Alojamiento un poco justo. También es justo decir que tuvimos muy mala suerte con el tiempo, y tuvimos dos días de lluvia, por lo que todo se ve algo peor. El personal muy amable y el desayuno bastante bien.

La gentillesse de la famille. Leurs bons conseils . Une petite ballade à pieds et hop on est au pieds de la cascade. Pour rejoindre le centre ville, le bus local passe régulièrement pour 45 roupies 🤩 Le bon petit déjeuner. La chambre et particulièrement la literie. La couverture + couette étaient bienvenues 😁

La verdad que llegamos de noche y no pudimos disfrutar la zona, pero nos gustó mucho la terraza y el desayuno. La chica es muy atenta, me vio con el pelo mojado y me ofreció un secador. La habitación es muy básica, pero bien por el precio y limpia. El wifi funciona muy bien.

Fuimos a cenar cerca y los pocos bares que hay son muy autóctonos y no quedaba nada. Nos tocó coger un tuk tuk para ir a la cuidad, parece un barrio de la periferia.

Het beste bed waarin wij hebben geslapen deze vier weken in Sri Lanka. De eigenaars zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En het ontbijt is fantastisch!

De douche kan wel een opknapbeurt krijgen.

Cal destacar que és un lloc que s'esforcen per cuidar. Tot i així és vell i atrotinat. I no és confortable. Llençols vells, no hi ha aigua calenta, moquetes velles...

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Vrouw van het gezin kon heerlijk koken, zo ontzettend lekker gegeten! Het was een super fijn verblijf en hij heeft ons overal naar toe gebracht voor een eerlijke prijs en was ook zeer behulpzaam. Liep zelfs mee naar perron om ons de weg te wijzen.

Nice place, close to all sightseeing areas. We booked 3 rooms for my family, and they gave us the entire upper floor. So we had a large living room to ourselves as well. Place is well maintained, hot water works fine. Wifi is great, I needed good wifi as I was working remotely. Wifi worked great in the living room so I was able to take video meetings etc easily. Breakfast was plentiful. They served toast, eggs, fruits, tea coffee etc. Helped with catrying the bags upstairs too

We only spent a night at this lovely guest house but we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The family running it it so kind and welcoming! Our room was hug and super comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the house has a beautiful balcony covered in plants and offering a great view on the tea plantations. Great price for value!

“I had a very disappointing experience at Sasuru Holiday Home. I booked a room for 2 adults and arrived with my two small children (a 4-month-old baby and a 2-year-old). After parking our vehicle and carrying our babies and luggage up to the second floor, we were suddenly told that there was no room for us. The staff asked us to cancel the booking on the spot, which was very unprofessional. This happened around 9:35 PM, making the situation extremely stressful for my family. The staff, including a lady and another person at the property, had a very bad attitude and did not offer any support or solution. We were forced to leave and find another hotel late at night with two small children, which was very inconvenient and upsetting. Overall, very poor management and zero customer care. I would not recommend this place, especially for families.”

Wir waren zwei Nächte im sasru holiday home und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind super nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war extrem lecker und das ganze zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Sehr freundliches Personal, riesiges Bett, gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsraum. Lage außerhalb des Zentrums, aber die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, zudem gibt es ein Cargills (Supermarkt) in der Nähe. Leckeres Frühstück.

Die Fenster bestehen aus Milchglas und sind daher blickdicht, aber ohnehin ging der Blick aus dem Fenster nur an eine Mauer gegenüber. Nicht zuverlässig warmes Wasser in der Dusche.

Excellent Host and Value for money. Room was clean and properly have good common space . Host welcomed with tea and they also offered ice cream next day .

Mysigt ställe med trevligt värdpar. Bra avställningsyta för väskorna. Enkel men god frukost. Vacker natur i omgivningarna.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Wspaniali gospodarze, przyjaźni, pomocni, zaangażowani. Za przyzwoite pieniądze gospodarz zapewnił transport do fabryki herbaty i na wodospady. Odwiózł nas też na pociąg do Ambawela i pomógł kupić bilety.

Brak ciepłej wody. Czystość. Łazienka.

The host was very good. Being vegetarions, we had an amazing breakfast at this place, very tasteful and authentic. The location very close to lovers leap waterfall.

The hot water supply can be tricky sometimes due to electricity issues, and the normal water was too cold to use.

Amazing stay @ Sasru. What a gorgeous place with lovely decor, which feels so homely & perfect. It’s a short 5 min tuktuk to the centre, close to some nice restaurants, in a lovely neighbourhood. Very friendly & attentive hosts. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable mattresses.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfy and the room was a good size. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. They gave me a bucket for me to wash my clothes. Some good local cafes in the area and you can catch the bus into town for 40 rupee

We had a great stay here at Sasru! The hosts were absolutely amazing and so kind and accommodating to any requests. We had a delicious breakfast ready every morning, the location was great for visiting the lovers leap waterfall (20 min walk) and it was only a 40 min tuktuk to the tea plantation which had great views. They also had a great a balcony which was lovely in the sunshine. They even offered to take us to Ambewela and helped get us the tickets and good seats on the train which we really appreciated. Would really recommend staying here !

The hosts were really lovely and helpful. They were really accommodating with my daughter's food allergies and providing us with a packed breakfast for our early morning trip to Horton Plain. The accommodation is simple but it was very clean and good value.

It was further from the town than we expected but this is reflected in the price. We used ubers.

Sasru holiday home is a british style beautiful guest in nuwaraeliya. It is so perfect stay. Location is so perfect. Loversleep waterfall is in walking distance. When ever we open the window you can see the waterfall. So cozy room. Clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this stay if you visit nuwaraeliya

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. He took us on a tour to the tea factory and 2 beautiful waterfalls, which we realy enjoyed! Breakfast was fresh, nice and plenty. The familyroom was basic but practical. Location is closeby Lovers Leap Waterfall but a little further away from town. Nothing a bus (busstop closeby) or tuktuk can't fix.

The (private) bathroom was separate from the bedroom, which was a little inconvenient (aspecialy going to the toilet at night, as you can open the bedroom door from the outside only with the key. So carefull not to lock yourself out (or wake-up your family to letting you back in again) ;)

El personal encantador. Una buena bienvenida y buen desayuno. Un salón al estilo inglés muy bonito.

En la cama no había sábanas si no directamente la manta y no estaban limpias ni olían bien.

Si vous aimez l'authenticité alors c'est une bonne adresse. Une maison familiale avec une partie où les propriétaires vivent et une autre pour les clients. Salle de bain privative avec WC. Accès à un salon et une salle à manger commune où est servi un petit déjeuner correct (saucisse, œuf, pain de mie, beurre, confiture, fruits, thé ou café). Les hôtes sont très gentils et vous conseillent pour les visites. Des petits restos locaux permettent d'assurer les repas facilement sur place ou à emporter. Accueil avec un thé ou café très appréciable. On a accès dans ces 2 salles à de l’eau filtrée.

Il faisait relativement froid les 2 jours passés à Nuwara et une douche bien chaude aurait été appréciée. Il y a un système pour réchauffer l'eau mais elle est plutôt tiède. Une bouilloire à disposition dans une des salle pourrait permettre de se faire thé ou café comme on veut, à nous de prévoir les petits sachets de thé ou café qui se vendent partout. Même si je suis sûre que j'aurais pu demander au proprio mais c'est toujours délicat de les déranger chez eux et ce n'est pas compris dans le prix et faut pas abuser non plus.

It was the most wonderfullest stay in my journey. The hosts were very friendly and they were really protective and what ever we ask for would be provided within minutes. The loversleep waterfall behind the guest had great view. The room was so comfortable and clean. The price is so much valuable. Bed was wat krap. Één kamer heeft een badkamer buiten de kamer, wel voor eigen gebruik!

Nos salió un día de lluvia, e íbamos en familia , nos dejaron toda la planta de arriba y al menos tuvimos un saloncito dónde poder jugar, a juegos de mesa. El desayuno muy bien, y las habitaciones muy limpias. Los dueños muy pendientes todo el rato. Muy serviciales

Heel aardige mensen en een lekker ontbijt. De hele bovenverdieping is voor de gasten dus erg veel ruimte. Wij bleven maar 1 nacht voor overstap trein en het regende maar als het beter weer is, is het leuk om wat langer te blijven. Het klimaat is een stuk koeler daar dus even wennen trui aan en dekens op het bed. Waterval is op loofafstand en was indrukwekkend. Het dorpje is omringd door theeplantages. Tip is om hier een theefabriek te bezoeken. De rondleidingen zijn gratis en in Ella niet. De eigenaar bracht voor ons voor een goede prijs met de auto naar het station Nanu Oya. Koop gerust kaartjes voor de derde klasse. Was minder druk dan in de tweede klasse en voor dit stukje naar Ella is het juist wel leuk om deels te staan bij de ramen en de deur. Er is een coupé met een barretje en toilet waar heel veel ruimte is om te staan. Als je 's avonds laat aankomt bij het station in Nanu Oya is het wel fijn om vooraf je vervoer naar Nuwara Eliya geregeld te hebben want anders krijg te maken met de tuktuk maffia (en Pick Me durft daar niet te komen).

Il bagno staccato dalla camera con in mezzo la sala colazioni, non c’era l’acqua calda, non c’era il phon (rotto), i materassi molto scomodi. (c’era del cartone sotto) location attaccata alla discarica, odore di naftalina molto forte
