Avoid this place. We were extremely disappointed by the level of cleanliness and, even more so, by the way our repeated complaints were handled by the hotel staff. After returning to our room following a long day outside, we noticed uncleaned biscuit crumbs on the floor. We decided to report this to the front desk, not only because we expected the room to be properly cleaned, but also to give the hotel an opportunity to address the issue. The receptionist did not seem to take the matter as seriously as it should have been taken and simply explained that the room service team might have forgotten to vacuum the room that day. We were assured that someone would come back and properly vacuum the room. Instead, a cleaner came and performed an extremely quick and clearly inadequate “double cleaning” using a broom. This took only a very short amount of time and was nowhere near what we had been promised. When we went back to reception to explain that this was not the proper vacuum cleaning we had been assured of, we were simply told that there had been a miscommunication and that they could no longer vacuum the room at that time. We explained once again that the room had still not been properly cleaned. The staff then sent the cleaning team back for what they described as a “deep cleaning of the room.” We went downstairs to smoke a cigarette and returned less than 6–7 minutes later. We were once again told that the cleaning had been completed and that the room was now perfectly clean. This was simply not the case. At this point, it was around 11 PM, and after an already long day, we simply wanted to be able to sleep in a clean and properly maintained room. We therefore asked the receptionist to come upstairs and see the situation for herself. We showed her several other areas that had clearly not been properly cleaned, including mold in the shower, significant dust behind the curtains, and dead insects behind the TV.

The check in process was certainly not welcoming. We arrived quite late at night after a 3 1/2 drive from the airport, so we were not in the best of moods and to be greeted with indifference was not the best experience.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios y encontramos todo lo que se ofrecía al momento de hacer la reserva. Nos encantó el detalle de tener en cada piso un dispensador para disponer de hielo, agua fría y agua caliente, algo muy práctico durante la estancia. Además, recibimos una bebida de cortesía en el bar del hotel , un detalle que también apreciamos. La ubicación es excelente para conocer Seúl y moverse por la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable y atento tanto durante el check-in como al momento de nuestra salida. Un hotel cómodo, bien ubicado y con detalles que realmente hacen la diferencia.

шампунь мне не подошёл - жирнил волосы. при обилии корейской косметики можно было бы предложить туристам лучший вариант. очереди в лифт. утром и в обед долго ждать, несмотря на три скоростных лифта

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Geographically good location. Right next to a tube station (line 2 and line3) that will get you to most tourist attractions. Staff is very helpfull and accomodating. Room was descent size, co.fortable bed, reasonable sized table to get some work done.
It needs some cosmetic toutch here and there. There is no direct tube line from Seoul Station to tbe hotel. Could have been quiter, window was above adjecent building's roof and it's massive air conditioning fans was makinh humming noise all the time.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Basic high quality chain hotel, totally fine. Location was near Myeongdong and Namsan and even Dongdaemun. Nothing amazing, but completely professional. Price was reasonable for Sheraton and downtown location. You can go much cheaper and bigger by hunting around, but for convenience and modernity this was very fine. We had a lovely view of Namsan tower and Myeongdong cathedral from our room.
Sometimes there’s a queue at the elevator because it’s a separate elevator to get up to the reception desk and the rooms from the street level.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels (wat niet altijd een evidentie is in Zuid-Korea). Het ontbijt is OK, maar naar plaatselijke normen wel duur. Ook het dagdagelijkse onderhoud van de kamer is best wel OK. Er ligt een metrostation vlakbij de toegangsdeur van het hotel die aansluit op 2 metrolijnen, je hoeft enkel de straat over te steken, en dat is toch wel een groot voordeel.
De vloervoegen (tussen wanden en opgaande tegels) in de badkamer zijn absoluut onhygiënisch (wellicht het gevolg van foutief gebruik door vroegere gasten). Het deurslot werkt niet altijd perfect (om te vermijden dat de deur open blijft bij vertrek moet je dit telkens checken). Wij vonden de lakens en handdoeken wat verouderd/versleten. De lift-synchronisatie zou beter kunnen, en de aankleding van de kamer en de gangen vinden wij wat minder geslaagd. Voor ons is dit maar nipt (of juist niet) een 4* hotel.

Airport Limousine 6015 hält 2 min entfernt vom Hotel an. (Fine Avenue) WOW-Pass Automat in der Lobby + einen Starbucks gleich beim Eingang. Viele Restaurants, Cafes und Bäckereien in der Umgebung. Myeongdong Einkaufsviertel 8-10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer war sauber.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026מלון מומלץ מבחינת מיקום קרוב ליציאה 12 של הרכבת התחתית- חוצים את הכביש מהכניסה ונכנסים לסאבווי.מאוד נוח שחוזרים מאוחר בערב אחרי יום טיול. מיקום במרחק 5 דקות הליכה לרחוב מיידונג אזור השוק שזה יתרון. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה עם הכנת ביצים לפי הזמנה ירקות: עגבניות שרי סוגי חסה , מלפפון וגמבה היו רק בסלט פסטה עם פסטו ולא בנפרד, נקניקים סלמון גבינות צהובות וגבינת שמנת בנוסף לאוכל המערבי אוכל קוריאני , מאפים מתוקים קפה שתייה קרה ופירות קורנפלקס. חדר שתי מיטות (היה וילון בצד של המקלחת כך שביקורות שציינו שזה פתוח כבר לא רלוונטי) מקלחת טוב עם זרם טוב, מיטות נוחות עם 2 כריות אחת רכה ואחת קשה כך שיכול להתאים לפי הנוחות . שירות החדרים היה טוב כל יום ניקו והביאו 2 בקבוקי מים , במסדרון יש מתקן מילוי מים אומנם לא קרים אך טעימים. בלילה מי שקם לשירותים האור במסדרון נפתח שזה לטעמי טוב בייחוד שחשוך. מקבלים נעלי בית חד פעמי ויש חלוק, יש גם פן , מה שהיה חסר זה מדפים בארון היה רק קולבי תלייה אבל היה מדף להנחת מזוודה אחת השנייה על הריצפה .
הכל היה טוב , היה חסר מראה מגדילה שבדרך כלל יש בחדר הרחצה וכאן לא היה , אבל היה פן.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walking distance from Myeong-dong, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep.
However, the towels were very old and definitely need replacing. My shower also had drain flies (moth flies), which was disappointing.
