⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely wonderful experience We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled so professionally, warmly and attentively. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A very special thank-you goes to Fikret. He was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning and accompanied us throughout our stay with so much kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. He was always available when we needed something, made sure everything was going smoothly and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. His warm and welcoming personality really made a difference and made our holiday even more special. It is rare to meet someone who puts so much effort into making guests feel truly welcomed and cared for. Fikret definitely deserves special recognition for that. We had a beautiful time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Städningen var jättebra, städerskan Fatma var snabb och städade fint. Så bra service

När jag skulle checka in sa dem att min bokningen var avbokat. Tog 1 timme att övertyga hotellet, fick visa underlag till hotellet. Sämsta läget. Hotell personalen var så otrevliga. Väktarna vid residensen var alltid så glada.

The iranian girl (red hair) acting as Meal Supervisor was highly supportive and pro-active.

The breakfast is not în line with a 5* hotel. The TV cable is not functional during all day long, starting with 8 a.m. until 8 p. m., only a few channels are functioning, w/o any importance. The rooms cleaning procedure is inappropriate with a 5* stars hotel. The furniture is obsolete and damaged and the bath products insuficient.

A cozinha no caso não está de acordo, não haviam talheres, panelas , xicara, nem sequer um detergente para louça, nenhum pano de prato, não havia toalhas de banho quando chegamos, ficou muito a desejar, não nos responderam pelo chat.

Am avut mici probleme cu aerul condiționat,dacă îl foloseam ,cel din dormitor curgea apa pe jos din el dar nu a fost ceva atât de deranjant,l-am închis și nu l-am mai folosit.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front office agents Nehir and Emre, they improved the stay at the hotel substantially. The cleaning lady was also a plus, she checked everyday if I needed anything and even brought me water daily which was very adorable. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking. The facilities were plentiful and diverse, I especially enjoyed the restaurants and the barber at the location. Another great plus is the presence of a metro station right next to the hotel.

Just the location, the traffic was a bit problematic if you went by car, but like I mentioned, the metro station outside was of great help.

Super komfortabel. Einfacher Check-in und super Kundenservice. Auf Anfragen und bitten ist man sehr schnell eingegangen!

Die Zimmer wurden alle zwei Tage gereinigt, was kein Problem ist, aber die Reinigung war nicht gründlich genug. Ein Mal hat man auch vergessen mit die Handtücher nach der Reinigung wieder bereitzustellen. Die Töpfe / Pfannen waren nicht mehr sehr sauber, diese könnte man langsam alle wirklich ersetzen. Das Zimmer hatte einen leichten Nachgestank von Zigaretten.

The facilities were of good standards, the apartment was spacious. The outdoor and indoor swimming pool were clean and offered a welcome relaxation. In the morning we could enjoy a nice breakfast buffet. We really appreciated Nilay as our warm and friendly host.

A bit more flexibility about bringing some food to the pool area would be a good improvement, especially for families with children.

Rooms were mouldy, broken window handles, leaking water in bathroom wall, safe didn’t work, door jams on room entrance falling down, house keeping never cleaned room in a week, hotel staff extremely rude, and house keeper let complete strangers into our room while I was in my underwear.

The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the room was really nice. The staff were also helpful when I raised the cleaning issue and offered us a complimentary breakfast to make up for it

The cleaning service was the biggest disappointment. During the first three days of our five-day stay, our room wasn’t cleaned or even cleared of garbage, despite leaving the lights on and reminding reception. The apartment also had very limited amenities for a two bedroom apartment, only a couple of cups, one spoon, one teaspoon, and one pan. Some of the furniture also felt old, and the apartment didn’t look quite as fresh as it did in the pictures. We also requested a late check-out, but only found out on the day of departure that it wasn’t possible, despite having been told it would be confirmed closer to the date

اعجبني طاقم الاستقبال جدا طبيين والمكان كان جيدا ومتوفر الغسالة والموقد والفرن والثلاجة المطبخ كان ممتاز وجميل والشقة كانت كبيرة

الشقة تنقصها بعض مستلزمات الأساسية بالمطبخ مثل الغلاية والقدور وايضا عدم وجود منشر لنشر الملابس ولا طاولة الكي ولا مكواة ولا شطاف وَكان الصرف الصحي بالحمام كان خربان ولكن تم إصلاحه

فطور كان جيد و الموقع جيد بعيد عن الازدحام .

صور الاثاث لم تعكس الصورة الحقيقية الموجودة في موقع بوكنج المكان كان نظيف وقت الاستلام الانارة كانت ضعيفة جدا نور البلكونه طافي لا يعمل الفوط نظيفة بس قديمة النظافة لا يهتم المكان بأخذ القمامة من امام باب الشقة تجلس يوم او يومان امام الباب مع اني تواصلت مع مكتب الاستقبال اكثر من مره .

نبدا من الاستقبال عندما رانا المسؤول امرئتين وطفلين بدا يعطي تعبير بالتضايق وانه غير مرحب بنا ويتافف من الطفل الصغير وطلبت منه مسادة طلبمني الذهاب للمول باسلوب كاني اتسول منه . دخلت الشقه لقيت المسبح مسدود والماء ارتجع علينا . لا توجد غلايه . التنظيف ليس ضروري بالنسبه لهم . اسرتهم قديمه جدا ومقرفه . خربت الماء الساخن بالحمام ولم يتم اصلاحهه الا بعد ليله كامله من المعاناه لن اسكن مره اخرى فيه لان حتى الموظفين فضين وقليلن ذوق مع النزلاء

J’ai marché pied nue dans l’appartement , mes pieds sont devenus noir … Le personnel ne sait pas sourire ou dire bonjour .. le petit déjeuner est basic.

Die Lage war direkt an der Metro Station. Die Wohnung war gross und gut möbliert. Schwimmbad war gut zugänglich und sauber. Frühstück war gute Auswahl.

Das wir kein Zimmer mit Klima hatten, wir hätten das günstigste Angebot genommen ( ich gehe davon aus das man ein Klima hat), bei den Temperaturen sehr anstrengend. Alo beim buchen drauf achten. Hygiene ist viel Luft noch oben, das war schon enttäuscht. Matratzen von den Zustellbetten, war echt nixht gut. Handtücher zu knapp.

Frühstück war gut, sehr freundliche Rezeption auch bei Spätanreise, Apartment ist super, Mit Auto und Fahrstuhl, schöner Ausblick und gutes Restaurant und kleiner Supermarkt vor der Tür.

Kennzeichnung der richtigen Garage und das Finden der Rezeption waren trickreich. Eine bessere Kennzeichnung wäre gut. Nur ein Wein- und Wasserglas ist etwas wenig für Getränke. Schön wäre das Reinigen der ansonsten tollen Panoramafenster, Das Sofa ist schon sehr alt (und damit durchgesessen).

Klima yok. Koltuk cok eski cek yat seklinde degil. Dus cok bozuk her tarafa su akiyiyor akinti yeri bozuk

2 zwembaden binnen en buiten echt fijn. En niet druk! Ontbijt was super goed. Echt vriendelijke mensen. Doen veel moeite om u tevreden te stellen. We konden alles vragen als we ergens zin in hadden.

De view en appartement zelf. Ruim en comfortabel.

Personeel is heel high class en denkt niet met je mee als klant. Ze praten heel robotisch en willen je zo snel mogelijk weg hebben. Gelukkig heb je alleen bij het inchecken hen nodig en verder niet. Nadat je je kaart hebt krijg je toegang tot je appartement en heb je niet veel met heb te maken. De tweede dag terwijl ik sliep kwam de schoonmaker zomaar binnen zonder enige sein. Dit vond ik heel onprofessioneel

Bedding needs improvement, and curtains on windows as sheer curtains make it hot when the sun is in the west. Internet needs to improve but it was good.

It is a very nice modern style building with nice and clean entrance in a good location a bit a way from the center and crowded area and that is what I wanted. Lots of shops and malls near by. Has underground car parking area. The apartment is big area

I had apartment 306 at 21 floor. Unfortunately it is not well maintained. The main door of the apartment is hanging and difficult to close. The bathroom and the shower are small. No rack or shelves to put shampoo and conditioner (just put them on the floor). Unfortunately the apartment cleaning is every 3 day which is not mentioned on Booking.com. I had to request the cleaning and towels and water and tea coffee every day and the service is not satisfactory. The Aircon was not working properly and had to call many times to fix it. One day before the checkout the management moved me to appointment 352 which had a better Aircon but same condition of the shower and bathroom door.

The owners do not realise that smart TV is an essential for guests . The place has very old basic TV with Turkish Satellite channels only. I use smart TV for my work, I couldn’t do any work , moved to another place with smart tv and didn’t renew the rest of my stay with them. For such cost per night in that area you expect an iron and an iron board . The place is an apartment with kitchen , there was hardly and cutlery or utensils.

Det som överraskade oss att managern har ringt oss två gånger och träffat oss och sagt om att vi behöver något, mycket uppskattat. Hjälpsamma personal. Fin lägenhet och rimlig storlek. Läget är bra och poolen är ren. Bra frukost.

Genel olarak iyiydi ama önceki senelere göre daha kötü oldunu düşünüyorum

Dört kişilik oda almıştık defalarca arayıp söylememize ragmen odada iki kişilik yatak vardı.cocugumuz yerde yatmak zorunda kaldı. 😡 Ertesi gün müdüre hanım ilgilendi ama oda pek yardımcı olamadı. Nazik telkinlerinden dolayı kendisine teşekkür ederim.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, tamamen bir hayal kırıklığı!

Kaldığım otel maalesef çok eskiydi; özellikle yataklar ve çarşaflar fazlasıyla yıpranmış ve bakımsızdı. Ancak asıl büyük mağduriyeti otelin sistemleri ve kuralları yüzünden yaşadım. Normalde otellerde çıkış (check-out) saati 12:00 olması gerekirken, burada sabah tam 10:00'da oda kartlarını aniden kullanıma kapattılar. ​Arabanızın yanına, bodrum kata inmek istediğinizde inemiyorsunuz. Herhangi bir sebeple odadan dışarı adımınızı attığınız an kartınız iptal edildiği için kendi odanıza tekrar giremiyorsunuz. Sürekli bir kilitli kalma ve mağduriyet durumu var. Müşteriyi bu kadar zora sokan bir işletme anlayışı olamaz. Kesinlikle hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum, uzak durun.

Very dirty apartment, insects everywhere, bed mattresss very poor and full of stains, dust and hair everywhere, the bathroom shower blocked and every time water spill out all over the bathroom, towels and bed sheets smells bad like not washed before or no washing soaps used, drying racks for clothes broken and very bad quality even when we asked to change still they bring broken one again!!! Concierge not available most of the time and we have to carry all our stuff alone no one to help or they don’t care at all , customer services very weak near to seldom ! Never ever experienced this stay We feel that we paid our money for nothing

Metro letterlijk naast het hotel. Personeel super aardig en stond gelijk voor je klaar. Als je iets nodig had of je kwam Iets tekort in je kamer werd dit gelijk binnen 5 min opgepakt. Buiten zwembad was schoon en rustig. Wasmachine was ideaal.

All was awful and super bad Building was too old almost all facilities were broken No cleaning service No any cleaning things to clean yourself Staff were so annoyed except Hashem Bey Breakfast was not the they put on Ads, they changed us per person per day 15 euro but the breakfast worth not more than 5 euro. The restaurant had no any airco, staff were so rude and tried to make guests as crazy as possible. Checkout was at 12 but they blocked the cards from 11 even asked for it and they just pretended to release the cards but they didn't Main Resturant was so expensive, one burger around 2000 lira Generally was one of my worst book

Alles!!! 26. Etage tolles Apartment, komfortabel , wunderschöne Aussicht und Ausstattung, inkl. Balkon. Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Fitnesscenter, Spa ( im g Hotel nutzbar) und Innen-u. Aussenpool vorhanden. Alles sauber. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. In der Nähe gab es kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Migros, Apotheke, Starbucks und Esspresso Café.

Die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet. Es wurde wieder gut gemacht, dadurch das sofort durch die Reception notwendiges besorgt wurde.

Мы сменили 4 гостиницы, путешествуя по турции и это были худшие апартаменты. При заселении с букинга сначала не могли найти нашу бронь. У нас были куплены апартаменты на 4 человек. Потом менеджер нашел и все началось красиво: мужчина помог припарковать авто, помог отнести вещи. Нам показали номер: старый, с пятнами на мебели и стенах, дыркой в полу у входа в туалет. Но самое страшное не это, а то что на 4х человек 3 спальных места. Софа в гостиной маленькая и не раскладывается. Комплекта постельного тоже нет. Я стала звонить на ресепшен, но дозвониться было невозможно. Спустилась и рассказала ситуацию, менеджер развел руками «не могу ничего сделать». Я спросила, а где спать. Он опять развел руками. Я попросила для софы комплект постельного, ушла в номер. Минут через 20 принесли одну простынь. Я звоню, трубку не берут. Пошла 2 раз. В месте для курения нашла менеджера. Поругалась. Принесли комплект постельного. Ребёнок спал с подогнутыми ногами. Я написала в букинг. Попросила отменить бронь и вернуть деньги. На утро с ресепшена позвонили, увидев мой запрос, предложили доп кровать. Я попросила менять номер. Нас переселили. 4 спальных места, но чище там не было. Фото прилагаю и это лишь малая часть. Завтрак ужас. Очень специфический набор. 2 утра ели яйца и овощи. Порадовал только кофе, он оказался нормальный. И еще «вишенка на торте», бронировала апарты с бассейном, чтобы дети купались. Детей не пустили в бассейн, тк им 9 лет, а можно только с 12. И предложили искупаться тут (смотрите фото). Не рекомендую однозначно! Я в шоке, как я так умудрилась поверить красивым фото на букинг.

The place is good and worth the price the staff are nice and helpful.

The housekeeping service was not good this time. They barely clean they just change the towels and bedding and leave. Many times we came back to our apartment to find out that they didn’t clean the floor and they mix clean plates that we washed with dirty ones inside the dishwasher.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit allem. Wir hatten eine große Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einmal war das warme Wasser weg, wir haben Bescheid gegeben und sie hat es sofort erledigt. Also, ich kann es nur empfehlen. Die Metro ist auch sehr nah. Danke für alles, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Pentru o familie cu 2 copii apartamentul junior nu este incapator, a trebuit sa fac upgrade la executive Parte din complex a trecut spre inchiriere astfel se vede lipsa de renovare si spatii parasite si neingrijite.

We took the 2 bedroom as we traveled with our 8 and 4 year old, so the size was great. Perfect outdoor pool and we had access to the indoor facilities as well(pool, gym etc). There are resturants, a pharmacy and a general shop for day to day things on the ground floor, and what was great is the access to the metro system which connects you to train and bus routes, super convenient. There is a McDonalds and Burger King, only a 5 minute walk.

The Satelite TV had no English channels, or atleast I could not find them amongst the 1000 channels available, most of them do not work. This made it difficult keep the kids entertained and to end the night off with a movie before bed, so we ended up watching something on a cellphone. I would suggest to bring a laptop along or TV stick with Netflix, unless English channels are added. It would have been great if the coach was a sleeper coach, but we made do with day bed style of the coach. The outdoor pool closes at 6pm, which is very early considering that the sun only sets around 8pm in Istanbul in June and most days we only got back to the hotel after.

Бяхме настанени на последния етаж 28ми с дете на 2г,не е нормално..Стаята беше адски амортизирана,липсващи части от пода (потресаващо за мен).В банята водата излиза извън душ кабината,има нужда от ремонт.Дивана целия в петна..Не е комфортно.В ресторанта диваните и столовете са с доста петна замърсени...Определено не е 5 звезди дори и 4 не е .Не бих се върнала и не бих го и препоръчала.

كانت الغرفة بدون تكييف وبدون هاتف ولا يوجد ميكرويف كما ان مكان تركيب الكرت ليعمل الكهرباء لم يكن موجود مما استدعى احضار فني الكهرباء ليشعل النور عموماً الصور المعروضة في التطبيق تختلف تماما عن الواقع فلا يوجد اكسسوارات ولا ذي يوجد فرشات على الأرضيات والكنب والملايات مختلفة

هذه المره الثانيه اسكن فيه، بس يحتاج لك سياره، فيه مواقف والموظفين محترمين جدا وفاهمين، النظافه ممتازه جدا والغرف مرتبه وحديثه وفيه مواقف كبيره تبعهم للسيارات يعني بدون رسوم للمواقف - كل شي ممتاز واشكر كل الموظفين
