バンガローのオーナーは親切でとてもいい人でした。 紅茶列車の最新の運行状況を教えてもらえてとても助かりました。朝食も美味しかったです。ロビーからの眺めは中々よかったです。

部屋に窓がほとんどなく部屋がカビ臭かった。 布団もやや湿気ていた。 シャワーの水圧がとても弱かった。

The host was very friendly and welcoming. They arranged us great trips around when we asked, for a good price, and a taxi for our next destination. They made special breakfast for us due to dietry preference. Great views from the common veranda downstairs

Pokój na na uboczu Nuwara, do centrum można dostać się autobusem. Bardzo blisko fabryka herbaty Pedro, podobnie szlak wśród pól herbaty na wodospad Lover's leap. Piękny widok z okna. Bardzo miły właściciel który podpowie co można zobaczyć. Nocleg dość surowy ale wystarczający, pyszne śniadanie.

La gentillesse du gérant qui est très disponible. Un peu excentré du centre ville, donc dans un environnement très calme et reposant : vue sur la montagne. Et toutefois rapidement accessible en bus ou tuktuk. Équipements largement à la hauteur du prix. Bonus petit déjeuner copieux.

The place and the people that were very friendly

Good position, with a fabulous view (but was out of town). Really friendly and welcoming owner, who prepared food for us on the first night. Excellent price.

Only one restaurant and bakery within walking distance, although these were excellent. Also the place felt damp and was a bit cold, but this was probably down to the weather.

Très beau cadre. Chambres confortables et calmes, avec un coin salon appréciable. Propriétaire adorable !

Great view. In the middle of the fields and with exceptional vista on the valley and the tea hills

A little difficult to get there as there s a steep road. Quite far from the center of the village.

Fijne huiselijke plek waar we ons meteen thuis voelden. De host komt graag een praatje maken en helpt je met plannen maken. Vanaf het huis hebben we een korte wandeling gemaakt naar de Lover's leap-waterval. Heerlijk ontbijt en een avond heeft de host eten gekookt dat ook heerlijk (maar veel te veel) was.

Het is een beetje uit het centrum. Het is niet heel schoon.

Accueil très sympathique de notre hôte. Il est très à l’écoute et a tout fait pour que nous passions un très bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Le logement est en dehors de la ville mais il est facile de la rejoindre en bus.

Pensez à vous couvrir car il peut faire frais et humide.

Propriétaire très gentil, qui nous a trouvé un van pour le lendemain à bon prix. Emplacement très sympa, au calme et à distance de marche d'une cascade. Facile d'aller en ville en bus. Excellent petit déjeuner (notamment les crêpes). Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais conseillons vivement !

Nous vous conseillons vivement de séjourner dans cette pension. La chambre est très propre et les espaces en commun tres agreables. L.e gérant est d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande hospitalité, toujours prêt à vous conseiller pour organiser votre séjour. Le.petit déjeuner était excellent et les crêpes à la noix de coco parmi les meilleurs que nous ayons mangé. Un grand merci pour votre accueil!

Hote accueillant, petit déjeuner mixte très apprécié. La chambre est humide mais vue le climat c'est normal. La douche très chaude est plus qu appréciable avec les températures extérieures. La salle a manger a disposition est agréable. Petit coin extérieur aménagé pour se poser devant les champs de culture. De bon conseil pour les visites et balades dans les alentours

Logement éloigné du centre mais possibilité de y aller en bus ou en tuk tuk, 800LKR ce n est pas donné. Le soir obligé de se rendre dans le centre pour manger. Plus complique avec des enfants de 5 et 8ans fatigués de leur journée

Vriendelijke host. Prima kamer (gezinskamer voor 4). Het was koud 's nachts, maar bij navraag kregen we extra dekens. Lekker ontbijt. We zijn 1 keer' smorgens vroeg naar Horton Plains nationaal park gegaan en het was geen probleem om een ontbijtpakket klaar te hebben om 6u 's morgens. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Area is a family friendly with mountain view from outside with small farms around. Breakfast was excellent with all native dishes. They personally cooked for us. They take care of my family like their own

easy bus access to the center of the city. Its just a few mins walk, You dont need to use tuk tuk every time. Small eateries are near by, They will help us in all ways to make the stay comfortable including booking transports.

Wonderful view! The bungalow has many places outside to look tea plant. Warmly rooms ! Host family friendly. I wish I would stay there more time. Thanks for nice people there!

Ausgezeichnete Lage in Mitten der Gemüseplantagen. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Toller Spaziergang durch die Gemüsefelder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Was wir wollten, konnten wir wünschen. Immer sehr frisch. Es gab auch immer wieder Tee oder Frische Backwaren zwischendurch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Tolle Ausflugs Möglichkeiten. Wasserfälle, Wanderungen, Nuwara Eliya, Horton Plains Nationalpark. Die Gastgeber geben gerne Auskunft.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit alors difficile d'avoir un avis bien précis. Cependant les hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis et aidés dans notre trajet. La maison est bien située pour des balades au milieu des champs de thés et d'un waterfall pas très loin.

Superbe séjour à Nuwara ! Très bon petit déjeuner. Anandan est super aimable et de très bon conseil ( bus locaux, visites, tarifs tuk tuk) Maison située à proximité de Pedro's estate et de lover's leap, accessibles à pieds. De très bons moments passés dans cette maison

景色很好，天台可以看到远处的山和茶园。室内干净卫生，装饰也特别棒，窗外就是农场~做饭特别好吃，热情周到。

到达农场的的路比较陡，车辆通行比较困难，到达的位置是二楼，搬运行李下楼比较麻烦。房间内wifi信号比较弱，客厅信号很好。但并不影响入住体验。

Nous avons adorée la gentillesse des hôtes qui étaient adorables. Le lieu est idéalement placé dans la montagne et très paisible. La nourriture est délicieuse. C'était parfait

Quiet location, scenic area.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially given our late arrival. We stayed in two spacious rooms with charming, if slightly dated, furniture. Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The beautiful views and delicious breakfast prepared by the owner's wife were highlights of our stay!

Hele vriendelijke host, stond altijd klaar voor ons. Heerlijk ontbijt! Ruimte om binnen en buiten op een bank/ aan tafel te zitten.

Het klimaat in Nuwara Eliya is wat frisser en klammer. Maar dat is iets waar het verblijf zelf niets aan kan veranderen. De douche was wel wat frisser water. Hier en daar wat schimmel vorming, maar wij stoorden ons daar niet aan.

We had a very nice day here at Avon Field Holiday Bungalow. The Rooms are simple but very clean and the common area is very cosy and the view from the terrace is just super enjoyable. You can enjoy the view directly to the highest point of Sri Lanka. Furthermore we felt very welcome and enjoyed a great hospitality.

De eigenaar is een ontzettend vriendelijke man. Denkt altijd mee als je dat nodig hebt! Dankzij hem hadden we een rit naar de Adams peak.

Kamer voelde een beetje vochtig. Gelukkig was er een lekkere dikke deken!

We hadden ongelofelijke pech met het weer veel regen. Maar de eigenaar heeft boor ons een tuk tuk geregeld die ons toch nog een prachtige dag bezorgd heeft. Deze mensen doen hun uiterste best. En alles was zeer proper. Het dinner en ontbijt waren uitstekend. De ligging is afgelegen maar zeer rustgevend en met mooi uitzicht. Prijs kwaliteit is dit het beste hotel van onze reis.

We loved it here. The hostel is a bit outside of the city, which makes it very quiet in the middle of some fields. The host is amazing. He was very friendly and considerate. When we told him we were looking for some rice and curry, he would surprise us with it the next morning. It tasted amazing. He also gave us information on how to best get around and what to visit. Would definitly recommend!

The bungalow is situated on a very CALM and beautiful place. I loved it ! The owners are very nice people, lady is cooking like a boss. I loved here, even when i was here just for one night. Totally recommend this place ❤️

The location was very good - right next to Pedro tea plantation and very close to the Lover’s Leap Waterfall. The hosts were nice and accommodating, they even took care of our laundry and made us dinner when we asked for it.

The room was below ground level, was very humid, dark and quite cold at night. There was a heavy smell of humidity. Our clothes were wet in the morning. We barely had any sunlight coming. Furniture and bathroom were old and not quite maintained.

The hosts were nice people. The room had amazing mountain view. The location is gorgeous with a beautiful mountain view. One can see farming on the slope of the mountain right outaide your window.

Excellent customer care. Clean, Tidy and Tasty food. Good place to relax and enjoy.

Мы забронировали номер накануне приезда, всего на 1 ночь, поэтому нам немного сложно оценить удобство пребывания и проживания. В целом всё было хорошо: добротная мебель, удобная кровать с тёплым одеялом. Хозяин разрешил припарковать автомобиль на территории дома, хотя предварительно мы об этом не договаривались и места там было не очень много.

Далековато до центра, надо брать тук-тук.

Sulla descrizione della guesthouse veniva sottolineata la presenza di un servizio navetta per il centro. La sera ci ha pagato il proprietario un tuk tuk per ritornare dal centro in quanto lui era impegnato con altri clienti e doveva restare in struttura ma la mattina dopo per andare alla fermata del bus ci ha chiamato un tuk tuk che abbiamo dovuto pagare noi.

Alles war etwas klamm und immer kalt. Klein und dunkles Zimmer.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce homestay. Nous aimons la simplicité et l’accueil sri lankais alors nous étions très bien ici. Les chambres sont grandes, avec des couvertures chaudes, de l’eau chaude, bien propres avec un belle vue sur les potagers. L’hôte est très très gentil. Je recommande à 200% !

Stanza grande e bagno con acqua calda. Il salotto diventa un punto di ritrovo con gli altri ospiti. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo.

The house is very big with view on the top mountain and fields. The room is enough big if you dont need to tidy up clothes. The bathroom is spacious. You can enjoy tje garden. The home made food is very tasty and we have tried differents sri lankan breakfast. The owners are very nice and with good advices. It is very close for hiking and also from the bus stop to gp to dowtown (very fun experience).

we hadden twee dubbele kamers (2 gezinnen) en konden een salon delen. Heel vriendelijke eigenaar, hij regelde vlot het vervoer voor ons naar Horton plains, en naar de trein. Avondeten was goed, heel eenvoudig maar ook niet duur. Ontbijt met oa rotti en lekkere dahl, naast banaan, ei en toast.

Un accueil très agréable, une maison au calme à 4.5km du centre mais seulement 15 minutes de bus et on se retrouve proche du parc Victoria. Un accès direct pour une balade de 1h aller-retour pour voir une cascade.

Chambre un peu vieillissante, on ressent de l'humidités. Il manque un drap pour ne pas avoir la couverture directement sur nous.

The environment and scenic view is main attraction. The host Mr Anandan is knowledgeable and kind , and his wife is a great cook. The garden visit in early morning during sunrise is extremely calming. They offered to wash our cloths and dry them, as I couldn’t find a laundry in time. Rooms are clean and comfortable bed though water pressure is low. The road to property is low-steep downhill and there is a sharp turning.

Les hôtes sont très accueillants, serviables et agréables. Le lieu est un petit peu isolé mais quand même accessible. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et il y a beaucoup d’espace dans les parties communes pour s’asseoir et se poser.

A cheap hotel, clean and tidy, parking space, facing a beautiful location, good manager with a smile on his face all the time. Has a kitchen so breakfast can be ordered on site. Has washing machine facility which is charged a nominal rate only.

1. As we had two elderly women and one mother with infant in the group, I requested our room to be allotted on the reception level. The manager refused saying that another group is coming to stay for a week. However, throughout our two night stay, we did not find anyone occupying those rooms on the reception level. As a result our rooms on the ground floor had to be accessed via a flight of 10 stairs, normally quite normal but not in case of my group profile. 2. It had rained in Nuwara Eliya and the temperature was falling below 15 degrees C. We were freezing in the room which had no heater. 3. Strangely enough, the neighbour's WiFi had strong signal in the room but the hotel's own WiFi had absolutely no signal. To make things worse, the hotel room had no cellular reception as well. 4. Before booking, note that the approach to the hotel's entrance is at the bottom of a steep slope that sharply curves to the right. Turning right at the bottom of this slope is extremely inconvenient. Similarly, turning left and ascending the slope is not just inconvenient but outright dangerous if you have a small car. 5. The location is 4 Kms away from the city center.

La chambre était très grande, la maison était très belle. L hôte s est arrangé pour me trouver 2 autres personnes pour aller au world s end et partager les frais du van.

Struttura bella con vista bellissima. Host gentilissimi e cibo molto buono. Dormito molto bene, nessun rumore causato dalla pioggia e coperte calde.

Jolie guest house familiale surplombant un magnifique potager. Très bon accueil. Les petits déjeuners étaient bons. L'emplacement est idéal car sur les hauteurs et en périphérie de Nuwara Eliah (qui n’est pas une ville très agréable). Jolies balades et randonnées à faire à proximité notamment dans les Horton Plain. La guest house s’est occupée de nous aider pour organiser les activités ainsi que le départ pour Ella en taxi privé.

Rien c’était très bien.
