Sunset Boutique Hotel Sahl Hasheesh

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are air-conditioned. Most needed amenities are available. There is a golf cart that travels to Piramisa but only at certain times.

The served food is minimal. We often got to the buffet with very little left to dish despite it being at the start of the serving time. It is necessary to go to Piramisa, the sister hotel, for a decent plate of food as well as other facilities like pools and beach access. The bathroom was filthy, especially the bath. We had to change rooms as the plugs and taps in the original room did not work.

Spacious room Very helpful staff in Sunset Great Kids Land in Pyramisa

- Extremely poisonous at Pyramisa. In 8 days our child got food poisoned 2 times and had diarrhea for 5 days. - Worst buffet ever in both Sunset and Pyramisa. EXACTLY the same food EVERY day with not even 1% difference. Almost got me issues eating cause you get tired of dry chicken and rice. - You are only allowed á la carte 1 time per week. You have to fight with the manager to get more than that. DO IT or you will for sure get sick. - Construction work all day - Slide not functional and playgrounds at Pyramisa is false marketing cause it belongs to V-resort. Nothing at all for kids except kids land. - Water is so cold in the pools so I didn't see one single person swim during our 8 days stay.

All

The need to put cereal in the breakfast

The staff were friendly except for the waiters asking for money all the time. The bed was very comfortable and clean and also the towels

The bathroom was impossible to shower in, the shower head was fixed and not adjustable, I am very tall and I could not stand up in the bathe to shower. I am also disabled and no lift so difficult climbing the stairs to my room

Staff was nice , cleaned my room on the daily basis. The hotel and pools was nice, and I enjoyed the spa and massage.

Sunset is very quite, as my stay was very special for me. And the access to Pyramisa was excellent. I will recommend to all my friends 🤗

I like everything

I had a pretty good experience! A solid 8.5 for me, this is why I rate 8 on this review and 9 on another. PROS - The room was big, modern, and pretty. The AC worked well too. - Attentive staff at Sunset Boutique. The receptionist Ziad always going above and beyond to help. - Lovely lobby with good Wi-Fi - You can choose between 2 hotels for your meals. - The Pyramisa isn’t too far away so you can choose to walk ~1km. - Use of all facilities at Pyramisa including pool, beach, and fitness classes.

CONS - No toiletries provided on arrival. I had to ask for some hand soap. - The shower often does alternate between hot and cold. - Another shuttle at 11pm would be perfect. - It was very unfortunate but I had the worst stomachache in my 6 months of travel after eating dinner 1 night at the Pyramisa Hotel. This really put a damper on my 2nd day. Maybe it was a random coincidence, but not pleasant.

Everything is good especially in pyramisa hotel the food the sea .. cheated pool everything was good

No available aqua park in pyramisa only on v hotel and restricted for sunset and pyramisa to use it

All staff are so very friendly ! everywhere is super clean - fantastic cleaning manager who asked us everyday if everything was OK and if we need anything .

no alcohol served at the bar

Sunset Pearl is a cosy small and quit hotel with good standard. Rooms are huge and beautiful. Food was Egyptian national, very delicious. I liked that when I wanted more action I could go to Pyramisa and when I wanted to relax I could go to Sunset. Shuttle was always on time, sometimes I took a walk between hotels, it's a managable distance. Staff at both Sunset & Pyramisa was very kind, serviceminded and helpful. Pyramisa had always a great choice of food, entertainment all day round, great beach with beutiful corals and fishes just in front of the hotel. Pyramisas staff rocked Sahl Hasheesh! Great music, lots of activities, I loved their yoga passes and wather training. There were dance and song concerts all the time. I really had a geat time at both hotels! Thank you so much!!!

Guests booking sunbeds with towel / empty plastic bag early in the morning and arriving to the beach at 11 a.m. due to this it was difficult to get a sunbed on the beach. Pyramisa should come up with some rules about it.

Staff Ziad, Omer and Ali were all great fun Great facilities at pyramisa

The best thing about this hôtel is the whole team. Absolutely no trouble asking for anything! Always greeted with warm smiles . Everywhere spotlessly clean , very comfy beds and pillows . Thank you to Ahmed & all the staff & cleaning staff. Also thanks to the little shuttle bus who took us to & fro to the Pyramisa hôtel to use / eat at their facilities. Super swimming pool and spa to the side of the hôtel which is quiet and very clean , again lovely kind staff that work there too.

At the Sunset Pearl unfortunately non alcohol bar !! Boooo LOL however we were very happy to be served juices, Schweppes and lovely Coffee. Shame the last shuttle bus is at 10pm - so we missed alot of the nightly entertainment. ( however we didnt miss out much from the animation team as they seem to spend more time with their phones ! LOL ) Also the flies are bloody annoying so we recommend you buy a can of OFF insect repellent from the local pharmacie

Quiet room and pyramisa services

The Pysramisa hotel was crowded, it is difficult to find a place on the beach ,no enough seats on beach

Everything is ok .. all team are handsome especially mr ali "cleaning manager" .. i think this journey will be repeated again 🌹

Nothing

Weather Servicing was very good Quite I enjoyed it

Wireless in the rooms was very poor

Lobby area , front of hotel clean and modern

Poor food selection and times food and drink were available! Staff didn’t understand basic English so couldn’t communicate. Not the hotel in the pictures on its website - they are if it’s sister hotel Pyramisa which is either a 10 minute walk or shuttle ride away. Under the bed was filthy - not cleaned before arrival or during our stay. Shower was warm at best and sink tap wasn’t fixed to sink !

The hotel was good, our room was massive and everything was working fine. The hotel shares the facilities with the Pyramisa hotel - there's a shuttle bus that takes 3 min and runs every 45', but it is also a short walking distance (we mostly walked). The facilities in Pyramise were great, lots of food options at the main restaurant, the beach, pool bar, etc. We only stayed there one night but it was excellent.

The hotel was not the easiest to find as the name at the front is "Sunset Pearl" but the name in the booking is Sunset Boutique.

Facilities at Pyramisa complex. Staff are extreamly friendly and polite

Part of hotel its located not by the beach and pool. Shutle buses are available, it can be walk but if u on holiday u would like to have all by your side :)

Best place value for money ever in hurghada. Special thanks to mr Ziad and mr Ali.

The staff was very friendly good food an very comfortable rooms

Every thing was good

I paid for average but got the premium!, everything here was way over our expectations, the sister hotel “pyramisa” is the whole package, the staff in sun set are very friendly and welcoming, i hope they see my review - we’re the big family that came from booking- wink wink 😉, rooms are very clean, there is a wide variety of food you won’t even be able to try them all I hope to get to repeat the same experience again ,10/10

🥰🥰🥰

You get way more than what you paid for. Staff are respectful, rooms are clean with a partial sea view which was surprising as they only mention its mountain view. Facilities for the sister hotel are amazing, golf car is always on time.

they take my money and didn't stay one houres.

Staff and food

Distance from the sea and pools, poor view, very crowded beach, no elevator, old hotel building, no telephone in the room

Helpful staff

No elevator, no WiFi in rooms, limited TV channels

Every thing was 100% perfect special the transport from sunset to Paramisa the food was outstanding more variety .

The rooms ( three rooms ) travel in group wasn’t clean .

great place

I would like to personally thank Mr Ahmed Mansour and Mr Ziad Mohamed in the reception of Sunset for their professionalism and friendliness. They have made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you very much

N/a

Yes , the staff was so friendly, the service was Soo good , I liked it , & will come back again

Only the distance to take a golf car to the beach

Friendly staff ( in sunset) , good facilities, comfortable , recommended.

No elevator , no wifi in rooms , bathrooms need renovation.

Everything was amazing

I just didn’t like That there is no elevator at the hotel

The 5-star Pyramisa hotel is great where you will be enjoying your all-inclusive stay. The food, pool, aqua and the beach are great.

Staying at Sunset and moving to Pyramisa more than 3 times a day by a shuttle is frustrating specially when you have a family. But overall we enjoyed our trip.

Very tough stuff & unprofessional at all

Very bad

*Good staff and they are Helpful and so polit

*The hotel is just building . No facilities available no swimming pool no beach just small open buffet *U should go the prymisa Hotel (4 : 5 minutes by golf car ) to use swimming pool and enter the beach * Almost of the pictures of the Hotel belongs to prymisa Hotel not sunset Hotel * I don't recommend to stay in this hotel . But if want to save more money, u can stay in sunset for sleeping and use the facilities of pyramisa hotel * No elevator in sunset hotel, so I wasn't recommended for old people . * the description of the Hotel should be changed in booking announcement and show that there are no facilities in sunset Hotel and they have a partnership agreement with prymisa Hotel.

The staff at the restaurant only was helpful and nice they doing there work with love

There is no internet inside the room the TV was not working and only 7 Chanels the shuttle bus always delaye and you have always to wait the day before check out there was no water more than 6 hours calling reception to ask when it will back to work his reply was really disappointed it not from our side we can not do anything if you have any problem you can go ahead and share it on booking.com and when i asked for late check out atleast for 2 pm they refused but fair to him zeyad from housekeeping was very helpful but overall it was very bad experience and not recommended this hotel for anyone

Very friendly staff. Having access to Pyramisa was very important because the facilities there were premium.

Having to go upstairs for two long floors carrying babies was really hard. They should have elevators.

No elevator

the kindest staff, everyone is so welcoming, they make you feel at home

⛱️ & pool & restaurant

Wifi

Nice staff, good communication, tasty food and scenic location and good pools

Water went off for a few hours during our stay but was sorted out, entertainment staff were a bit much sometimes

Price , dayuse at pyramisa sahl hashesh

No elevator , no activities at all at the hotel , you have to go to pyramisa sahl hashesh So next time i will book at pyramisa sahl hashesh

2 person I recommend to do not deal with them first security manager He is a dismissed officer from service, Rude, bad behaviour and liar. still dealing with guests and his team as the office always gives orders and we must obey him Really he he offensive to the hotel Second guest relation She is useless, not take any action when giving complain. Only Apologies

So nice and lovely place . Staff are so respect and helpful special zeyad and Mr Ahmed .organized and clean place I hope I would go many times later
