Lack of decent English speaking staff. Communication was bad. No decent accessible WiFi so I couldn't send messages and emails home to Australia. It was expensive for the type of Hotel I wanted.

لا يوجد مكواة خاصة والثلاجة لاتبرد جيداً ولكن وضعوا لنا المبردات عندهم في الاستقبال لايوجد شطاف

Очень темный отель, окон не видела почти, в номере тоже, очень тесный номер, наверно на 1 человека максимум.

Странное решение с почти прозрачной стенкой в туалет — можно видеть чем занимается в этом пространстве твой партнер по номеру. Только для очень близких пар :) Вай фай на одном айфоне работал, а на другом нет.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025طاقم العمل ودود وتعامله جيد موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من شارع العرب الفندق نظيف جدا والأسرة مريحة ويوجد نوعين من المخدات الغرفة نوعا ما صغيرة ولكن المساحة كافية يوجد كنب وطاولة صغيرة يوجد في الثلاجة دايت كولا ومياه غازية ومياه عادية مجانية يتوفر ماء عادي عند الأستقبال مجانا يوجد بوفيه مفتوح للفطور ولكن الأصناف محدودة ويحتاج السؤال عن الأكلات الحلال يتم تنظيف وترتيب الغرفة يوميا والطاقم أمين لم نفقد شيئا طول فترة الأقامة أسفل الفندق توجد مطاعم عالمية وتوجد بقالات قريبة ومحل فواكه يستحق إعادة السكن فيه
الثلاجة في الغرفة لا تبرد بشكل جيد

The stuff can’t speak or understand any English word you have to waste your time translating the simplest thing There was a guy there named max one day i asked him for coffee and he told me it’s not for free and after that i new the coffee , tea and water are for free he just wanted me to pay and he will take the money for himself Also this hotel is hiring young stuff that don’t understand any thing about hospitality just to save money At last this hotel is not suitable for arabs
