The road to reach the apartment is dark, but all the surroundings are

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Agréablement surprise par les volumes de cet appartement, l entrée la piece de vie et les chambres sont très grandes (contrairement à ce que peuvent laisser penser les photos) Très bien situé, à proximité du supermarché Winners, on peut y aller à pied L appartement est décoré avec goût, et il est bien équipé Merci aussi pour la petite attention à notre arrivée, qui nous attendait sur la table
Le ménage laisse à désirer, il ne faut pas être trop regardant Le bac à douche fuit (il faut passer la serpillière à chaque douche) Le séchoir extérieur est cassé (mais il y a un Tancarville pour y remédier), les manches à balai et de serpillière sont cassés aussi Il manque un salon de jardin sur le balcon pour pouvoir en profiter Le digicode de l entrée de l immeuble est un enfer à renseigner, ce n' est donc pas étonnant que cette porte soit toujours ouverte Les parties communes sont sales et mal entretenues, cela fait mauvaise impression de prime abord

During the summer time i.e. in December, the living room and corridors became warm during day time or late night as the apartment is on the top floor, although both the rooms have air conditioners (AC).

The couch should be changed, and the water evacuation in the shower must be fixed. Also, the cleaning service is extremely expensive, so we had to cleanup daily ourselves. Other than that, nothing major.

Not the owners fault, but there was renovation noise from nearby building site. But they are almost finished.
