Wir hatten ein Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Das Appartement war geräumig, die Küchenausstattung ausreichend und es gab sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen separaten Trocker zusätzlich zum in Korea üblichen :"Lüfterschrank".

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte keine Tür.. Die Küchenausstattung hätte üppiger sein können (mehr Teller, Schneidbrett, etc.) Am Esstisch war es unbequem zu sitzen.

Snäll personal med bra stöd, bra läge och ett Stort fint rum! Stort plus med påfyllning av vatten flaskor och erbjudanden av daglig städning! Extremt tacksamt med: AC och golvvärme Tvättmaskinen & torktumlare Ångskåp för tvätt av skjortor och andra fina apparater i rummet. Hade bokat om igen.

Utsikten kan bli begränsad beroende på rummet du får.

Very functional room and was spacious, really like that we have a shower box instead of shower over bath. Love the steam wardrobe and washing rack so we could do laundry easily.

The room looks a bit sterile, could do with some some of pictures and expiration to make it look more homely

Location just perfect, right at the intersection of the metro lines. The hotel was clean and fresh,the room’s amanities were so good.

If you arrive before check-in time, you have to pay an extra fee to leave your luggage.

Location is dreadful with lots of building work going on. The actual property is lovely. If it wasn’t for the close location of the stream I wouldn’t have considered it.

Nos encantó toda la experiencia en The Botanik, está muy bien ubicado y conectado con toda la ciudad de Seúl, es de una arquitectura moderna y vanguardista, la habitación parece un pequeño departamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por la ciudad, pudiendo cocinar, lavar ropa y un armario que seca y plancha la ropa, la experiencia es 10/10.

Vi bodde i leilighet med alt du kan tenke deg av utstyr. Veldig sentral beliggenhet og kort vei til banen.

Sengen var veldig hard. Synd at vinbaren ikke var åpen.

No fork and spoons? The inside aircon is link to the outside controller and the outside aircon is link to the inside controller.

The room was a good size and included a washing machine and drying cupboard which made cleaning our clothes super convenient after being away from home for almost two weeks when we arrived. There was lots of good restaurants close by, but the main city for shopping and bigger variety of food was about a 25 minute walk. For us that was fine but might be a bit far for some. However there are close transit links to take if walking isn’t for you

Классный отель. Новый и чистый. В самом отеле аж два магазина. Очень удобно. Чтобы подняться на свой этаж нужно прикладывать карточку от номера. Это плюсик к безопасности. По шумоизоляции вопросов вообще 0. Не было слышно никого в коридоре или соседние номера. Спали офигенно.

Это прям очень мелкий минус. Локация вокруг похожа на строительный рынок. Но нас это ни капельки не смущало. Наоборот какой-то атмосферы добавляет))

Clean, spacious rooms. Great for familles and the washing machine was a bonus!

nearby a subway station, very convenient. has a convenient store inside and opposite the hotel which is great.

room space is quite small/tight. Although has a washing machine. you would need to dry either inside or out the balcony. (No dryer)

De locatie is top, midden in Seoul en vlakbij verschillende metrolijnen

De airco’s maakte veel lawaai en gaven ook veel licht in de nacht.

The room was clean with comfy aircon and beds. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Good shower

Breakfast. Location was ok but felt isolated a bit- always a metro or Uber. Room quite sparse and chairs uncomfortable. Left luggage- checked out early 8.30 and planned to return at 1 for luggage to discover I then had to pay for 2 separate locker spaces for 4 hours and then add some!!!! I have never before been charged for left luggage in a hotel I stayed in.

Staff are friendly and helpful and the room is great value for money

Bed/pillows were a touch uncomfortable but not crazy

Habitacion espectacular, con capacidad para 4 personas, cocina completa, incluso lavadora y secadora. Baño con limpieza automática. Desayuno muy completo. De los pocos sitios que he ido ultimamente que recomendaría pedir el desayuno. solo le faltaria tener piscina. muy bien ubicado, cerca de dos paradas de las principales lineas de metro de Seul y con una tienda abierta 24 horas enfrente de recepcion

la camera era fantastica e dotata di tutti i confort. Plus: lavatrice asciugatrice e nell'armadio asciugatura e sterilizzazione abiti. Colazione fantastica e posizione comoda per visitare i migliori quartieri della città.

Near the metro station , a convenience store is in the hotel-

You need to pay to have your luggage stored (it’s cheep - 5000 won for 4 hours, but still it delivers a bad impression) - the rooms are small, the mattress was too hard, the ambient in the rooms is not cozy, in front of the hotel there is a big construction site

Nella stanza signature sono presenti lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il balconcino. La colazione, modesta ma ad un prezzo giusto.

The size of the room. It is one of the largest I could find to fit my whole family.

Housekeeping service. They didnt come to tidy the room on the first day which is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The pillows were also too soft. An option with a soft and hard option would make the stay more comfortable.

-no proper cleaning during 8 night stay, there was something spilled on the flor and bathroom wall the day we arrived, was still there when we left -zero hospitality or any service you would expect from a decent hotel -packets of instant coffee were refilled maybe twice during the stay… in times where Nespresso machines are standard in hotels -raging AC, not possible to adjust the strength and blowing directly onto heads of people sleeping in bed -smelly corridors

Wonderful location for a beautiful and modern hotel. Highly recommended for families. Rooms are ample, bright and offer all comforts! I will surely return!

Great location within walking distance of night markets, easy access to subway and 2 local shops for emergency supplies. Room had washing machine and dryer as well as a closet refresher for garments.

Minimal equipment in the kitchen and the bedroom area was quite cramped with 2 single beds

Die Größe war etwas eigenartig, relativ großes Wohnzimmer, dafür zwei winziger Schlafzimmer

Location of hotel is central and good. Very efficient layout inside each unit. New build.

Breakfast time was a bit chaotic. Staff did their best but the layout of the restaurant (where the food was crammed on one side of the space) created a natural bottle neck there. Also the cups are way to small, and we had to get coffee 2-3 times. It would be better to have larger cups so less trips need to be made to that chaotic area. After several days of this kind of breakfast, we wanted to just go have coffee and bread in a calm neighborhood restaurant. Have to wait for elevator sometimes for a while.

Breakfast was good. Location is great too.

The breakfast is till 10.30am if i remember correctly. It will be nice if they can have it till later. Also maybe can rotate more variety. We are sstaying for a week hence we find the breakfast can have more variety/change within the week.

Die Lage ist unglaublich gut für ein Seoul Trip. Einrichtung ist genial. Man hat alles was man braucht.

Die Raumpfleger/in haben den Boden in den 14 Tagen nicht einmal gewischt.

Friendly Staff, comfortable room, beds, washing machine and drying rack. Breakfest was great.

Not much place to take out your clothes out of the suitcases/ backpacks

Location was great, close enough to Myeongdong but not the chaos. Close to the connecting train lines. Staff fulfilled room request of unobstructed view of Namsan tower. Everything very clean and accessible. The luggage scales in reception were great as well as the convenience store.

Washing machine did not have a dryer function. Should not need to charge extra for drying services. Bedhead light did not work the first night but it got fixed next day.

La struttura è grande e carina, la stanza familiare comoda con 2 stanze e un grande bagno oltre che una cucina con fornelli e forno microonde e dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice (il sapone va procurato a parte, l'emart sotto l'albergo ne è provvisto). La posizione è buona vicino all metro e al limousine bus
