Super late check in but owner compensate with late check out at 12pm Owner should provide info on pool - level 7, swimming slots, how to enter (have to scan qr before enter) Pool is huge but there are areas that is off limits due to broken tiles, there is an incident where a guest was injured

Very poor management and attitude of the staffs are unprofessionals. Did not give clear instructions despite knowing apartment management can be very complicated. Need assistance and they replied with laughing emoji, very rude. Also deposit very high even though the unit’s facilities are just bare minimum. Late deposit returned. The list goes more and more.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2024The accommodation here is comfortable but the conditions that are set ny the owner are too many and not appropriate. This accommodation is not recommended for those who come with families and with small children.
So many rules set by the owner. 1. I had to pay RM200 for deposit before being given the apartment key. (we came to Melaka to travel with family and needed to spend money but were forced to pay a deposit and the deposit will be returned late in the evening after check out) 2. Check in late only at 3 pm while check-out time is at 11 am. If check-out late penalty of Rm100 per hour. (Charge from deposit) 3. My request to check in early or check out a little late was not accepted. 4. Thwre is a charged rm35 for the cleaning of this apartment in the receipt but in the conditions stated if the apartment is not clean a charge of rm100 will be deducted from the deposit

I think maybe only the swimming pool area i’m not too interested due to the foreigner security looks a quite rude and arrogant when talk to the customer even in first talk. This kind attitude can give bad impression to the guest, really . Please tell to the managament to send these foreigner security for training skill in PR (Public Relation) to make improvement in skill communication.

please look at check out time again. maybe too early at 11.00am. weekends are usually the days to wake up late around 10.00am. but you have to wake up early in a hurry to check out. 6 of us to use 1 bathroom. The proposal is to return the check-out time to 12.00pm. contacted the agent asking to check out at 11.30am, but was still charged for late check out. I agree to check out at 11.00am. take my statement in not to criticize, but for improvement. Thank you.

Cleanliness is very bad 1. There’s a lot of cockroaches coming out especially from the sofa bed. (Killed 10++ cockroaches 🤮)We have no choice to all sleep in the room. 2. One of the bedstead is broken, we no dare to have two person to sleep together on the queen size bed. 3. The cooking pot has a lot of poop inside. So disgusting! (i believe is rat’s poop)🤢 4. The bed sheet is not clean as our body is itchy after one night. * based on booking.com, we rented for unit D2601 but we are given D2206 to stay, but the furniture all is same as the picture given.
