Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Veldig fin leilighet. Behagelig seng, god sovesofa. Flott dusj. Lett å ta buss til og fra byen, og til Sørlandssenteret. Vi trivdes godt.
Trang plass på doen, mellom veggen og dusjkabinettet. Doen lagde ofte mye lyd etter nedskylling.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Das Apartment ist frisch renoviert, gut aufgeteilt und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! die Busverbindung ist sehr gut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist diese Unterkunft vielleicht nicht so geeignet, aber für Durchreisende und Menschen, die sich Kristiansand und die Umgebung anschauen möchten, gut geeignet.
Das Apartment ist sehr dunkel, da im Souterrain gelegen und mit hohen Bäumen davor. Es gab eine Sitzgruppe draußen, vor dem Apartment, die aber noch nicht nutzbar war, da der Außenbereich noch instand gesetzt werden muss.

Einrichtung teilweise noch ungebraucht (Backrohr nicht ausgeheizt, daher unbrauchbar) Kleinigkeiten fehlen noch (Ablage und Haken im Bad)

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsseltresor. Hübsch eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Umgebung.
Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Vor allen Dingen in der Küche war noch sehr viel Schmutz von den vorherigen Mietern.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Zlokalizowany w spokojnej dzielnicy apartament w części parterowej domu, czysty, dobrze wyposażony, przestronny, z możliwością posiedzenia na patio, blisko do Muzeum Morskiego zlokalizowanego na statku Hestmanden. Wokół magiczna okolica, w sam raz, by się zrelaksować. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, dobry kontakt.
Można by było dać nieco mocniejsze światło w salonie.

We are very happy with our stay (we are a family of four / with two young children). Having the opportunity to wash clothes was nice! Communication with the host has been great! Highly recommend! ☺️

Reviewed Sep 23, 2024This apartment really gives you very good value for money! It was all very well organized by the owners, and we had our own parking space and direct access to the apartment. The apartment had everything you expect and need to have a perfect holiday in Kristiansand in quiet and peaceful surroundings. The kitchen also had a dishwasher. And in the bathroom there was both a washing machine and dryer as well as a very nice shower! In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there was a cot that had its own space without compromising the floor space. The apartment has heating cables in the floors which make it cozy and warm. Right outside the front door there was also a cozy sitting area with a roof over it. We will definitely rent this apartment again if we have a holiday in Kristiansand on a later occasion. This apartment is highly recommended!

To enter the appartment you have to go down a small 'alley'; having had chirurgy on my knee not too long ago that was a bit tricky. Maybe that should have been described explicity. Three months ago I would not have been able to enter. But, for me now it was worth the effort.
