It was the best hotel experience! The delicious breakfast was our favorite part, and the rooms were just the right size for our needs. It was clean and staff was amazing!

This was an amazing hotel! The staff, the rooms, the overall facility - 10/10 no notes. Best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Japan.

The location is amazing. Black out curtains were great, we slept till noon :) They had different kind of pillows which is important for people like me who have neck issues. Breakfast was varied and fulfilling.

The staff are the friendliest and most welcoming that I have dealt with in Japan. The location cannot be beat! Really close to Nishiki and Teramachi and all the fantastic shops and restaurants in the area. Also easy access to the public buses and trains. I really like the afternoon/evening free sake bar and socializing.

ダブルルームは、2人で泊まるには少し狭かった。大浴場の洗い場の数が少なく、空くのを待っていた状態。シャワーだけのブースも有れば良かった。

Hotel w centrum, blisko gion. Niezły barek alkoholowy. Czystość akceptowalna. Na przyszłość zwróciłbym uwagę aby wybrać hotel super " premier" - są wyższej jakości z danej sieci. Takie mam osobiste wrażenie.

Super mikro łazienka. Można bylo umyć ręce stojąc w przedpokoju:) śniadania średnie, ale sycące. Brak szafy lub wnęki na ubrania. Byłam za to kanapa, na której wylądowały ubrania:)

El desayuno muy limitado, y la cama es minúscula así como el baño. Es más parecido al camarote de un barco.

Habitaciones bastante bien, limpias y con todo lo necesario, muy buen ubicado. Se agradece helados free y baño japonés free.

El check in era alas 15:00, quedaban 15 minutos para la hora y no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación. Nos hicieron dejar las maletas y después volver al momento. El check out era a las 11:00, nos retrasamos 20 minutos y nos querían cobrar 1000yenes por ese retraso. Me parece lamentable. No son ni siquiera 2 días completos.

This was one of the best hotel I have ever visited! It located comfortably near Kawaramachi station, very close to famous Nishiki market. The main attraction of the city is in the walkable distance. Hotel has amazing service, the staff is super friendly and helping with any needs and questions. They have free drinks at the bar, free hot bath, washing machines, amazing selections of pillows for your choice and amenities, and many other cool things!The breakfast was always delicious with variety of different food. The room is also extremely comfortable and have everything what you need for your stay. I spend there a week and I am sure that I will book this hotel next time I visit Kyoto.

The only one annoying thing was that some people were leaving their clothes in the washing machines for hours after the washing cycle is finished. But I am not sure that staff can somehow control this. Also it would be nice to have some snacks in the vending machine.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles schoon, ijsjes en thee gratis pakken 1500-2300, crème, scheer benodigdheden etc te pakken.

Lift duurde lang, 2 liften, ontbijt is inbegrepen maar tegen 900 uur werd niets meer aangevuld.

Ideal location close to shopping districts and food. Walking distance to public transport around the city. Staff were extremely kind and helpful always greating you with a smile.

飯店附近有很多購物點，尤其是我最喜歡的Sou sou跟鬼塚虎❤️，買完東西還可以拿回飯店放非常方便。每天都可以到浴場泡湯，還有提供早餐，不用煩惱早上要吃什麼，飯店人員服務也很親切，優點很多👍

Staff were friendly and always happy to provide assistance, rooms were very clean and breakfast was healthy and delicious. The onsen and happy hour nibbles and drinks were a highlight of our stay. The location was perfect, a short walk to nishiki market, train station and main shopping streets.

This hotel is amazing. No words!! The staff is super nice, they are well located, really amazing breakfast included (mostly japanese breakfast but with some pastries as well), free tasting of sake and other drinks every day, free ice cream, they have an onsen… totally worth it!

Location, location, location! The hotel is right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly easy to explore Kyoto. The area feels pleasant and safe to walk around, even at night and even on your own. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I’m certain I’ll be back the next time I visit Kyoto. The staff are kind and welcoming, the hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying, and the rooms are a great size. There were two of us sharing the room, and it never felt cramped. We each had a large suitcase, and thanks to the sofa in the room, we had plenty of space, making our stay even more comfortable.

The location was fantastic - close to main shopping area! We did a lot of walking around the area. We loved the complimentary free drinks until 8pm and also 2 free ice creams per day. Nice Indian restaurant nearby and popular Mexican 10 mins away but long queues!

Excelente localização. Quarto confortável ( o banheiro é um pouco pequeno), mas tem o Onsen maravilhoso. Perto de tudo e fácil chegada de ónibus da estação de trem!

Sugestão para o cafe da manhã inserir fruta e um queijo!

Het personeel is heel aardig. Bij aankomst kregen we wat te drinken en uitleg. De locatie is perfect. Je zit middenin het overdekte markthal waar je restaurants en winkels hebben. Ook het openbaar vervoer zit op loopafstand. De onsen is ook geweldig. Er zijn aparte tijden voor mannen en vrouwen. Je kan zelf je kussen uitkiezen. Er zijn diverse varianten.

Kamers zijn een beetje te klein. Vooral om je koffer kwijt te kunnen

Es la segunda vez que me albergo en este hotel, que me parece excelente para su precio, con detalles como la barra libre de bebidas alcohólicas (distintos tipos de sake y de otros licores) y no alcohólicas, su onsen, los múltiples productos que ofrecen como regalo a sus clientes, etc.

La habitación es muy pequeña, pero es lo normal por ese presupuesto en Japón.

Łazienka bardzo mała, w formie kapsuły do której się wchodzi, przez co w środku jest jeszcze mniej miejsca.

Location, staff, amenities and breakfast were all incredible. You won't find better value for money in Kyoto. Stay here if you're coming to Japan!!

Many amenities and very nice breakfast all included- we liked the location that was close to the market and many vegetarian restaurants. Staff was wonderful and the free sake bar every afternoon was fun. Staying here as two adults and a seven year old was a great experience.

Loved most things about the hotel. The food, the staff, all excellent. Location is great. Bed very comfortable.

Durante alcuni orari non c’è nessuno alla reception e la hall può essere frequentata da chiunque.

Excelente ubicación. Todo el personal es muy atento y amable. Nos ayudaron a enviar nuestro equipaje a Tokyo y llego perfecto. Desde el momento que llegas al hotel te reciben con una bebida de bienvenida y tambien puedes degustar Sake, ofrecen una selección enorme. Te dan para elegir la almohada que quieras usar y un pijama. Cada noche podes elegir hasta 5 productos de cuidado personal para llevarte a la habitación. El desayuno es fantastico, hay muchas opciones y todos los dias cambia un poco. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero todo esta muy limpio y ordenado. Muy recomendado.

It was a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, amenities, and services. The bed was very comfortable, and the option to choose a pillow based on your preferred level of firmness made rest time better.

We stayed in many superhotels in Japan but this was our favourite. Really well organised, clean, central location, great facilities. Full of really nice touches that enhanced our stay: the welcome sake bar, the pillow library, the yakata, the breakfast, the amenities and lots more. The onsen was great, the rooms were the biggest out of the superhotels we stayed in. Would definitely recommended.

The public bath is awesome. The location is very convinient for local shopping and popular area. I slao love their breakfast and all skin care products. You can chose your pillow as well. Good recommended.

The room size is a bit small.

Je mag zelf je kussen kiezen, dat is erg fijn. Er liggen ijsjes, die mag je gewoon 2 pakken op een dag, erg klantvriendelijk. Ook is er genoeg "women-only" tijd in de onsen. Heel meedenkend en klantvriendelijk ingericht.

Het enige mindere puntje was dat het ontbijt relatief weinig westerse keuzes had.

Localização e limpeza excelentes! Amei welcome drinks no dia do checkin!!! Serviço de guardar mala antes do check-in e após checkout excelente (ajuda muito). Adorei também a disponibilização diária de 5 itens de higiene + travesseiros + pijamas (à escolha do hóspede). Bom café da manhã. Fui atendida super bem por todos os funcionários!

Struttura fantastica, ottima colazione. Personale super gentile e accogliente. Molti servizi inclusi nel prezzo, dalla degustazione di sake alla colazione.

Unico lato negativo, il bagno. Veramente piccolo e scomodo per una struttura del genere. Sembrava il bagno di una nave.

Do café da manhã pois era extremamente oriental, apesar de 70% dos hóspedes serem ocidentais.

Otel bize oldukça lüks hissettirdi. Oldukça kurumsal ve profesyonel bir hizmetleri var. Her gün alabildiğiniz maske, krem, serum gibi hediyelerine bayıldım! Aşırı merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik, merkezde olmasına rağmen sessiz ve rahattı. Yastık seçebilmek harika, çamaşır ve kurutma hizmetleri de harikaydı. Çamaşır makinesi 100 yen ile çalışıyor, daha ucuzunu görmemiştim. Ayrıca odadaki televizyondan müsaitliği de kontrol edebilmek harika! Planımıza kahvaltı dahildi ve hamur işlerini çok beğendik.

Kahvaltıda domuz eti yemeyen müşteriler de göz öninde bulundurulabilirdi. Japon mutfağını çok seviyoruz, ama hamur işleri dışında diğer seçenekler bize hitap etmedi. Otelde bulunduğum süre zarfında rahatsızlandım ve personelden gitmek istediğim bir kliniği aramalarını, müsaitlikleri olup olmadıklarını sormak istedim. Kendileri konuşamadılar ama telefonu kullanmamıza izin verdiler. Telesekreter tamamen japonca konuşuyordu bu yüzden malesef yardımcı olamamış oldular. Gene de tüm personel çok nazik ve kibardı, çabaları için teşekkür ederiz. Otelin sürdürülebilirlik konsepti çok başarılı. Oda çok güzel, tavanın diatomite olması bizi terli uyanmalardan kurtardı. Puan kırabileceğim tek yeri aşırı küçük olan banyosuydu. İşimizi gördü ancak uçak kabini gibi hissettirdi 😅 Onsen olması güzel, ancak japon banyodunu tanımadığım insanlarla çıplak bir şekilde deneyimlemek istemedim. Enfeksiyona da çok hassasiyetim olduğu için hiç kullanmadık. Randevulu olsaydı ve eşimle girebiliyor olsaydık daha hoş olurdu.
