Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Absolutely nothing. It was a complete waste of money. Poor Parking Management: I was given a designated parking spot, but someone else parked there. I informed management, and they took zero action to resolve it. Unprofessional Deposit Handling: They refused to return my deposit immediately upon check-out, claiming it had to be "forwarded to finance." They are quick to take your money but lack any professional service when it is time to return it. Exorbitant Fees: The pricing is terrible, including a completely unreasonable RM 85 charge just for cleaning. Missing Amenities: There was no oven available in the unit to warm up food.
Filthy, Mold-Infested Bathroom: The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, covered in black fungus and mold everywhere. It makes you sick just standing in there. Are you crazy charging an insane RM 85 cleaning fee for a dump that clearly never gets cleaned?! Stolen Parking & Useless Management: They give you a designated parking spot, but let random people park there. You tell management, and they do absolutely nothing. Completely incompetent and lazy. Deposit Scam: They are holding my deposit hostage. When it's time to take your money, they are fast, but when checking out, suddenly it has to be "forwarded to finance." Where is the professional service when it is time to give my money back? Absolute scam artists. Zero Basic Amenities: You can't even warm up your food because they couldn't be bothered to provide a basic oven.

Reviewed May 29, 2026The unit was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it convenient for cooking during the stay. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning, the weather was pleasantly cool and the fan was more than enough. The customer service team was extremely helpful and responded very quickly whenever needed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the experience.
One small suggestion for improvement would be the water heater located in the bathroom connected to the bedroom, as it may be slightly difficult for children to use. The water temperature could also be warmer, and the water pressure seemed a little low during showers. In addition, it would be great if the ironing board could be replaced with a taller one for easier and more comfortable use. The power socket near the sofa may also need to be checked for guest safety, as there seemed to be a slight electrical sound when using the iron, which also caused the iron to heat up less effectively. Other than that, everything else was pleasant and comfortable throughout the stay.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Location is okay. Host communication and instructions are prompt. Check- in was a breeze. There is a very nice Mee Kari at Zul’s Corner which is just a walk away from the building. Highly recommended! Unit is pleasantly spacious and all are good inside the unit itself but …..
We disliked that we need to drive up 7 levels to park our car. The lift waiting is such a trying time for us . To wait 20 mins and yet still unable to go down is totally unacceptable. We ended walking down from level 18 to level 7 where we parked our car .. we can’t imagine we if have to walk all the way down ! We saw some people dragging their luggages from 12th down to Lobby , we can only help them up to level 7 and pitied them truly . The lift was full at checking in/out timings - the wait is incomprehensible! We left the apartment at 7.30am just to ensure we skip the wait . Non of the host fault but never will we return to stay here for sure . ( not reading such reviews given when we book this place , I assume probably this is because we are here on peak season, so perhaps the rest of the time , they are ok , just avoid peak season ) Good luck !
