Reviewed Jul 23, 2026We had a wonderful stay. Even though we arrived late, our host patiently waited for us and gave us a warm welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our host was always easy to reach and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
The property is located some distance from Al-Haram, so if you do not have a car, reaching the mosque requires some effort. However, local taxis are readily available and reasonably convenient. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. One thing to keep in mind is that grocery stores and restaurants are also not within easy walking distance. Since Madinah can be extremely hot, having a car is highly recommended to make getting around much more comfortable.

Mescid-i Nebevî’ye ulaşımda sıkıntı yaşadık. Mescide giden yolda inşaat olduğu için yürüyerek gitmek mümkün olmadı. Sadece taksi kullanarak ulaşım sağlayabildik. Birde çeşmeden akan su duş alamayacak kadar sıcaktı.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026What I liked most about this property was how super clean and comfortable it was. Everything was spotless, and the room was very cozy, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly supportive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their excellent hospitality made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.
Although the property is a little farther from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, it’s only a 5–7 minute taxi ride in 10 riyal, and you’ll be dropped off right at the entrance to the Haram. The short drive is well worth it for the comfort and excellent value the property offers.

The staff at this hotel was awesome!! Especially Faisal ! The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I called him up and told him my flight arrived earlier and I'm on my way to the hotel..he came back to me after 15min. To tell me he cannot accommodate me till about 3pm ..that was disappointing since being sick and real drained and tired

Minor comment like bed sheets could have been better if made from cotton for a cooler sleep but i guess everyone has a different preference.

There was some noise outside due to nearby construction, and the kitchen could be better equipped (electric stove and more kitchenware would be appreciated).

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Lovely stay at this property. I stayed here through my initial booking with booking.com and then later directly with the hotel for half the price been shown on the website. Loved the hospitality and fresh and minimalistic rooms with amenities provided. Don’t attempt to walk it to the haram (I did). I timed it, took me 33 minutes with the road closures in place. For clarity, you can view the Haram once you walk out the hotel door. I walked just before fair, wouldn’t have attempted it at any other time due to heat and energy in Ramadhan. Taxis are readily available with haggling directly from outside the door of the hotel — it varied from journey to journey. For example, often I would get a taxi to the haram for 10 SAR but on the way back it would be 20 SAR. This depended on how tired I was to wait and haggle. Uber also works fine most of the times especially to Noor mall or the airport, both times the drivers were within 7-10 minutes away. At the time of posting this review, last 10 days or Ramadhan 2026, if I was traveling with family I wouldn’t stay here ONLY because theres building work going on nearby and constant drilling noises after Fajr was a HUGE pain. Obviously no fault to the hotel but it is one pre-requisite to this review. I did stay again despite this only because I was traveling solely.
Construction nearby, I wish there was a feature on the website where they can tell you about any unexpected happenings in the local area

المبنى بجانب اعمال انشاءيه مزعجة جدًا جدًا جدًا الصوت يخز المبنى والله بدون ادنى مبالغة ، وتواصلت معهم قالوا حاولنا نخليهم يوقفون ورفضو معهم تصريح عمل !! طيب انا كنزيل عادي اسمع الازعاج الي يهز البمنى كامل طيلت وقت الصباح الين الظهر!!!! نصيحة نصيحة نصحية لا تسكن في هذا الفندق لو بدا لك غير كلامي !! سالتهم ليه ماتعلموني سكتو!! يعني بس احجز واجي والبس !! والله ع ما اقول شهيد

2 gün kaldık çay bitti şeker bitti kahve bitti soran olmadı. 4 kişiydik 1 tane banyo havlusu vardı
