بعيد عن الحرم ولا فيه استقبال مثل باقي الفنادق ولا نشوف الموظف والعامل طوال اليوم +الكراسي صغيرة وغير مريحة

الشقة نظيفة ومريحة، استمتعنا في الإقامة فيها، وتعامل الأخ أحمد كان رائعا ولم يقصر في تلبية طلباتنا

تحتاج إلى بعض الإصلاحات الخفيفة، وتبريد مياه الحمامات

Not clean at all. Arrogant contact man. Not reachable. No service. Cash only, without a bill.

Not recommended, Its just wast of money.

BILAL'S FAMILY FROM MANCHESTER ،UK. It’s spacious, well maintained, very clean and tidy , friendly staff .Mosque,supermarket , laundry , Barbar’s shop and main road on just few steps from the property , 7 minutes drive from Masjid Nabawi . It is really a VIP place to spend time at . My kids really loved it .

In rush hours sometimes uber takes a bit longer to arrive but overall it’s worth it .

A recently renovated building, with large rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Apartments are really nice

Spacious room with good facilities, has a microwave, fridge and cutlery which is good. The bedroom has a massive TV, the room is big and spacious with a good space to sit with the family. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from a main road with restaraunts, there is a 24 hour supermarket downstairs which is good if you need to buy anything at any time in the night. There is a masjid just 2 mins walk from the hotel. The host is also very friendly and willing to help, he can arrange taxis to and from Masjid Nabawi for a fair price. He is also able to arrange transport to other cities, he helped us find a taxi to Jeddah for a very good price.

Someone should check everyday and ask for housekeeping for room everyday to all guest's.

My stay at Eqamh VIP Hotel was deeply disappointing. During checkout, they forced us out before Salah 12:00 PM, despite my humble request for a short extension. My mother-in-law is in a wheelchair and my father-in-law is 70+, but they showed no empathy—only allowed us to stay if we removed all luggage before 12. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and even after multiple requests, they only fixed it partially. Housekeeping was a joke—they asked “What do you need?” instead of doing their job properly. Worse, the electric kettle and fridge didn’t work due to poor electrical wiring. We couldn’t even boil water or store food safely. And the location is far from Haram—without a vehicle, it's extremely difficult to manage. This was not a VIP experience at all—very poor service, no compassion, and a stressful stay overall. Not recommended.

I didn’t like the poor attitude of the staff, lack of empathy for elderly guests, and the terrible maintenance of basic facilities like the bathroom and electrical appliances. The hotel’s location is also far from Haram, making it very inconvenient without private transport.

One bathroom for 8 beds ,,all together in one hall

Lack of staff even didn't see receptionist during my stay as i visited several times reception after check in. The location was tricky, and the display board outside the building shows a different name. Received a message from the property that the checked out time is 11:00 AM, i replied that the check out time mentioned on booking.com is 12:00 PM. But they denied and asked to check out quickly before 11:00 AM.

The staff was very cooperative and warmly welcoming. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was neat and clean. Shoukat and Mukhtiar the staff were very helpful.

Great and Premium facilities. All basic requirements such as water, tea bags etc has to asked multiple time to receive. Staff response were not precise and not faster.

They are just laying in everything

Great host, great hospitality and homely touch by the host. Host was very supportive and friendly.

When we arrived the reception staff said that the visa isn’t working and that we have to pay cash. They insisted that we go to the cash machine and withdraw money for payment. It was around 9pm. We were tired. We also insisted that we will only pay by card as agreed by booking.com. They weren’t happy. The next day they asked again. And again we said we will only pay by visa. On day 3 the owners 16 year old son was present and said he was tasked with getting payment from us and that the visa ‘ company’ is now working. The son insisted that we also pay the visa fees. We paid because we was fed up and disappointed at this point. On leaving they asked us to write a positive review. I declined but my son gave a positive review!

Very little utensils. Lots of pots and drinking glasses. I had to ask for plates and they found 3 from elsewhere we had to eat our main meals m glass dessert bowls. Be aware the kitchen looks amazing online, but it is actually super flimsy and is susceptible to accidental damage. The bedding is u comfortable and made out of polyester and also spotty. I had to put a towel down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were on hand to help at any point. The apartment was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the stay here and would definitely return here again sometime!

The apartment is very clean & spacious. The owners and staff are cooperative. I stayed for 5 nights with my family to perform Umra and also the marriage of my younger brother in Masjid-e-Nabvi. Grocery stores, restaurants nearby.

The road to Mosque is closed due to on going construction. Getting a taxi and getting to mosque can sometimes be a problem but the staff can help if you inform them beforehand.
