Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The location of the apartment is excellent. Very close to Little High and SQ. Easy walking to anywhere in central city. Supermarket close by. The apartment was warm and well appointed and generally quiet. The outside area was very nice to sit in but at this time of year, it lost sun quite early in afternoon.
As mentioned in many reviews, the sofa is very hard and needed some extra pillows. The beds are quite low so people with knee issues may find this, coupled with the stairs a bit of an issue. I didn't mind the hardness of the bed but some people may find it uncomfortable. The listing said it came with a coffee machine. All we could find was a plunger, and we needed to go and buy a can opener.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025The house is located in a central area of the city, with a small garden and lots of sunlight. Everything is new and extremely clean. Beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet, so it is possible to truly rest. The house has first and second floor, with one room and toilet in each floor. The rooms are quite big, as well the bathrooms. Kitchen is very well equiped, and there is a good supermarket under 10 minutes walking. I recommend this house!
There is nothing that I did not like. Everything was clean, new and the house is well equiped to cook and do the necessary laundry. One remark: some more clothes pegs would be useful, especially in windy days.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025We got upgraded and ended up staying at another location in Peterborough St rather than by the little high. So my rating is for that location as I haven’t stayed at the planned one due to the upgrade.
The new place was perfect, good location and great facilities. Originally I was disappointed as we’d planned to eat at Little High but once we saw the property we were happy with the upgrade.

Not having parking at the property or near the property was tricky as the house is located away from most attractions so we either needed to walk significant distances or catch taxis/ Ubers everywhere.

We would have liked two sheets for the sofa bed instead of one as the quilt covers for this were not removable (for washing) as is normally the case when you use one sheet on a bed. Parking was a bit annoying at times as we had to park a few minutes walk away at times due to no close parks.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2024Extremely clean and has complete working amenities. For someone that is fussy with toilets, I have no issues at all, it was immaculate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Also, it’s just walking distance from the town centre and shops.
The bed were a bit uncomfortable, there was only one mattress topper, would be great if there was another one for the other bed. Thanks
