem ponad godzinę. W tym obiekcie było błyskawicznie bo szwedzki stół.

It on the beach and have a nice pool. The staff was helpful.

The first thing that hits you, is that the room stinks of insect detergent - we couldn’t enter the main bathroom without covering our noses. We removed the substance and the smell persisted for our entire stay. There is a huge swarm of dragonflies outside the balcony, you cannot really go outside during the day. There are insects inside the house, we encountered a giant cockroach in our shower. The WiFi in our apartment does not work, and there is no cellular reception. The reality looks NOTHING like the images. The room is clean at a first look, then you notice stains and holes in every sheet. We even saw duct tape with human hairs stuck to the wall, how is this not cleaned?

Mieliśmy bardzo przestronny apartament z rewelacyjnym stosunkiem jakość/cena. 2 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, ogromny salon i kuchnia. 4 balkony, widok na ocean, wspaniale. Byliśmy tam prawie tydzień. hotel ma basen całkiem czysty o róznym stopniu głębokości. Hotel jest przy samej plaży, całkiem czystej. Zejście do wody łagodne.

Niestety wyciekły moje dane z hotelowego komputera i otrzymywałem przez whatsapp próby wyłudzenia pieniędzy. Hakerzy doskonale wiedziała, że będe w tym hotelu, w tym czasie i znała moje imie i nazwisko. Hotel nie poczuwał się do odpowiedzialności i próby naprawy tej niedogodnosci. Ponadto obsługa pokoju podczas zmiany pościeli zgarnęła ulubioną zabawkę mojego syna. Również nie zaproponowali nic w ramach naprawy. Meble raczej stare, rozpadające się

Scanning the card and opening the door of the unit is that easy. Choise of food avaliable at he restaurant for dinner is very much limited.

The location is the standout feature, with direct access to a beautiful beach and a lovely pool area. The on-site restaurant offered a good range of food and everything we tried was enjoyable. The property closely matches the photos online, although the specific room shown in the listing may not be the one you receive. The manager was incredibly welcoming, professional and understanding, and all of the staff made us feel well looked after throughout our stay.

The pricing could be much clearer. Our Booking.com reservation was initially quoted at £451, but a 10% property service charge was only added later, increasing the total to £504. The same happened with another booking we made, which went from £361 to around £400. Whether this is a Booking.com or property issue, the additional charge should be made obvious before confirming the reservation. We also experienced ants in both apartments, particularly around the kitchen and bedrooms. Although maintenance treated the problem, it didn’t completely disappear. The Wi-Fi regularly stopped working from late afternoon until the following morning, and despite reporting it twice, no one came to inspect it. We also had a blown fuse that left half of one apartment without lights, fans and air conditioning. It was repaired quickly, but the repair left paint and debris on the bed and floor, which we had to clean ourselves. Lastly, there were very large numbers of dragonflies around the pool and rear beach entrance, making it less comfortable to spend time there.

The beachfront location was excellent, with the beach and pool just steps away from the condos. The restaurant served good food with a nice selection of options, and the property looked very similar to the photos online. The main manager was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and understanding, and all the staff were helpful throughout our stay.

The biggest issue was the pricing. Booking.com quoted £451, but a 10% property service charge was only added after booking, bringing the total to £504. The same happened with another booking, which increased from £361 to around £400. This should be made clearer before booking. Both apartments also had ants entering through cracks, even after maintenance sprayed repellent. The Wi-Fi became unreliable every evening from around 4 pm until the next morning, and although reception said someone would check it, nobody came on two occasions. One apartment also lost power to half the flat due to a blown fuse. It was fixed quickly, but debris from the repair was left on the bed and floor. Finally, there were large swarms of dragonflies around the pool and beach access, which made using the pool less enjoyable.

De locatie is super, direct aan het strand. Mooie tuin met zwembad erbij. Het appartement is zeer comfortabel.

Obiekt położony w ciekawym miejscu trochę na uboczu. W okresie stycznia jest tu pusto i poza sezonem, małe obłożenie obiektu. Kuchnia pracowała dość dobrze jedzenie dobre ale monotonne, basen przyjemny. Ocean i otoczenie całkiem znośne, życie ratowała knajpka na plaży obok hotelu.

Pomimo dość znaczącej ceny obiekt ma sporo braków i niedociągnięć. Czystość przeciętna, np firanki chyba nie były zmieniane nigdy, są jak filtr powietrza w aucie. Karaluchy obecne. Podczas pobytu trwał remont części pokoi. Nawet deratyzację oraz zadymianie roślin jakąś chemią miało miejsce podczas gdy dzieci bawiły się na basenie a my na tarasie. Kuchnia w pokoju w stanie dość opłakanym, raczej nie nadawała się do przygotowania posiłku, czajnik z zepsutym wyłącznikiem gotował wodę bez przerwy.

Karaluchy, prezerwatywa na basenie, pleśń na ścianach, brudne zasłony. Odradzam wszystkim którzy planują tam pobyt. Hotel na 2 tygodnie przed przyjazdem odwołał mi pobyt W Penthousie, zrobiłam więc rezerwację na apartament dla 6 osób z widokiem na ocean i dużym tarasem. Obsługa pomyliła gości i zakwaterowała nas w innym pokoju, złożona reklamacja nic nie dała. W godz popołudniowych obsługa rozpylała maszyną spalinową środki ochrony roślin w formie gryzącego i śmierdzącego dymu, w tym czasie dzieci przebywały na balkonie oraz na balkonie. Trzymajcie się z dala od tego miejsca.

Отель совершенно не соответствует заявленному комфорту ,номера большие но даже шампунь с кондиционером не положили,про чистота я пожалуй промолчу, т. к писать придется много,персонал а именно рецепшн наглые и совершенно ничем вам не помогут,каждый раз кивал и ничего не делал, завтраки просто ужас . Я выехала из этого отеля на третий день,а вы делайте выводы сами. Я не порекомендую этот отель.

Size of room and location.

Cleanliness was poor. Cobwebs, hair, stains all over kitchen. Facilities - no gas for cooktop, air-conditioning so loud you couldn't talk or watch tv. Safe broken ( but was fixed), no towels on arrival, when requested we received towels no bigger than the floor mat. Housekeeping only every 4 days. No tea towels. Bedside lamp, one broken and one with wrong power point, so couldn't be used. Pool towels poor quality and stained. I could continue, but this should provide an idea of the lack of quality in this hotel. This was also one of our most expensive hotels we have stayed at in Sri Lanka, and it is the worst by a long way.

Superb Location right on NIlaveli beach. Beautiful Property with Spacious Rooms and penthouse we booked had all equipments required for a family stay. However the Jacuzi plunge pool (which is private to the penthouse) is on the next floor accessible through a stairway exclusive for penthouse hence couldnt use much . Staff was helpful and they have a room service for food which is convenient. Food Menu Prices are a bit on the higher side but considering the convenience it was acceptable. Highly recommended for a family stay looking for calmness of sea and sands

Food Order has to be placed quite early and takes about 1,30-2 Hrs to prepare if you need room service. If you need Srilankan breakfast you need to order quite early on the day before however food quality is good.

Superb. After a disappointing stay in Arugum Bay we thought this may be the same fake pictures, but it was under marketed! The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. Pool great. Staff helpful and great location on the beach. Great value too.

Els apartaments són grans, nets i suficientment equipats. Els llits còmodes. Hi ha una piscina molt maca i la platja al davant, molt tranquil·la i poca gent. Hi ha diversos restaurants que donen a la mateixa platja i es pot menjar O beure. Molt a prop hi ha el centre de diving I snorkel que es diu Poseidón que ho fan molt bé i et fan descompte si vens de part de l'hotel

La plage est très belle.

Appartement pas très propre, nous étions envahie de fourmi. Piscine très trouble et pas fini de laver à 12h. Pas de transats sur la plage comme les hôtels autour dommage. Le personnel pas très agréable. Le restaurant pas mauvais mais service long et il faut attendre une table car trop peu en fonction de la taille de l'hôtel et petit déjeuner très moyen au vue du prix de la nuit. Nous sommes très déçu et avons passé nos journée et repas au hôtel alentour. La wifi fonction uniquement dans les chambres.

Die Lage ist prima, direkt am Indischen Ozean am langen Sandstrand von Nilaveli. Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig und haben eine tolle Aussicht. Wer brandungsbaden im Meer nicht mag, der kann den Pool nutzen, was insbesondere mit Kindern Spass macht. Am Strand entlang sind eine Reihe von Restaurants, in denen man den ganzen Tag etwas zu essen bekommt, insbesondere im Happy Beach war es zu jeder Tageszeit prima.

Not a supermarket near by so didn’t make most of kitchen facilities.

Ottima posizione sul mare, con due strutture vicine a poche decine di metri l’una dall’altra, ognuna con la propria piscina. Grandi appartamenti puliti e dotati di cucina con qualche stoviglia se si vuole cucinare. C’è anche un ristorante interno, al contrario di tutti gli altri stabilimenti vicini che hanno il ristorante proprio sul mare.

Il prezzo è alto per la struttura ed i servizi che offre. Il bar non era funzionante. Sarebbe bello avere un servizio in piscina o comunque in spiaggia, come offrono tutte le altre strutture.

Uitzicht op het zwembad en het strand. Het fijne zwembad was top en je loopt zo door naar een heel mooi rustig strand. Leuke eettentjes in de buurt op het strand.

Kamer had donker bruin meubilair, terwijl op de foto's een lichte inrichting werd gepresenteerd. Daarnaast hadden we veel last van (rode) mieren in ons appartement.

Przestronny, nowoczesny apartament, tuż przy wspaniałej plaży, z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Klimatyzacja, wiatrak w każdym pokoju, dwie łazienki. Wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty (pełne wyposażenie kuchni, pralka, żelazko, deska do prasowania). Czysty i funkcjonalny. Pan na recepcji bardzo kompetentny i pomocny, szybka reakcja na wszelkie prośby i sugestie, dodatkowe ręczniki bez żadnego problemu.

Ośrodek znajduje się na uboczu, do najbliższych sklepów, a szczególnie większej miejscowości trzeba dojeżdżać tuktukiem lub taksówką (polecam tu ściągnięcie aplikacji pickme). Dość wysoka cena jak na warunki Srilanki, również w pobliskich restauracjach ceny "pod turystów". Śniadania w formie szweckiego bufetu mało urozmaicone.

- Rideau transparent, encore pire qu’ailleurs au Sri Lanka. Il fait complètement jour dans les chambres. - assez bruyant, restaurant adjacent au logement (restaurant extérieur qui donne sur la fenêtre d’une des chambres). J’avais réservé un appartement deux chambres mais nous avons été « surclassé » vers un appartement trois chambres, je pense que c’était pour se débarrasser de se logement bruyant. - pas de wifi fonctionnel - restau peu agréable, temps d’attente et précommande indispensable. Je pensais mettre la note de 7 à cet hôtel, puis j’ai vu passer un rat dans le restaurant. - peu de restau aux alentours ou alors débordés au temps d’attente délirant Nous savions à quoi nous attendre car nous avions lu les commentaires booking. Si comme nous, vous ne trouvez pas d’autre logement acceptable à Nilaveli car l’offre est inférieure à la demande, sachez qu’il faudra faire preuve d’abnégation!

- service/personeel is minder hartelijk/warm in vergelijking tot andere hotels in Sri Lanka. - appartement worden oppervlakkig schoongemaakt. Plekken als deuren, kastjes, boarden van het bed zijn vuil. Airco vol stof, plukken stof achter het bed etc - geen automatische handdoek en bedlinnen wissel, hier moet je (3×) om vragen. - prijskwaliteit niet helemaal in balans.

The WiFi didn't work in our apartment and there is no reception at the complex - we had to work in the reception space. As it's self catering - information on where the locals shop would be great and tea towels in the apartments should be standard.

La playa, las vistas y había varios restaurantes cercas en la zona

Es un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece, especialmente teniendo en cuenta los precios de la zona. La experiencia fue bastante decepcionante: no te ayudan con las maletas, la limpieza de las habitaciones es deficiente y las escaleras huelen a basura. El desayuno es de mala calidad y te obligan a esperar fuera de la sala, lo que no tiene sentido. En general, el servicio es pésimo y las instalaciones no justifican el precio. No lo recomendaría si buscas algo más allá de las vistas.

I only liked the cleanliness of the rooms

I didn’t like the condo. The place didn’t have proper breakfast or restaurant. Only a pizza place and bar. And to get breakfast we had to order a day before. The building itself looks nothing like the photos on booking .com. The property is definitely not 4 stars rated. I will rate it 2 stars. The roooms had ants everywhere. And when we arrived at the location , there was no TV in the condo or any water or towels. We had ti ask them twice to bring it. We did not like at all the condo. The staff were helpful but I will never go back to this property

Ligging aan zee en zwembad. Ruime kamers.

Personeel erg op geld berust moet meteen bij aankomst alles betalen, geen gastvrijheid, geen schone handdoeken, wordt niet schoongemaakt. Wordt geen sfeer gecreëerd. Veel ongedierte binnen en stank in appartement. Bedjes leggen. Slechte service! Na 20:00u kun je niks meer bestellen. Zijn erg argwanend, moet meteen alles afrekenen.

Oceanfront Condominium - Nilaveli heeft heerlijke appartementen met uitzicht op het strand en de zee. Het zwembad is heerlijk en in de tuin kun je lekker liggen op de ligbedjes. In de omgeving zijn veel restaurantjes te vinden.
