Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location of the apartment is phenomal, approach to the center is amazing, we found it quiet.
Some dishes were not fully cleaned, they were washed by a washing machine but whoever put them away didn’t see they were still dirty but that was a minor rinse by us to fix, maybe that in the neighbourhood is really full of dog poop

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La situación no estaba mal, a 15 minutos del centro de Stavanger . Nelly contestó rápido a mis mensajes cuando le pedimos un tendedero y sábanas que se habian olvidado. El piso era amplio.
En ningún sitio leí que fuera un sótano, la verdad es q nos sorprendió un poco al llegar.. Las camas muy incómodas , se hundían . La campana de la cocina estaba muy sucia, convendría limpiar a fondo. Faltaban utensilios.

Litt sparsomt utstyrt med glass og bestikk. Litt varierende sengecomfort med manglende overmadrass som gav dårlig søvn for noen av oss.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Als positiv kann man die Lage des Apartments bewerten. Wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist, ist der Weg in Richtung Stavanger eine gute Gelegenheit die Stadt besser kennenzulernen zudem kommt man an einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten unterwegs vorbei.
Ich kann nur dieses Apartment bewerten welches wir hatten und das befand sich im Keller oder auch Souterrain. Man holt sich den Eingangsschlüssel in einer Keybox an der Eingangstüre im oberen Stock. Leider ist der Schlüssel oder das Schloss schon etwas lädiert, sodass man nur mit enormen Druck in die Wohnung kommt. Leider stand im Geschirrspüler das Wasser vermutlich ist die Ablaufpumpe defekt, sodass für die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nur das Handspülen übrig blieb. Die Luft war beim Betreten der Wohnung kaum auszuhalten. Der Dunstabzug in der Küche hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Matratzen sind der Horror man versinkt mehrere cm und ein gemeinsames Schlafen in einem Bett ist kaum möglich, wenn sich der ein umdreht wacht der andere auf. Wie gut, dass es ein 2 Schlafzimmer gibt. Der TV-Gerät funktioniert nicht es sind keine Programme eingestellt und meiner Meinung nach fehlt ein Kabel. Das schlimmste ist, das viele Sachen wie das mit dem TV schon von anderen Vormietern angesprochen wurden, aber anscheinend ist es den Vermietern egal es hat sich bisher nichts geändert. Der WC Sitz ist extrem locker, sodass man aufpassen muss nicht von der Toilette zu rutschen. Man kann das Zimmer um 16 Uhr beziehen um 11 Uhr sollte man auschecken d.h. der Vermieter hat 5 Stunden Zeit sich die Wohnung anzusehen und Probleme zu beheben, passiert ist hier nichts. Sehr schade.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Ich war bereits im März im gleichen Haus aber in der oben Wohnung. Diesmal die Wohnung im Keller im Juni. Wenn die Vorhänge offen sind ist die Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen Ok.ich hatte ein Problem mit dem TV, das wurde umgehen beachtet.
nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen, ehr dass man die andere Wohnung im Haus kennt und daran vergleichen ist die im Keller etwas weniger, allerdings ist die oben extrem gut ausgestattet gewesen. daher kein echter Kritikpunkt

Reviewed May 12, 2026The apartment was not up to Booking standards. The amenities are household standard and the TV wasn’t available. No channels or cast available. The apartment is placed in the basement and had no atmosphere. The shower head was broken and was useless. Will never book this again

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The 3-room appartment is very spacious and clean. It comes with everything you need for an excellent holiday. There is parking space just in front of the building and the children appreciated the small playground around the corner. The owners are responsive via whatsapp. The appartment is located within walking distance from the Stavanger city-center in a quiet area. We would rent it again.
The dishwasher was replaced during our stay - and seemed to work when we left. There are some small points that could be improved. Mattrasses are not super confy - and one of them was actually up to be replaced. (We turned it around, which helped...)

We enjoyed a beautiful walk to Stavanger, which made the experience even more special. It’s also set in a quiet neighbourhood, so it felt really peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind! ✨

wenn man was bennen muss, ggf ne fehlende Steckerleiste also ne Verlängerung. aber ansonsten war es eine der besten Unterkünfte die ich in Stavanger hatte

Apartament położony w najniższej kondygnacji budynku, piwnicy,zapach przy wyjściu dziwny, kurz w korytarzu i na listwach przypodłogowych,w kuchni brak deski do krojenia i kapsułek do zmywarki ( my nie znaleźliśmy) , stolik pod telewizorem niebezpieczny, ręczniki zużyte.Gąbeczka w kuchni i "szroberek" do wymiany.

Det var i overkant varmt da vi kom dit, da gulvvarme nok var satt litt høyt. Men fikk regulert, så det ble bedre etterhvert. Savnet småting som ostehøvel og tv boks. Fikk kun castet You Tube og Netflix. For lengre opphold; trengs skap/skuffer til klær på sovetom 1. (var garderobestang) Men topp sted å bo!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Je recommande. Appartement spacieux, très propre et très bien situé à quelques enjambées du centre de Stavanger. On a même pu garer notre voiture sur le parking de la maison avant l'heure "officielle", ce qui nous a permis de visiter la ville.
Il n'y avait rien pour étendre la lessive. Il n'y avait pas de draps dans le lit.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Das Appartement war groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist groß, mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschtrockner ausgestattet. Die Küche war mit Kaffeemaschine, Teekocher, Mikrowelle und Toaster ausgestattet, das Geschirr und Besteck stark abgegriffen, aber es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Die Möbel des Wohn-und Essbereichs sind stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit schmalen Betten ausgestattet. Auf unseren Wunsch hin, wurden sofort Topper für die Matratzen gebracht. Ebenso ein zweites Handtuch für jeden.Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und dort war es bei Sonne sehr schön. Der Kontakt zu Nelly lief über WhatsApp und war sehr gut.
Das Appartement dürfte gerne wohnlicher gestaltet sein. Mit den leeren Schränke und Vitrinen im Wohnzimmer hat das Zimmer einfach keine wohnliche Atmosphäre und wirkt kühl. Couch und Stühle des Esstisches dürften erneuert werden, wobei die Durchreisenden für eine Nacht nicht wichtig sein wird, wohl aber uns, die wir 3 Nächte dort verbracht haben.
