excelente ubicación del hotel, esta en pleno centro a pasos de santa sofia y la mezquita azul al igual que otros atractivos turísticos. ademas desayuno bufet muy bueno.

solo en algunas ocasiones el wifi tenia problemas de conexion.

Gran ubicación muy cerca de todo, a todos los sitios de importancia se puede ir a pie. hotel limpio, buen desayuno. Vista sobre el bosforo espectacular.

Mejorar comunicación con huéspedes en recepción.

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel. Está a 5 minutos de las mezquitas y de toda la zona turística. El desayuno no estaba mal, había dulces, embutidos y mucha verdura, pero eche en falta mas fruta como kiwis o tostadas con aceite y tomate. Las vistas desde la terraza eran estupendas. El wifi y el aire acondicionado funcionaban muy bien. La habitación estaba siempre limpia. Para mejorar.... la ducha tenia poca presión.... puede ser porque la unión de la alcachofa y el flexo tenia una fuga y soltaba un chorrillo de agua.

Toda la estancia estuve sin TV poque no había señal.

Tolle zentrale Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Mit Fahrstuhl in die 4 Etage. Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig in der Auswahl. Klima war sehr gut. Betten wurden mal auf Boxspring umgebaut.

Das Bad war sehr verkalkt und der Lüfter total verdreckt, die Handtücher waren mal weiß. Tapeten vielen von der Wand im Zimmer. Die letzten 2 Etagen gingen nur mit enger Wendeltreppe zum Frühstück. Die Bilder vom Hotel sind mit Bildbearbeitung gemacht worden.

L'emplacement était réellement un atout pour cet hôtel. Mais ce qui nous a par dessus tout plu, c'est le service offert par le personnel et la gentillesse également.

Desayuno muy completo. Muy buena ubicación. Habitación cómoda (para pocos días, como en mi caso) confortable, limpia, al igual que el baño.

No hay nada negativo.

What we liked most was that we didn’t have to sacrifice comfort for a great location. The hotel is perfectly situated, while still being comfortable and pleasant to come back to after a full day exploring Istanbul.

There is a lovely outdoor terrace with a lot of potential. It would be nice to see it used more actively as a space where guests can relax and spend some time.

Está junto a la mezquita azul y Santa Sofía y tiene el tranvía a unos 5min andando. Aunque sea un hotel pequeñito, es correcto, con un buen desayuno en la terraza con vistas al Bósforo. Se agradece que te den todos los días unas botellitas de agua

La verdad es que el sitio está bien

Cama cómoda y grande, aire acondicionado, baño muy práctico, y un desayuno variado y delicioso. Personal amable y trabajador. Limpieza diaria (dejan agua, café y té) Ubicación perfecta (dos minutos de la Mezquita Azul). Además, la calle es tranquila. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable.

El aislamiento entre habitaciones no es el ideal, se oyen las habitaciones contiguas. Hay algún desperfecto como una lámpara rota y un escalón resquebrajado, nada importante.

La ubicación es excelente, entre Santa Sofía y la Mezquita Azul. Solo hay que dar unos pasos y ya estás en el hipódromo.

Las instalaciones son pésimas, está toodo roto y aunque los avises en recepción no hacen nada por arreglarlos. Y lo que me indignó mucho es que traten a los turistas como tontos. En el desayuno ponían bricks de leche caducados desde hacía una semana y todos los días igual, como si fuéramos basura.

Bien situé juste à côté de la mosquée bleue , sainte Sophie et le palais Topkapi. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de chambre dans l’hôtel et elles sont petites mais le petit déjeuner est sympa avec une belle vue

Excellent location. Clean, and pleasant staff.

Our room was in a very noisy location beside the laundry and main lift entry making it quite noisy, and unfortunately my mattress, one of two singles pushed together to make a queen, sagged on one side making sleep very uncomfortable. We also found that the breakfasts were not fantastic, with the restaurant area needing a good makeover.

The location was great. Walking distance to Arasta Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque and Basilica Cistern. and also to Seven hills hotel where you can get a panoramic view of the city. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the Old Town, which makes it easy to explore the city. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Mahir, who was very helpful and kind throughout our stay. His assistance made a real difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major disappointment during this stay. There was practically no cleaning at all. I repeatedly asked for the room to be cleaned, but the only thing that was done was bringing us a new towel. When we arrived, one of the curtains had already fallen down, and I asked for it to be put back in place. Unfortunately, nothing was done. In the meantime, the second curtain also fell down, and it was only on the fourth day that the issue was finally repaired, thanks to Mr. Mahir, who stepped in and helped. Another issue was the very low water pressure in the shower. We had almost no water pressure at all, which made taking a proper shower very difficult. The cutlery at breakfast was also dirty, which was very unpleasant. This is particularly disappointing because this was my fourth stay at the hotel, and I have never experienced this level of poor cleanliness and maintenance before. I hope the management takes these issues seriously, because the hotel has a great location and, with better housekeeping and maintenance, could provide a much better experience. Once again, many thanks to Mr. Mahir for his kindness, help, and professionalism. He was the person who genuinely tried to make things better for us during our stay

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Μόνο 5 λεπτά από την αγία Σοφία με τα πόδια. Το πρωινό είχε πάρα πολλές επιλογές και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό.

Τι δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο στενό.

La ubicación es perfecta, luego después del café da mañana son 3 minutos andando hasta Catedral Sofia, Mesquita Azul y Palácio Topkapi, están todos muy cerca del hotel, evitando así esperar demasiado en las colas para visitarlos

Da migliorare la pulizia e la colazione che, seppur varia, non era di gran qualità (marmellate non riposte in frigo al termine del servizio, cereali lasciati nei barattoli al caldo e al sole per tutto il giorno)

Nayla Palace is extraordinary. We had such a wonderful stay there. I really liked the decorations they have in the rooms. If you are looking for something that really brings out the Turkish vibe, definitely that’s the place for you. Staff was incredibly helpful, we were spoiled heavily throughout our stay as we celebrated family events and they arranged wonderful things for us. Food is quite good, it comes in a great variety. Location is perfect! A few minutes walk from everything! Just amazing! Thank you, Nayla and special thanks to Kaan, as he made all this possible! I really felt like in a palace :)

Удобное расположение рядом с основными достопримечательностями. Дружелюбный персонал отеля, готовый помочь там где может. Неплохой завтрак на террасе с видом на пролив. За свою цену хороший отель.

Не самая лучшая шумоизоляция, но для такого типа отелей в этом районе скорее всего это норма.

Todo estuvo muy bien

La ubicación es increíble, caminando llegas a todas partes del aérea de sultanhamet, y aparte es muy acogedor, el personal muy amables, sinceramente jamás tuvimos que pedir de su ayuda a nada , y cuando haces Check out puedes dejar tus maletas en recepción y todo muy bien y seguro , diario limpiaban la habitación y dejaban agua y toallas nuevas

Había pequeños detalles en la habitación a tomar en cuenta , había una luz rota , y la luz del baño principal no servía pero con la del espejo daba perfecto, debajo del lavabo había una pequeña fuga y dejaron un recipiente que se iba llenando con el agua , cuando llegamos la tuve que vaciar en el wc por qué el recipiente estaba lleno , estuve ahí 7 días y solo se llenó a la mitad lo que me hace ver qué pues tenían muy olvidada esa parte

La localización del hotel es perfecta para ver las mezquitas e ir caminando a la zona donde estaban los barcos y bazar. El desayuno nos gustó mucho hacerlo en la terraza mirando el mar. Y las cocineras eran muy educadas y simpáticas.

The location is very central in the Sultanahmet area.

The room was incredibly small; difficult for 2 people to get around. The room is in need or refurbishment; the flooring is broken, the wallpaper is coming off and there is mold underneath (if you are sensitive to mold, I wound't suggest staying here).

El bufete que se sirve para el desayuno es muy rico y variado y me gustó mucho Está ubicado muy cerca de las mezquitas de Santa Sofía y la Azul. Es excelente esta ubicación, además, muy cerca caminando a la mezquita de Suleyman y del gran bazar. La habitación estuvo perfecta, cómoda, muy limpia y con los servicios a la mano

Nos gustó que las habitaciones son espaciosas, te dejan agua todos los días y todo estaba muy limpio. La ubicación es estupenda, a menos de 5 minutos de la Mezquita Azul y Santa Sofía. En recepción hablan inglés.

El desayuno regular, faltaba variedad de embutidos y el tostador no funcionaba. Además el personal habla poco o nada de inglés, por lo que tampoco puedes pedirle nada. Los manteles de las mesas sucios.

The variety of breakfast items was excellent and it was nice just to walk up to the top floor to eat every morning it was very convenient. The location was close to the Sophia H and Blue Mosque. Many restuarants and shops all just minutes away!

I liked everything

The location was great as it was few minutes from main attractions and public transportation, good breakfast (but bad coffee), and very friendly staff!

The beds were a little bit unconformable and the room was smaller than excepted and shown in the pictures...

El hotel está hermoso. La ubicación fue excelente. El desayuno riquísimo. Definitivamente lo que más me agradó fue la hospitalidad del personal en especial de Kaan hizo que nuestra estancia fue bastante agradable, nos apoyó en todo momento con sugerencias de lugares y estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Sin duda volvería a ir dada la atención que nos brindó.

La habitación estaba al lado de lanescalera que daba acceso al restaurante, esto provocaba gran cantidad de ruido, tanto el personal a primera hora preparando los desayunos como la entrada y salida de los huéspedes a la zona del desayuno. Súper incómodo.

La ubicación es perfecta. A 1 minuto de Aya Sophia y La Mezquita Azul. El desayuno también es muy bueno. Un buffet con una gran variedad y producto local. La habitación no era muy grande pero para lo que la usamos sobraba.

Las camas muy cómodas, y el agua de la ducha salía muy bien!! El personal muy amable, nos recibieron con un té delicioso y nos dieron recomendaciones, el lugar es muy céntrico, se puede recorrer todo a pie, no vale la pena pagar por un tour ya que todo está cerca como para ir caminando!

No blinds, just a light curtain, it is not possible to darken the room. Breakfast choice is poor. I arrived at night and had to shout to call the receptionist. They gave me a non working key. The receptionist disappeared and I had to walk around shouting again to find him and get a new key.

La posizione dell albergo e ottima , a 100 metri dalla piazza di sultanamet , vicina alla tramvia per gli spostamenti negli altri quartieri. Bella sala colazione in terrazza, ottima quantità e qualità di scelta x la colazione . Ottimo il bagno con doccia grande. Zona piena di ristoranti .

Great location in Sultanahmed and lovely views out to sea from the roof terrace - we saw dolphins. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Staff were always around and very helpful. Romanos restaurant, just around the corner was excellent.

The decor is a bit 'tired' and our twin bedded room was a bit small. There was nowhere to put the suitcases. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Great selection, but not great quality. I would eat out.

I think the rooms could use a little updating, and the breakfast could be improved. They have a lovely terrace, but it would look even better with a bit more decoration to make it more inviting and attractive.

El desayuno

Super great location, great to a lot of food spots and the Blue Mosque.

The WiFi was a little slow at times, and the mini fridge in the room was off and wasnt able to trun it on.

The hotel is so close to the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There are numerous places to eat nearby and the staff are so helpful. Our room was comfortable and there was always hot water in the shower. There was plenty of choice at breakfast too.

Sound proofing. The windows although double glazed do let in sound, mainly high heels clip clopping on the cobbled stones outside. Also the room doors make a lot of noise. But you can't fault the hotel for other guests behaviour.

Great central location, amazing breakfast and views from the breakfast area on the terrace.

Location is superb and very quiet at night, room cleaning was good but it took them a couple of days to clean the outside of the cafeteria terrace. Wi-Fi was stable with occasional downtime which was restored quickly. The elevator is very much welcome. The view from the terrace is quite nice. The room had air-conditioning which worked ok. The beds were very comfortable.

The room is small and could use renovation (door to the bathroom, got locked inside two times and had to use the spoon to turn the screw on the door handle), staff was mediocre in their attitude (the cleaning ladies were the nicest) but did help to arrange transportation. The breakfast is mediocre at best and lacks variety (especially lacking fresh fruit), the serving lady doesn't seem to care much about refilling trays and coffee machine on time. Some weird choices of food and serving (why put french fries in steaming plate so it's all soggy?!). TV wasn't working (but not a big issue, pack your own entertainment).
