Brand new Arctic snowstar apartment

Location - close to airport and tourist attractions but far away enough to be quiet and private

Spacious,well equipped, clean, comfortable house. Short Uber rides to main activities. The kids, old & young, loved the sledging out back. Owner was extremely accommodating in allowing early access to drop off bags & late check out/bag storage following flight delay.

Everything was perfect. Just met us at the property and showed us round. Lovely property that had everything we needed.

Everything! Stunning house, warm, comfortable, has everything you need. Lovely garden with a hill for sledding! Kids in their element. Kirsi was brillant, answered all questions before stay and during! Giving advice on surrounding areas, things to do etc.

Absolutely beautiful property, equipped with everything to make our stay the best it could be. Especially loved the sauna and the slope in the garden was a wonderful bonus. We spent many an hour over our 6 days stay, sledging in the garden. It was wonderful!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Absolutely loved it. Great location.

The location of the house was really close to everything, 6 min drive to Santa Clause Village. 10 min drive from the best spot to see the Auroras.

Väga hubane majutusasutus, võõrustajad olid vastutulelikud ja toredad. Mõeldud oli ka laste peale, hoovis kelgud ja väike mägi ning toas ka veidi mänguasju lastele. Asukoht hea, lühike autosõit nii kesklinna kui Jõuluvana külla. Majas olemas kõik mugavused ning eluks vajalik.

The host was exceptionally helpful!!! She made sure everything was sorted and she kept on checking in to be sure we were fine.

La casa todo un acierto, estaba genial, muy buena distribución y acondicionada con todo lo necesario, además tenía un patio con una rampa donde los niños podían jugar con los trineos. Había un super cerca, al que se podía ir andando. Del centro a 10-15 min en coche. La casera muy atenta.

Very new and clean and the owner was very helpful.

The host met us at the accommodation late at night due to our flight time and showed us around the accommodation. There was a welcome pack which had information in if needed. The accommodation was immaculately clean! It had plenty of cutlery, pots, pans etc, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, dishwasher. Even had washing powder to wash clothes if needed and tin foil, salt etc. Everything we needed was there! I have 2 young boys who loved using the 2 sledges provided to sledge in the back garden and it was lovely to not have to keep going outside with them we could safely see them from inside the accommodation. The accommodation is in a lovely quiet area. There is a shop which sold everything we needed which is a 5 minute walk. We got a taxi to Santa Claus Village for 17 euro and around 20 euro to get into Rovaniemi city. I would 100 percent book this accommodation again and couldn't recommend the accommodation highly enough!

Maison superbe, très bien équipée, très agréable à vivre. Le quartier est paisible, proche de l arrêt de bus, du village de Santa. Vraiment très très bien.

The apartment is wonderful. 3 spacious bedrooms and one big living room+ kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave. Two bathrooms with washer and dryer and sauna. Every room had her own temperature setting that you could adjust to your liking. Secluded and in the middle of nature. A market at short walk.

It's a little far for the city and with only one bus running nearby that comes once every 45min you are really dependent on a car/taxi especially with small children.

Amazing place in a great location, close to everything we wanted, close to airport & Santa Claus village, the house is immaculate with every amenity needed even extras such as toys for young children, the sauna is unreal after a cold day in the snow, and are host even picked us up from the airport thanks kirsi looking forward to staying again in the future

Very nice and clean apartment. The winter view through the big windows was amazing. It was well heated and everything looked modern and new.

The hot water run off after only two people having a shower. We were five people in a three bedroom apartment. The host said we should wait for the boiler to heat the water again but after 3 hours the water was still ice cold. This is not ok to have such a small boiler in a big apartment.

The house was brilliant for our family of 7. It is spacious and the location is brilliant with all attractions within a 15 minutes drive. The backyard is spacious and is suitable also for young kids. They can build snowman’s, snow caves and the little hill is great for sledding. It is also quite dark and we have had the opportunity to watch the northern lights from our terrace.

Beautiful apartment that had everything we needed, plenty of space and walking distance to the bus stop. Short bus ride to SVC and city centre. Hosts are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Even offered a pick up and drop off service when we needed it.

Cannot complain at all

Very new and nice house, kitchen is fully equipped, sauna, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, smart TV, as well as nice backyard and at least 2 parking lots are in front of the house. The host is super helpful and friendly….Definitely will recommend to anyone who is coming to Rovaniemi, very close to Santa Claus Village, as well as Rovaniemi Airport

Alle comfort was aanwezig, heerlijke sauna, vloerverwarming, geweldige bedden.

Misschien nog 1 kookpot en/of pan extra. Het was soms wat puzzelen.

Everything was perfect !

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful apartment. It was all very clean. The communication with the landlord was very pleasant. If we go to Rovaniemi again, we would definitely book the same apartment again.

The hosts were AMAZING! They picked us up from the airport and explained everything we needed to know about the house and area. The house is located minutes from everything we needed and is stocked with every amenity listed and more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LISTING.

The apartment was wonderful. I highly recommend it. It is newly built, well equipped, and everything was super clean. Kirsi is a wonderful host. She was very helpful during our stay. She offered extra services by collecting us from the airport and taking us to see the northern lights. She charged less for this than the traditional service providers. It was nice to meet the host and get help, information, and services from her. This apartment is more beautiful than the photos suggest. Could not recommend it more highly!!
