L'appartement est situé au calme dans un quartier résidentiel proche de Kristiansand. Le logement est récent, propre et très fonctionnel, la salle de bain est spacieuse, l'espace vie agréable, la chambre tout a fait correcte. Le parking est gratuit, dans la rue, le long du garage de la maison. Un supermarché est à proximité (5 minutes en voiture).

Dans l'ensemble, rien à dire. Un petit bémol tout de même car l'appartement est en sous-sol, avec assez peu de lumière du jour, fenêtre dans la porte d'entrée et petite fenêtre dans la chambre.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Moderne Einrichtung, Küche gut ausgestattet. Bus mit eng getakteter Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Wohnung war klein aber fein, sehr sauber. Es war alles da was man benötigte. Wir würden dort wieder wieder Gast sein. Sie war gemütlich warm.

Die Wohnung lag im Keller, und man konnte keine Fenster öffnen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig in einem netten Wohngebiet nahe Kristiansand. Mit dem Bus waren es 25min in die Stadt. Ansich war sonst alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden, sehr liebevoll und bedacht eingerichtet.

Das Bett war leider sehr hart und unbequem. Zudem war nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Sourterrain-Apartment handelt, sodass es kein Tageslicht gab.

The sleeping couch was very small for an adult.

It was a lovely and nice appartment. Everything was very clean and the host was friendly.

Unfortunately, the appartment was in a basement with only one window.

Quite new furniture and all you need in an apartment. The hosts were very kind. It is only a short walk to a relaxed spot at the coast.

The apartment is in the cellar, which means that there is not much daylight. Noises from the neighbouring apartment and from a water boiler or heating system can be quite loud, especially for light sleepers.

Very clean, stylish, exceptionally well organised little apartment. Good kitchen and bathroom. Good value for money.

Be warned it's a basement flat with no significant window. Absolutely fine for us using as overnight 'motel', but not so nice if you had a whole holiday here. Living room (with sofa bed) has no window, so a warm sleep unless you leave the door open before bedtime to cool the room down. (The actual bedroom has an opening window).

We arrived late and that was not a problem. The owners even prepared some snacks on the house, that was very sweet. The appartment was not big, but more than sufficient for us three.
