Al tocar el microondas nos dio calambre dos veces, era un 5 piso sin ascensor. Se entraba a través de una azotea como sin cuidar. En general todo muy viejo las cortinas no son decoración son para tapar cables o pareces que están mal rematadas o con humedad. Entran toda clase de bichos, con telarañas en cada esquina. La mini ventana da como a un patio trasero. No sé si serán así todas las habitaciones porque está era la única habitación en el quinto piso.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026There was a strange white and black substance on the ceiling. It flaked off onto the top bed and I was unable to sleep on the bed after that. The shower wasn’t even a shower. It’s a shower head connected to the sink and the bathroom is small so you have to shower in the very small bathroom with the shower head. that means everything in the bathroom gets wet. The toilet paper, towels, toilet bowl and sink. somehow the shower also leaked into the door area so that was wet as well. we decided to leave the hotel and stay at another because it wasn’t worth the price.

Reviewed May 6, 2026La posizione della struttura è sicuramente il pezzo forte, situata a pochi minuti dalla Deoksugung Gate e con diversi Kombini nelle vicinanze.
La camera ( Rooftop ) era davvero minimale e senza comodini o ripiani per appoggiare le nostre cose. La pulizia non era il massimo ma ho visto di peggio in Asia.

何故かTVがつかなかったりしたが、特に問題なし。

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026The staff and host were very accommodating and helpful. It made my stay bearable. When I asked that the room was too cold for my liking, they immediately went and provided additional heater as the temperature around my duration of stay went to -11 to -15 degrees celsius.
A little tight, the place is old, not that squeaky clean and the bathroom is a little too cold and moldy, maybe because there is no ventilation.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026ロケーションは最高で、南大門市場には歩いていけるし、明洞も歩くかバスで数分。地下鉄は行き先によって市庁駅か会賢駅を選べる好立地。その割には価格が安い。オーナーからの連絡が丁寧で感じがよく、レスも早い。評価はよくできなかったけど、値段を考えたら妥当なのかなとも思う。
金額が金額なのであまり無茶は言えないけど、床がコンクリート打ちっ放しだったため、（汚いわけではないのに）汚く見えるのと、スーツケースが傷つきそうで荷物を広げるのが嫌だった。上に一層塗るか、（ビニールでもいいので）フローリングなどにしてもらえたら嬉しかった。

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025We liked that it was warm and cosy as Seoul was freezing when we stayed! Good security with the door lock and we liked that we could have a kettle in the room. The en-suite was handy to have and was clean.
There was a strange loud noise coming from the bathroom. There was only one cup or glass provided with the kettle. The microwave was a nice touch but the common area was so full of luggage we could not sit to eat there and had to eat on our bed. Also no plates/cutlery for eating.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo ostello è stato, senza esagerare, la peggior decisione della nostra vita. La stanza era un concentrato di muffa, odori insopportabili e aria completamente ferma: sembrava impossibile respirare senza sentire disgusto. Da quando siamo stati lì, sono più di un mese e mezzo che stiamo combattendo con problemi di scabbia, spendendo una quantità assurda di soldi in visite, creme e medicinali. Risparmiare qualche decina di euro per dormire qui si è trasformato in un incubo che continuiamo a pagare. Personalmente, non ci tornerei nemmeno se mi pagassero, non so come fa ancora ad essere aperta una struttura del genere, dovrebbe essere illegale e si dovrebbero vergognare per la situazione antigienica che è ripugnante . Consiglio di evitarlo senza esitazioni a meno che non vi odiate

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The area was quiet and safe, which made it easy to rest at night. The price was also reasonable for this part of the city, so overall it offered good value for money. It’s suitable for short stays or for travelers who only need a place to sleep. There was a bunk bed for two people, so technically four people could sleep, but the room itself was too tight to move comfortably.
The room was extremely small and cramped for three people. After placing our suitcases and some shopping bags, there was hardly any space left to move around. The top bunk was too close to the ceiling, which made it uncomfortable, and cleanliness was below expectations — there was dust under the beds and nightstand. The shared bathroom was tiny, and we never saw any staff during our stay, which made it feel less welcoming.There was a bunk bed for two people, so technically four people could sleep, but the room itself was too tight to move comfortably. For those sleeping on the top bunk, it’s quite difficult because the ceiling is very low and there’s a beam right above. It was almost impossible for all of us to get ready at the same time or even stand up comfortably. In terms of cleanliness, it was below expectations — we expected much better.

If you plan to take the KTX to Busan, Seoul station is also a short walk away. The space was clean, the amenities were good. Thank you space Ara!

Niestety pokoje są małe w stosunku do ilości osób dla których pokój jest wynajmowany. Na przykład: w pokoju wynajmowanym dla czterech osób brakuje miejsca na rozłożenie 4 walizek.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025La ubicación está bien, muy cerca de muchas paradas de bus, metro y se puede ir andando a muchos sitios. El check-in y el check-out es fácil (coges y dejas la llave en el mismo sitio). Contestan rápido a los mensajes a través de Booking.
Diría que las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no hay mobiliario para dejar las cosas. Nuestra habitación era de 4, aunque éramos 2, y aun así era pequeña, por lo que no recomendamos que en una cuádruple haya más de 2 personas. El baño está en muy malas condiciones, con humedad, con la típica ducha que sale del grifo del lavabo. Las ventanas están cegadas y hay un fuerte olor a humedad en la habitación que conviene tener en cuenta si eres asmático/a. Es barato, pero la relación calidad/precio deja mucho que desear. Asimismo, aunque después de reservar envían un mensaje avisando de que las habitaciones son pequeñas y que el edificio es viejo, deberían ponerlo en la información principal del alojamiento y no esperar a que reserves. También creo que hay que distinguir entre estar en un edificio antiguo, a estar en un sitio con dos dedos de polvo en las superficies. También había basura debajo de nuestra cama por lo que se nota que no se cuida. En conclusión, la apariencia es tan mala y la suciedad tan notable que la experiencia se hace desagradable y convierte el resto de las cosas en incómodas. Por ejemplo, después de ver tanta suciedad, humedades, mal olor y, en general, una habitación lúgubre, tumbarnos en la cama nos generaba incomodidad (sin contar las telarañas encima de la puerta que parecía atrezo de Halloween).

Non consiglierei la camera doppia per più di un paio di notti: lo spazio è piuttosto ridotto e la pulizia non è delle migliori. Sotto il letto c’era polvere, il bagno presentava alcune macchie, il lavandino era intasato e il supporto del soffione della doccia molto fragile. Mancano scaffali o piani d’appoggio, quindi risulta difficile organizzare le proprie cose. Anche la lavanderia gratuita, seppur comoda, avrebbe bisogno di maggiore igiene. Inoltre non vengono forniti fazzoletti o asciugamani di carta. Con qualche accorgimento potrebbe valere 4 stelle, ma così com’è lascia a desiderare.

Geräte kaputt (Trockner hat nicht funktioniert, wir mussten mit nasser Wäsche abreisen, Kühlschrank und A/C haben beide getropft), Unhygienisches und schimmeliges Bad, Müll und Schmutz unter dem Bett, Schmutz an den Wänden, muffiger Geruch trotz lüften und A/C, unangenehmes Liegen im Bett.
