It was super spacious and clean with a lovely view of the ocean. Loved the small details such as the cleanliness of the rooms and the way the apartments were decorated! And not to mention the food was delicious. Definitely recommend and would 100% come again!!

Food was a little bit on the pricey side but still great!

Het appartement is ruim en schoon en er is zelfs een wasmachine. Heel fijn na een periode rondtrekken over het eiland.

Het restaurant was weinig bijzonders. Maar even verderop zitten twee prima restaurants, dus dat was geen probleem.

The property was excellent - comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for our group. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and Sridhar, the house help, was extremely helpful, responsive, and readily available whenever we needed assistance. The host was also prompt. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, so I can't comment on the food, but there were plenty of good dining options nearby. The highlight of our stay was the easy access to the beach, the cleanliness of the property, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. We specifically wanted a place where we could take a break from our travels, unwind, and spend quality time by the beach and this property was perfect for that. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. Für ein paar tage ist es passend und gemütlich. Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür war ein Traum. Der pool wurde auch jeden morgen gereinigt. Und war gepflegt.

es gab zu wenig Liegestühle draussen. Und in den 2 Zimmer die sich im Hinteren Bereich der Wohnung befand hörte mann die ganze nacht ein sehr lautes Geräusch was nie aufgehört hat.

Private beach... pool and everything you could want

No good restaurants. The hotels own was on the other building and had to deliver rather than eat there. And the potions sizes were really small. Had to eat out in different places outside the hotel

Issue with key. There is a knack to using the key. First, wake up the key pad by touching it with your finger. Hold the keycard it in your fingers half way across the card. Place it near, but not on the card reader, just below the top light and over the number pad. It takes numerous attempts but once you master it, it is very easy.

It would have been a great place to stay if the weather and sea was different. Everything was shut nearby

The electricity kept short circuiting, it was not as close to restaurants as other accommodation. However if we had been able to walk along the beach this may have been different Gym was unimpressive.

Quiet and deserted. Away from the main road (a pro for us, as we had our own car). Quiet beaches with shells. Good sized unit, nice view. It was clean and had most things needed. It even had a small first aid kit in the kitchen. We would stay again as it suited as.

The door card does not work at all. So you have to then enter an 8 digit pin. When you click a 2, it takes it as double 2. Horrible. Would prefer a key. And only one card for a family of 4. Alao - not a negative for us, but probably wouldn't suit many people without their own transport to stay here. You'd be a bit isolated.

It is on amazing location, on a beautiful beach. It is a bit out of a way, which suited us perfectly

It appears clean enough, but it could do with a spring clean. Little nooks and corners need attention. Kitchen drawers were unusually messy, but for a family of 5, it was a perfect fit

The best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. Room was excellent. The kitchen was clean and provided us with everything we needed. The view was amazing. The pools were where we spent most of our time, as well as in the water at the beach only a few steps from the pools.

The property is located right next to the beach, which you can see from the balcony. It has everything you need in terms of facilities including washing machine, kitchen etc and allows you to be completely independent whilst also being able to access a restaurant a few doors away. It is really comfortably furnished and includes large bottled water which is great. You really do need to travel to Trincomalee for food shopping so is advised you do that in the way. There are a few beach restaurants nearby but they are not the best, despite their lovely location. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool and beach and would highly recommend the snorkelling trips.

The location is definitely out of the way but that is only a disadvantage if you are looking for something other than a beach holiday. Self catering option allows you to avoid some of the hit and miss restaurants too which take ages to serve you and offer mediocre food.

Amazing Location. The apartment is on 1st floor and in front of the building and you get direct view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Both the owner and caretaker are very responsive to your queries and concerns. All the essentials were provided for.

The approach road to the apartment complex is very uneven and narrow. The food options around the complex are limited and expensive.

Amazing location. Staff met us on time. Very clean and tidy. Would love to return some day when in Sri Lanka. Great bed to sleep in and lovely pool.

Basic toiletries such as soap would have been nice, although shampoo and body wash were available.

The location is great and it's by the beach. The sea there is great for swimming. There are enough restaurants around. The owner is very accommodating and send us a lot of useful information prior to arrival.

The pool gets crowded in the weekends.

We liked the spacious rooms and the structure of the apartment. The wifi was extremely good & the staff assigned to us was extremely helpful as well - shoutout Sridharan! We were also allowed early check in and late check out so the management, Patrick, was really accommodating as well, we really had a great one night stay.

The menu could be improved a bit more and the waiting time for the food was quite long as well. The pool could be maintained a bit better because the water had a really strong smell

Spacious and clean. Right by the beach and perfect to accomplish any diving courses that one has planned.

The housekeeper needs to be a bit responsive.
